As much as I think Westwood Pizza has the cheapest quality and care for its food I was starving and it was the only place so I stopped and got two slices of pizza crust wasn't even cooked on the bottom. After eating most of the first slice I felt sick to my stomach just a thought knowing that I ate it and then threw the second slice away. The guy behind the counter offered me something else but I was on breaking didn't have time to wait so I left. At that point I was pretty nauseous anyways knowing that I just ate that s***. This is definitely that last time I go back
I'm not a food snob but Westwood Pizza is complete trashcan. One of the guys that work there went out of his way to try to justify the Sausage Parm I ordered (and I appreciate that) but it sadly is what it is. Went back to try the the pizza and that was worse. Overcooked and all I tasted was cheap grease for the next few hours. That's the only place in that general area, my only guess how they're still in business.
Something surely has happened at Westwood pizza the last 8 months or so… it is not even like the same place.. Quality has been nose diving big time… Pizza isn’t remotely the same as it was .. cheap cheese, lack of sauce , lack of flavor and just not right… The large subs have decreased in size by a 1/3 and last few times the sub rolls were totally different.. Smaller size and poorer quality.. Does anyone know why Westwood Pizza has nose dived into being not worth going to anymore???

I ordered some general chicken and when I got home, while I was eating it, I was chewing something that was hurting my mouth, it was like a metal piece from a stapler. Fortunately I managed to spit it out but it could have been worse. Not ordering there again
Ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan. This is what I got. Why is it brown sauce? Traditionally it is a white garlic sauce. I have ordered it from here in the past and it had white sauce. Too far to go back and get it remade so I attempted to eat it. This is not even tasty ☹️ Very disappointed. Won't order here again.
Tried many Chinese restaurants in the Norwood vicinity over the 2 years of living there. This is the absolute best! My go-to is orange chicken and I was disappointed with everyone else but they do it to perfection.

Service was terrible, lots of attitude coming from the waitresses upon walking in and ongoing throughout whole experience. Waitress was selectively mute and very aggressive. Threw the food plates on our table and ran before we could even ask for anything else. Food was dry and terrible. DO NOT GET THE FRENCH TOAST ESPECIALLY STUFFED - it’s not stuffed, just sprinkled with a few dry chocolate chips and some fruit. French toast was like toast - hard and dry. Didn’t have water to wash it down with because waitress never brought any. Egg omelets are not actual omelets just egg with vegetables inside like a burrito. Had to force myself to eat it because it cost $50 for 2 people not including drinks. Wouldn’t ever go back or recommend it to anyone. Waitresses are so bad they don’t make tips so they force gratuity at a DINER lol. Atmosphere was grimy, floors had sticky toe jam crusted everywhere and hair strands were inside of the menus. Typically don’t post but this was too bad of a service not to - save your time and money.
I had a great breakfast here with my Dad! The food was all pretty good and not too expensive. We sat ourselves and didn’t have to wait too long. Our waitress was friendly and was helpful when we asked for things. I may revise this because hopefully I’ll come back again, but I think the food could have been just slightly better. I got the corned beef hash and my Dad got an egg white omelette. We also split the blueberry + pecan + mascarpone pancakes. I would say that the home fries definitely could have used more seasoning. I loved my corned beef hash, but there was a weird hard black thing in it that I’m just not sure what it was. I didn’t try it and just put it to the side. Lastly, while I did love the pancakes, I wish the mascarpone and blueberries could have been spread more throughout the pancake instead of centralized in the middle (similar thing with my Dad’s omelette—it wasn’t super mixed together well). So small things generally on the food, but overall still a 5 star experience!
The food was good, really good. Great toast, perfectly toasted and really quality bread. The maple chicken sausage patties were well grilled and yet still juicy. Eggs? Perfectly done, over easy. Good coffee and they had almond milk. The server was friendly enough but left me alone. Server was aware of and alert to my food allergies. Always appreciate that. Atmosphere is fine, comfortable but almost neutral. I liked it. Free parking lot out front. In a strip mall next to a tiny pharmacy. Would totally return.

This place is not worth your money or time. It took a while to get my food only for it to not have the bacon I ordered on either burger. I went to them and told them and they asked for my receipt to prove it I guess. Then I got my burger back and it was barely warm with barely any bacon (picture to prove it). On top of that I couldn’t even finish the burger because of how salty it was. Don’t waste your time or money
My children are a big fan of Smash Burger. If you want to upgrade your burger experience come to Smash Burger it's worth the price. When you eat dine-in, they bring your food to the table! The milkshakes are amazing and they have non-dairy options as well. Also to mention an abundance of parking oppose to the Boylston st location.
Came in while I driving by figured a place called Smashburger had to be a pretty easy place for a quick bite while on break from work. Pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I was greeted right away at the counter and my food was promptly delivered in a more than acceptable time frame. The burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were tasty. I got the bacon stack sans veggies and I really enjoyed. Paying $18 for the meal including a bottled water in this day and age was all that bad. If I’m in the area again I will definitely stop in.

