I was watching some TV show while my husband and his brother were playing some survival game that I don't like, then I saw Red Lobster commercial, then suddenly wanted Red Lobster so I asked my brother in law if we can go to Red lobster for dinner instead of cooking dinner. and he was like sure~ but it's like 40 min away from here, I'm like what? Anyway, the service was super super friendly, and the lady who helped us was super fun too! The food was great too! We ended up spending a lot, but it was worth it!
I'm rating everything 4 stars just because it was all very average. Nothing bad, but nothing great either. It's been about 7 years since we were last at Red lobster so I reserved our table online because 7 years ago I remember it being packed on the weekends! Well, it wasn't packed or even busy when we went right at dinner time on a Sunday. Our waiter was nice, checked on us an okay amount but nothing more than that. Our food came and it was good, everything was cooked well but it was also sort of average. I suppose for the price you just want *something* to be amazing or very delicious. I felt fine when the bill did come though, because nothing was bad it was all good. Red lobster is not our normal stomping grounds though since having kids, but our son wanted to try a lobster so why not at red lobster! He definitely left feeling over the moon, and loved seeing the live lobsters in the tank.
We were going to give a lower rate for service because when we got our table he forgot about us left right away so I couldn’t get his name he even forgot to ask if we needed anything to drink…. 25 minutes later I flagged a gentleman and asked him if we could get someone to help us , later the nicest lady Alex ( Alejandra) came to our table and apologized and made everything better for us she went well and above great service and also we got to meet the nice manager she came to our table to apologize and to make sure we were well taken care off , very professional. This two lovely ladies made everything worth our trip for our endless Shrimp dinner which we highly recommend.

They were friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. Very welcoming toward our dogs. Wish we'd gone at a time with a little less sun or more shade but we'll definitely go back. I'm still dreaming about that Thai Pie!
We had a quick dinner here, margarita pizza and Caesar salad. The server was new but did a great job, they were closing early but didn’t make us feel rushed, and the food was amazing!!! I was also very impressed with their clean up routine, very thorough.
Took my family there for lunch. The pizza was really good...the wings were amazing, especially with the Thai sauce! Great environment. If you have kids, they have a little area in front where they can run around. Highly recommend this place!

This is my husband’s favorite restaurant so we frequent it quite a bit. I have probably been about 10-13 times now and I can say without a doubt I have never had a bad dish. They are consistent and that’s hard to find in food places. Depending on the chef food can taste different and that’s my pet peeve with some establishments. But everything here tastes fresh and delicious. Never thought I would enjoy a pizza from a Mediterranean place but ever since I tried my first the margarita pizza is my go to. The hummus is top notch and a great appetizer. The dinner plates and bowls are divine. There’s a bar with plenty of rotating alcoholic beverage choices. The place is not HUGE when it’s summer and you’re forced indoors, but they tend to move stuff around and accommodate without issue. There’s plenty of parking plus handicap spaces with wheelchair access, however there is only a changing table in the women’s bathroom. This place is also very popular so when it gets busy it can get pretty loud. If you’re looking for a quiet meal this is probably not the place to go for that.
Amazing spot in Visalia. We stopped after our trip to the national park and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service. The wait staff were courteous and prompt. But the food was absolutely delicious and fun. The presentation was great and the taste was vibrant. We had kebab, plates and baklava and everything was really good. Highly recommended.
This place was a hidden GEM!!! The food was really good the place was very nice & outside seating was beautiful simple but classy all at the same time. And a new bar nice touch!!!

This establishment provides an exceptional culinary experience. We sampled the lasagna, chicken Caesar salad, and salmon picatta. For takeout, we also ordered a pizza. The prices are reasonable for Italian cuisine, and the staff is very friendly. Our waiter, A. J., answered all of our questions and was very attentive to our table. I will definitely return here.
Stumbled across this little place while staying in town before our visit to Sequoia National Park. The outside is far from fancy but the experience we had inside was fantastic. The staff was awesome, the inside was cozy, and the food was great! My son had a pizza, so so good! I had spaghetti and salad and both were great. Would go again without question.
The portions of the food are absolutely incredible! The food was brought out in a timely fashion. The flavor profiles were incredible. The pesto might have been made that day. When passing through Visalia this is the place to stop and indulge in large fresh servings.

