I had a to go order, the food was good and the lady at the front counter was very friendly. They gave us some free fried bread with a sugar coating that my grandchildren loved. It's a nice place to get some good takeout...

Very good service, very fast, and reasonably priced. Overall it is very pleasant my only complaint is the egg rolls are a little small.

The food was great. Our server wasn't very personal or lively and though I believe a server is as much part of your dining experience as is the food and atmosphere, I just cannot judge too harshly this time for the food was so fresh, well seasoned, and very much on point.

Ok, so I seen the recent ⭐ reviews and thought something didn't seem right after so many 5's. So I checked the place out. Miss Lisa, who took our order, explained they had their GM and a few Managers walk out at the SAME TIME a lil over a week ago. About the time the 1 star reviews started. Coincidence? Anyways... Yes we waited a little, BECAUSE the ones that were working today at 230 literally got hired and thrown into the mix along with the stand in GM not having any help. So they are trying and yet STILL give great customer service and wonderful food. Everything we ordered came out perfect and the workers were very courteous and professional even when left in the predicament they are in. So if you go here just remember you don't know what's going on behind the scenes, have patience and give them a smile. It might make someone's day better.

Had a online order at the Valley Alabama store went to pick up my order and was asked bro pull forward. We had a couple of biggy bags and a nuggs party tray regular with Honey Mustard sauce. Just about an hour later they managed to bring out our food and when we got to eating our food we were 6 nuggets short. If it is going to take you an hour to fill the order atleast learn how to count

8pm Sunday night. I’m the only customer. Waiting 20 minutes for a double w cheese. April the manager having a good ole time in the back. No one wotrking No one interested in getting my sandwich. Just asked mgr what is the holdup? No answe/excuse. They just now started making the sandwich after I asked. Worst Wendy’s management ever!

Great food 1 meat and 3 vegetables drink included great price $. Great service and a home town atmosphere. You will see the owner walking through say to Terry.

DELICIOUS! The grilled Texas toast chicken salad sandwich was fabulous! The brisket plate was sooooo guuud! Real mashed potatoes and gravy. I can't wait to try the spicy and sweet chicken salad sandwiches. The staff is awesome too! Friendly and patient even offered me a sample. I love this place!

Update: Post 2 Have eaten here now about half a dozen times. Still enjoy it. Chicken Salad is good tasting but they don't put enough on vs bread ration. My husband almost always orders the Special or the Hot Roast Beef sandwich! Think I will stick with the Salad Bar. It is a really great value and you make it your own. Better to pay cash too, avoid the surcharge when you use a Bank card :) First Post: Sure was charming! Never been and we literally drive by it a few times a week. So glad we finally stopped in! I had Meat + 2 and Hubby had Open faced Roast Beef meal. Both very good! The flavor on the brisket was remarkable, but not real tender. Loved the sides of Coleslaw and Baked Potato salad. We will definitely know now what is waiting for us on the inside. The looks of the building fool ya! Very reasonable too ✌

So good!! Will definitely come again. The food was hot and fresh. Waitresses were very kind and came around often. We had a group of 5 and got seated quickly. The serving spoons at the buffet were kept clean and the tables and chairs didn’t give me the ‘icky sticky greasy’ feeling of most buffets. Reasonably priced too! $11.99 per person for adults and we went on a Sunday around 3:00 pm.

Well I'm an ole country boy to heart. I just love this little place nothing fancy but they're food and service are consistent the waitresses are always nice & staff as well. Only place that I've been too and I never seen a brown piece of lettuce at their salad bar. You don't have to wait on a refill on your beverage they're on top of it also. So don't hesitate to visit this Lil small town restaurant where the people are nice and the food is good. GOD BLESS!!

Country American type buffet, with several meats and vegetable choices. Some of the food was good, most of it was just okay. The desserts were lacking, though. However, overall, a good variety and everything was okay. The waitstaff was friendly, attentive and everything was really clean!

This place is super close to the rv park my boyfriend stays at while he is out of town. He eats here frequently and really likes it.

Been coming here since I was a kid, moved out of town and came back just to eat here. I was pleasantly surprised how the quality of the food has always been so good! Great people great food! Come eat local and you won’t regret it.

I have been there a total of four times so far and everything has been excellent. Don’t let the looks of the building fool you. The food is good. If you haven’t yet give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I promise you, they’ll never get another penny from me!!!! This location was HORRIBLE. First, we waited about 40 minutes to get our food in the drive thru. We pulled up to the drive through and the lady was not welcoming nor was she friendly. When we pulled up we was greeted with a “hold on” for a good ten minutes. Ordered the food and was told to pull around to the parking lot to get our order. You would think we ordered the whole menu… we ordered 3 combos. once we were parked, we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. We noticed other cars were receiving their meals, even cars that came after us. After about a 40 min wait on our meals, we decided to jump back in the drive thru. We asked the lady did she forget about us she said “no”.. she hand us our bag and we saw the food was tossed in the bag. Cheese and lettuce was all in the bag. We gave the bag back and her and another employee were looking inside the bag and I over heard one of them say “yeah it is thrown in there” insinuating that whoever bagged up the food threw the food in there all type of ways. Upon opening our burritos, I was annoyed. My burrito was flat and clearly missing add ons in the burritos. It seems like the burritos was deliberately made the way because I order the same meal each time I visit a Taco Bell so ofcourse I know how it should look and taste. If you don’t want nasty attitudes, half made food, and a long wait time go somewhere please.