My new favorite health spot! Everything is made with top quality fresh ingredients. Very clean and healthy eating. So far I’ve tried the smoothies and the banana bowls, all so so delicious. The customer service was great too. Perfect for gluten free, dairy free and vegan. This place reminds me of being on a tropical island and the interior is so cute and clean! We are blessed to have a place like this come to Massachusetts. Wish I could have this every day
The bowls here are delicious but very expensive usually about 15 dollars. I would not recommend eating here because there is not much seating and it is always dirty. Have gluten and dairy free options, and the bowls are completely customizable. They have a gluten and dairy free granola. The bowls are so good and I recommend the acai base. They also have an app where you can order ahead and get points. I would not recommend delivery if you are hungry, when I ordered it took an hour and a half.

We were pleasantly surprised with the flavor, quality, quantity and overall experience with this restaurant. 1st day husband asked for the meatloaf dish, 30 minutes in we were informed there were out. From there on, the restaurant manager took care of us and even went ahead to tell us the meatloaf was one of the best dishes and recommended we tried it, daring but we took him by his word and returned next day. He did not dissapoint. Then next day my chocolate was a mess but the food was sooooo delicious, and the service was so fantastic I didn't care. I did not leave a crumb in that plate. I loved the menu options, the had amazing offerings for different oalates and lifestyle. Definitely recommended and we will be returning.
Stopped here to get a few drinks and something to snack on to tide me over before a dinner later on. The service was ok, for another typical restaurant. But what I didn’t like was the prices of the food for the quality of the food you get. Definitely not worth it. I’m glad a just had appetizers, and not entrees. I would recommend for a cold beer or drink…
I'm pleasantly surprised. I was just having lunch with a friend and wanted to try this place since I work close. I didn't realize it was brunch on Saturday! I had the chilaquiles l, which were very good. The strawberry lime rickey amazing. The fried donut holes amazing. So glad we came. Our server so friendly.

We had a great experience hosting an event in the back room. Joanna the event coordinator was wonderful to work with and very responsive. All the staff provided great service and very friendly. The food was delicious everyone couldn’t stop talking about it. Thank you for providing a great experience for our daughter’s baptism!
Delicious food very lively. I snagged a last minute reservation for a birthday party dinner and we all raved about the food and waitress. Absolutely loved my meal and appreciated that the chef came out to check in on us. Already told all my friends about this place can’t wait to come again!
We hosted a buy-out party at Neroli Ristorante to celebrate our wedding a couple weeks ago and we couldn't be happier with the entire process! If you're considering hosting a cocktail or dinner party like this we highly recommend considering Neroli. From the beginning of the planning process the entire team, and Joanna (event coordinator) in particular, was so responsive, accommodating and really just made the planning process and event night a breeze! Big events like this can often be stressful to plan, but I can honestly say we were not stressed about it once. We had a say in everything form the decor, to the layout, the menu etc. We hosted 140 guests and there was plenty of space for people to sit and eat, socialize and dance (in the back room). We were able to bring in a band, which was set up in the back room and was a great dance floor. We had full access to the terrace, which was a hit because the weather was so nice. We started the event with passed hors d'oeuvres and some hors d'oeuvres stations which were delicious. We opted for buffet dinner and open seating which worked out wonderfully...the way the team laid out the restaurant was so nice and allowed for people to easily get their dinner, sit and eat while leaving plenty of space for others to mingle around the restaurant. We've had countless comments from guests about how good the food and service was...which was not a surprise to us given we've eaten at the restaurant many times, but a great feeling to know that everyone enjoyed it just as much as us! Every single person who worked the event was so amazing and extremely kind...thank you to the team at Neroli for making our wedding celebration so special!

Really great selection of hearty foods and drinks, and there is a ramp, making it fully accessible. I got their Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and can’t wait to try for later, but was impressed by the service and selection. The ambiance is inviting and there are tables and chairs to sit and stay, but also wide open spaces to order and wait.
This has been a Sunday lunch staple of mine for quite a while now. Excellent sandwiches and prepared food. The VIP sandwich is a must try. Nice selection of Italian specialties and snack foods. Service was excellent and the place looks really nice and spotless.
Second time coming here to grab a salad to go. The salad itself is good but this is the second time I have ordered something and they have omitted part of the salad. First time I added chicken to the salad and they forgot to add it. This time I again added chicken to my salad - they remembered the salad but half of the ingredients of the Cobb were omitted (hard boiled egg and avocado were missing). Disappointed because I want to love this place but why is it I get half of what I paid for every time.

What a great spot for lunch! The food was fantastic and the price was good. I had a hot pastrami sandwich and it was fantastic. I wish I had seen The calzones before I checked out, I would have got one of them. I guess I'll have to try it next time. They looked amazing.
They have a great salad bar, hot bar, soup, and so much more. They sell fresh packages of fish and meats. It is my go-to for dinner ideas. Clean and well managed store.
Loved my hot pastrami sandwich and the salad bar! Fresh ingredients! The BEST TUNA FISH around from the salad bar! First time, won't be my last! Hot and cold food buffet! A must try! Friendly service! Thank You!