Can’t complain about anything. They were super busy but Kaila our server was attentive and awesome. Steak was cooked to perfection. Personally I would have went without the rattlesnake bites and Long Islands but that’s just because I’m stuffed from the 16 oz prime rib with sides. They even gave a 10% discount to service members. We were able to eat 12 rolls.
For me the best thing was the buns with butter that are served prior to the main dishes. I would definitely go back just for that. I had a chicken burger and it was nothing special, but my friend had a steak and she really liked it. Also, the potato wages are really good as well. The staff is really nice and it’s a good atmosphere. The wait time can be a little long at this location, but it’s worth trying it.
The food was delicious. I especially loved the chicken and ribs. Green beans were just ok, not the greatest. Steak was pretty small for a 6oz. Price was great for all we got though.

Service and food were excellent. They do offer a children's menu not listed on the menu like Mac n cheese and chicken tenders with fries. Our server was friendly and answered any questions we had. They had wine and beer options as well as happy hour specials for food. They have appetizer, salad, burger, sandwich, dinner, dessert options and more. The atmosphere was definitely tranquil. Besides our family, there were couples and small groups of friends enjoying their meal and drinks at the establishment. We enjoyed the meals we ordered and finished it with their different flavored cheesecakes that were $3.00 to $3.50 a piece. Will definitely return to try more items from their menu.
Absolutely love Left of Center! Always the best service, food, drinks and atmosphere. We celebrated a birthday tonight and Sarah was our server. She went above and beyond for us! Highly recommend the Jalapeño Burger with sweet potato fries, but ultimately everything has great flavor and delicious. Do not hesitate to have lunch or dinner at Left of Center! I only wish they were open on Sundays.
The food is excellent and fresh. They were very helpful and pleasant. We had a very nice dinner and dessert. The dining area is not large so I would say it’s not great for a large group. I did not ask if they had additional space for parties

This place was SO good, we ate here twice! We NEVER do that on vacation! Tri- Tip Dip Sandwich loaded with fried onions was SOOO good it makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Hubby got an open faced turkey sandwich with redskin mashed potatoes and home made biscuits. Talk about comfort food!! Breakfast the next day was AMAZING as well. I got Sausage and Egg Sliders which were more like 2 whole sandwiches which I think might have been homemade bread. Mmmmmm! Check out the pictures! We couldn't eat it all! Stop if you are really hungry!!
Authentic American Diner well worth the visit. First time in Visalia and got here by luck for late breakfast on a Saturday morning. Coffee is nothing spectacular but dishes are huge. It was like an unintended brunch for me. They have many options and combinations that they put their menu like in a newspaper. Their biscuit is also, well, big. I had an Omelette with hash brown, with bacon and spinach in it, very good. They have their own hot sauces which are good too, not too hot, not even the habanero one. We ended with a delicious slice of carrot cake. Very recommendable place, By the time we left there were people already waiting for a table outside and the parking lot was full
Pretty good! A decent diner that keeps pretty reasonable prices and adequate portions. Friendly service, too. We got a variety of breakfast and lunch items. The Denver omelette was good. Good bacon, sausage, and ok hash browns. The pancakes were very filling, waffles were good, and the coffee was pretty good for a diner. The tri-tip sandwich is so-so. The bread kinda got soggy from the meat juice. The tuna sandwich was great. The coleslaw was average. Sarah was a friendly server and got all the orders (8) just right. The place was super busy, but she came by to refill drinks when she could.

Worst place to eat I got sick twice from eating here!! Wasn’t gonna go back but me thinking it was just unlucky and wouldn’t happen again I went a second time and yup been sick for like 3 days again never in my life have I got this much sick from eating even went to the er this is my first time having to leave a review usually if foods bad I can let it slide but getting sick 2 times out of the 4 times I been here is absurd never again. Avoid unless you wanna get sick.
Nice place & great food, definitely will come back when I'm close by. The burger was decent. But the chicken wings was fire. I got 12 pieces and it was not enough. Highly recommended getting the wings naked and sauce on the side. For that extra crispy!!!
Nice atmosphere but the wings I’ve ordered and waited for 15’ were served almost cold, wet with some spicy sauce with vinegar. Horrible taste! I do not recommend . Maybe the burgers are better.

We came into town & decided to come here since I'm familiar with Cajun food. I tried the app Steak Bites, gumbo, & shrimp ravioli. All were really good & very flavorful. The atmosphere was also very nice & the decor was done very well. They had 2 bars there...1 downstairs & 1 upstairs. We didn't have reservations but definitely recommend it. Service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place for sure. I did see on Google that it had 2 dollar signs but IMO, I think 3 dollar signs is more fitting.
Well, I have to tell you I feel like I was ripped off. We came in on a Sunday night two weeks ago and other than one table with a party of five, we were the only other party upstairs. We made a reservation in advance and had I known there would be absolutely no one there, I wouldn’t have done so. The decor is interesting and a bit dated. I’m sure it made sense 10 years ago… they had multiple monitors showing a recording of live music that was upstairs months ago. It would’ve been much better if they had a live feed of the live band that was playing downstairs… Service was slow and our first cocktail tasted like there was absolutely no alcohol in it. We had no privacy as the bartender was speaking to our server very loudly about what she needed to do for closing side work and also answered her personal call on her cell phone very loudly in ear range. I am a server and I have to say their professionalism was really poor. We got to sit next to a window where the balcony was, and we saw dirty tables and high chairs piled up on the patio, which was such an eye sore and very unprofessional. It certainly was not something I wanted to be staring at throughout my entire experience. Additional lying when each course was served, they brought it out on a dirty plastic rolling cart that wasn’t covered with any sort of tablecloth to make it presentable. I’ve never seen anything like it and I’ve been working in restaurants for 13 years... Additionally, it was EXTREMELY hot in the dining room. When I told the server about it, she called the bartender that left, and they stated that they didn’t know how to make it cooler on the thermostat. They started breaking and shutting down the room at 7:30PM despite us having reservations and once they closed the balcony doors it became unbearably hot. I was sweating profusely and my husband and I couldn’t get up fast enough. The food was decent for the most part but we had to ask for bread even when the mussels appetizer came out which has a lot of extra sauce that you definitely want to soak up with something and only upon us requesting the breadsticks did it come out. We spent $215.00 for some seafood pasta, a couple drinks mussels mushrooms and a filet with tasteless cold vegetables…. We spent about the same at the vintage press a few days prior.. we would go there every time before ever coming back to this establishment.
I had a nice dinner here. I went upstairs and wanted to sit on the balcony outside. Dora, I believe her name was, and this other guy set up a table for me. I ordered a bloody mary, some mussels and carrot cake. It was very good I will return again.

As far as fine dining goes in Visalia there’s nothing better than this establishment. We started with the meatballs had the Caesar salad for our mid and I had the ribeye while my husband had the filet. It was our anniversary. The food was pretty good, but I do want to mention that service was quite slow. I definitely think that our server forgot to fire our salads because we waited almost an hour in between the meatballs and the salad, and it would’ve been nice to get a candle in something for our anniversary when we ordered our after dinner drinks, but other than that, the food made up for the lack of service in some areas. We will come back again when we are on vacation. I forgot to mention the wine list is absolutely insane and if you’re a wine nerd like myself and in the industry, you can get lost in that book. so many fun things to look at. Well done!
We have come here several times. It’s always a great place to go with great food! The food is second to none! The staff is always courteous and very welcoming and friendly! They definitely make you wanna come back! It is always a privilege to Eat here!
Having concluded a many hours tour of Kings Canyon & Sequoia NPs, our friends / hosts / guides from Fresno suggested this establishment as a dinner option. Little did we know what we were in for!!! The first big question was whether or not we would be allowed in given that we were still in hiking attire, including boots and shorts. "No problem.", said the hostess. The Vintage Press vibe and decor is classic casual fine dining with an emphasis on "fine". As we walked in past the beautifully decorated patio, we were greeted not only by the hostess, but the live tunes from the piano player positioned above the entry. From the meal's beginning to its sweet ending, our server, Alysha, provided impeccable guidance. As is seldom the case, she was there when we needed her and never when we didn't. Water glasses were tended to, timing between courses just right, and questions were answered with detailed knowledge. We could tell there was strong ownership with an emphasis on proper tableside demeanor. What about the food? From menu options to presentation to portions and taste, the food matched Alysha's service in every way, making this one of the finest complete dining experiences we can recall. Well done, Alysha and David. Thank you!

House of JuJu Visalia, April 3, 2024 Me & some family members came here to try their Gourmet Burgers & JuJu Potatoes plus their amazing dipping sauces! The burgers was so delicious & very filling because of the meat on them plus the other fixing! Thank you & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s & %+ Great Job! & Great Service & Great Burgers!!!
Great service, food was delicious, it can get a little loud and hard to hear the table at times, but other than that it was great. My wife and had the fish tacos and house potatoes. I think the name of our waitress was Paola, and she was wonderful too. Overall we had a very nice date night and would recommend it.
Had lunch here and I ordered the shrimp tacos, potatos and a BBQ dipping sauce. The potatos are incredible as well as their waitresses. The pomegranate sangria is to die for.