Really enjoyed this outing to Del Frisco's. I went with the Bolognese and my companion chose the steak frites. The Bolognese was perfectly cooked and both the meat and the sauce were perfectly seasoned. Generous portion and no room was left for dessert. The steak was a perfect medium as requested and very well seasoned. The fries were crispy and well salted. All around a stellar meal. Service was good. No issues. Attentive, quick and kept our drinks topped off.
My friends and I had dinner at Del fresco in Westwood on Wednesday, October 2. We had the best time ever. I’m a bit of a picky eater, but I really enjoyed my roasted chicken and mash. The service was phenomenal. There was a young gentleman by the name of Nick and he was training another young lady. Nick was very professional, courteous and extremely attentive to our needs. Additionally, he knew all the ingredients on the drink menu and what they meant! The best part of the entire experience was the dessert! Oh my God! It was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be visiting Del Frisco’s again hoping that Nick will be our server! He was fantastic one of the best service we’ve ever had and we visit often! Thanks for a wonderful experience definitely a five star for Customer service!
I have been in Del Frisco's Grille many times and largely in part due to one of the bartenders Stacy. All of the bartenders are great but this is to highlight Stacy who knows her regulars so well, she remembers the white wine I like and the red. She remembers my food order, which is always the Steakhouse Salad. She is personable, greets each guest upon arrival, sharing the specials for the evening. One of my favorite things she does (after serving a beverage to her guests) is saying "cheers" with a beautiful, warm smile. Stacy adheres to all the steps of service; she always remembers to offer dessert. She is attentive. If you like to sit at the bar, you can find her there Tuesday through Thursday.

It has been several months since I've been here. I've gone to other locations, even their original place in Wellesley. This location always made us very happy. For several years we would go at least once a week. I like the atmosphere and the very long table. Lasagna is my favorite dish here but I saw a review about the meatball sub. Yes, a must. I think the guy who left, overreacted. Yes the kids talk but not enough to make me leave. I miss dining here all the time, then heading to Bubbling Brook
Just walked out of Comella’s in Westwood today after being ignored by the two girls from behind the counter. For the record, I am a regular take out customer there and the food is always good. However, this afternoon (07/07/24) I arrived with my wife and stepson and we decided to eat in. The restaurant was not busy, i.e., no one at the takeout counter and no one was seated at the tables. I asked if table service was available or should we place an order at the counter. The girl replied, no, you can sit wherever you’d like and someone will be over to take your order. Several minutes passed so my wife asked this time if table server was available . Once again the girl behind the counter said someone would be along. Several more minutes passed and the second counter server just stared down ignoring us completely. So, we stood up and left. I would have voiced my displeasure to the pair behind the counter but why bother? I mean if they were happy to ignore us why then would they care if we left? However, I’ll bet the owner of Comella’s cares. Just check the security cameras and see for yourself how useless your counter girls were to us!
Great food and menu. But Niktarria (the phone receptionist / handler) is absolutely terrible; rude to customers, forgetful on orders, etc. Will speak to the owner tomorrow about her.

Bright, clean, and brand new. Service was great, drinks were amazing. We stayed for a couple hours for brunch since it wasn't overly busy. Our waitress was personable and attentive. The only complaint we had was that the pizza was so too thin, more-so like naan and too dark on the bottom for our liking. Hope to come back again for drinks and entrees.
We had a beautiful evening at Bar ‘Cino in Westwood tonight. Everything was great! Food, service and atmosphere was amazing. A gem in Westwood!
Yay!! So happy to have this wonderful restaurant in Westwood. The food is awesome, our server was fabulous and the place is lovely. There were so many people laughing and having a great time and it was wonderful to see. The pizza was yummy, the prosciutto, fig and goat cheese bread was heavenly and the pistachio gelato was a great finish. We had a few cocktails and those were very good as well. Highly recommend.

My 2nd time here for lunch. A friend brought me she raves about the place ! Started with some apps we got the meatballs and the spinach and artichoke dip. Then we shared a pepperoni pizza. Food was AMAZING the flavors where rich and the cheeses yummy the bread that was served with the dip was a perfect choice. Garlic Bread triangles. The pizza dough was perfectly cooked and actually thoroughly enjoyed the crust. We sat at the bar and the two bartenders were so great ! They were personable and attentive. Definitely if your in the area give them a try!
Fast, delicious, nutritious food! This broccoli rabe was unbelievably delicious and fresh, the pizza was tasty (wish it had more garlic cause I did order it with garlic, and if it had any it was powdered), BUT I was still impressed. The staff are friendly. My food was ready in 15 min. I even as given a side of crushed red peppers and grated Parmesan (and I didn’t ask for it. That’s real service to think about what I might want later. Salt and pepper were with the cutlery too). It’s in a lovely shopping mall area and near the highway, so great to stop off during rush hour and wait out traffic. Fully accessible and fully a cesible bathroom. Large parking lot out front with several handicapped designated spots.
Chely was a wonderful bartender and was very attentive and enhanced the dining experience with her bubbly personality! Great atmosphere, tasty food and drinks, and staff was very friendly, highly recommend giving this place a shot! Caesar salad and thick cut pepperoni pizza won’t disappoint!