This place is a great choice for a nice dinner. The fine dining set up is perfect for a date night or a special occasion. They also have a casual bar. The food was delicious! For appetizers we had the mussels and stuffed mushrooms, for dinner I had the stuffed chicken in a pepper cream sauce with mashed potatoes. The food was all so delicious but we had almost a 40 min wait for the food. Server was very kind and professional. Entrees are around $32 and up.
Wow. Wow. Wow. Their food was amazing. Calamari was crispy and delicious. Chicken taco is a must try and had a hint a nice spicy sauce! Buffalo chicken wings were delicious with a hint of spicy, not too sour like most Buffalo sauce, just the way I like it. The salad was delicious, sweet, and complimented the blue cheese well!!!! The filet mignon wrapped with bacon topped with scampi and mashed potatoes were a 10/10. I'm not a big fan of filet mignon, but this place made me like filet mignon even more now. Every bite melted in your mouth, and the mash potatoes complimented well. Quality and quantity Q/Q.
Fantastic upscale place for an occasion. Friendliest service with great food, drinks and desserts. Loved the Chicken Marsala and Chicken & shrimp & the cheesecake!! Alvaro, our server was a champ!!

Came across this gem last week! In town from work, and always looking for good local (non-chain) restaurants. Had the pleasure of being greeted by the owner, Gabe..very kind and sweet man! It's wonderful when you can walk into a place and feel the high aura of energy and feel very welcomed, especially when you dine out by yourself often. Sat at the bar, conversations kept me company! Trying to choose Healthier food options since I dine out for a living...& the Chopped Thai Salad was delicious, creative and filling ingredients crafted into a salad and quite generous portion; (made a great leftover lunch the next day). Truffle fries with aioli were also a great choice! Thanks for having me and great food and kindness. Hope to be back this week!
I think this is what I'd call a "special occassion", restaurant. You'll pay a premium, but you wouldn't want to pay that much for food on a monthly basis. I was disappointed that when I contacted the restaurant via the FB page they were unwilling to make a reservation for me, even though we were already chatting.
Dining at Fugazzis in Visalia was a fantastic experience! We ordered sweet potato waffle fries for appetiser and it was 10/10 ; the pasta dishes were cooked to perfection and the sauces were rich and flavorful. The highlight of the day was the dessert ’crème brûlée cheesecake, a match made in heaven! It was so good! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great lunch. Highly recommend this spot if you are in the town.

Cute little coffee shop in downtown Visalia, perfect for folks 65+. I felt like I was eating at my Grandmas house, not in a bad way. Delicious omelettes, very fast service, and very cheap prices. I think the 2 of us ate breakfast with tax and tip for under $35. It was pretty crazy.
I recently visited Valhalla in Visalia for breakfast, and it was amazing. Right when I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles that made me feel welcome. The breakfast menu had so many good choices. I picked the eggs benedict, which were delicious. The sauce was creamy, the eggs were just right, and the English muffin was nicely toasted. My friend got the Belgian waffles, which were light, fluffy, and topped with fresh berries and whipped cream. The restaurant itself is cozy and nice. The rustic and modern decor mix makes it feel comfy and stylish at the same time. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed without being too pushy. What really impressed me was the quality of the food. You could tell that the ingredients were fresh and locally sourced, which made everything taste even better. The coffee was also great – strong and just what we needed to start the day. I’m excited to try their lunch and dinner options next time because I’ve heard they’re just as good as breakfast. Overall, Valhalla in Visalia is a fantastic place to eat. The breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent. If you're in the area, you should definitely check it out. You won't be disappointed!
Absolutely love this spot in Visalia! Best in class Danish breakfast! Fun/funky spot, excellent and helpful staff and meals that were out of this world to kick off a big day!

I am not really sure what's going on with the franchise but the service and quality of food have become abysmal. Although the salad and bread sticks were as always, the entre, on the other hand, was truly sad! The main course was "warm" at best. Taste was less than blan! Scallops were obviously cut into shape and tasted the same as the faux crab meat sold in most grocery stores I'm sorry, but Olive Garden is no longer on my "to go" list!
Our server Vriana was awesome--was my birthday and she made it extra special. Also had grandkids with and she was great with them. Food was fantastic. I shared my lasagna with my granddaughter as they didn't offer it on the kids menu. They split it in half and put it on her own plate which she really liked.
A lot of variety of pasta options. Some meat and fish also. The dishes are not the best but it's okay of you are going with a group. They offer to put cheese in every dish of the menu, regardless of what it is. The place can be a bit noisy depending on how many people there are. The staff is very friendly. There's a tablet on the table, be very careful when touching it as they can charge you extra depending on what you use it for. You can order in advance and they take the food to your car outside.