Food was great but service was super slow. There was only one other person in front of us We ordered on the kiosk, which was great, but took a bit to get our food The new strawberry twists are delicious, though So I recommend trying those out Overall, this was like any other Taco Bell

Go to opelika instead, this location is not up to par, I ordered my usual 3 soft tacos and large nacho fries, and I paid extra for more seasoned beef and cheese for all my tacos without lettuce and when I got them, they were all basic tacos with lettuce on them and the nacho fries tasted like they forgot to put even a pinch of season of them, honestly it may just be the second shift team, because I never have this problem when I go up there in the morning time.

5 plus 5 more stars, if you haven't been here you are backing up. The Most Ultimate, Most Friendly, Most Relaxing Restaurant with Refreshing Smiling Faces and Excellent Drinks and wait staff. This has to be the BEST Restaurant in the Whole surrounding area. I DEFINITELY will be making MANY return visits.

Always a relaxed comfortable atmosphere. Great service, always with a smile and most of the time remembers your order. I always bring my out of town guests to dine. The salsa is superb. And thr best value in the tristate area.

Awesome Mexican restaurant! The owner of this restaurant has been in business at this location for over 7 years and in the restaurant business overall over 19 yrs. He personally greets all patrons and makes sure everything is great. This has been the third time going here and will not be our last. Highly recommend this place even if one had to drive several miles to get here, you would not be disappointed. The fee food is abundantly flavorfull and the portions are large. The salsa and chips are wonderful too! The service is exceptional and efficient. The restaurant seating area and the restrooms are super clean and their posted health rating is 100%. Need I say more? Definitely a 5 star plus restaurant.

Victoria was the sweetest, she was so kind to us from the time we walked in until we left! We are 1.5 hours from our home town but she made us feel right at home! Huge thank you to her she was amazing!! The world needs more Victoria's!!!

Put in an order on door dash at 12:30, they don't close until 2, they proceeded to never prepare my order. So I went up there at 2 for the manager to tell me to talk to door dash and walked away from the locked door, no apology or anything. Tried to talk to door dash and the virtual assistant won't refund anything except the $5 tip. Ridiculous.

Went drive thru but order was correct and fries were good & HOT.

Review from my wife and I: I don’t know the brown haired female server that was attending the drive through window on 8-2-2024 at 5:55pm but she needs a serious training on being courteous. I used the app and missed adding condiments. I asked for them at the window and she told me I should have done that on the app. She was very rude about it. I wish I knew her name and the owner so this gets addressed. I’ve never been treated this way at any restaurant. I used to own and operate a local restaurant and I’d never allow such. My alias is just that. If I could talk to the owner/manager I’d be more than happy to reveal my real name. Food was great. Service was fast. Employee was severely rude for no reason. Edit: the manager reached out to me. That means a lot. She did her best to make it right. She apologized for our encounter. We’ve been there a few times since then. No problem. I’ve even met the manager. She is very nice and professional. We’ll continue to do business there. Some people aren’t meant to be in the service industry. They had one.

This is the quality of meals you get. Not even in right container. wasn't notified before ordering last 3 times either.

I am truly humbled by the manager named Carlee here. She is so kind and she is an outstanding employee!!! The food here is great!! I dined in and had no issues. Not crowds here at 10 am and thats ideal. Clean as well!! Very thankful!! Come help this local business succeed cause times are tough!

We were excited to try Mama Joe's since receiving menu posts on Facebook. The oxtails over rice was good, which was why we drove from Opelika. Mashed potatoes were edible, but the dressing was toxic! It was rotten and salty, and I'm grateful that I didn't get food poisoning. I was only able to take one bite, because it had gone bad, really bad, no telling how old it was. My husband said his fried chicken was salty and hard as a rock, he had to peel the crust off to get to the chicken, which is not how he rolls. The staff was nice, but someone needs to do quality control over what is served and hide the salt shaker.

Over thirty dollars for two people to have breakfast?.we went the first week they opened and won't go back. My friends and I were happy to see someone open for breakfast. They also were disappointed in the price and they said that they would not go. To bad

We got there about 3:00 in the afternoon it wasn't busy which was excellent we had calamari, two Greek salads, shrimp carbonaro. I also ordered chocolate cheesecake and a carrot cheesecake, and my guests ordered coconut cream pie. The price is a reasonable, I love the valley.

If you visit this restaurant on the day of your birthday, they will give you up to $20 on your meal. My birthday trip was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in a long time! The atmosphere was great, our server was very pleasant and efficient and the meal was out of this world! For starters, we enjoyed the garlic rolls with our salad, which was fresh and cold with delicious, homemade dressing. Next, I honestly can’t remember ever having a better steak than the huge ribeye which was cooked to perfection,along with a half-dozen huge fried shrimp! Then, to round out our meal, I was served a huge, complimentary dessert. I chose the peanut butter pie, which was absolutely phenomenal - the best I’ve ever had!! Three of us ate some and we still took some home, along with left-over steak and shrimp for a meal the next day. If you’re looking for an outstanding dining experience, you must visit Milano’s in Valley, AL

I ordered the lasagna and it had hardly any meat or layer it it. It was like soup with a few noodle. The dessert are AMAZING and the staff are friendly. I'll say the good was ok. The meat for the salad and gyro seem to be the same and the are dry. Dinner rolls are also good.

Listen! It’s Oct 10th (1:21pm) & We’re here from FL due to hurricane Milton. Our first time in the area, we’re 4 cars deep about 17 people and they took care of us very well. I have eaten a lot of church's chicken and this 1 is my favorite! The food is always hot and fresh. I'm a trucker so my time is limited but they get me in and out quick. I always make it a point to stop by when I am this way

The food was fresh, hot, good and fast. I just wish that they didn't put honey in all the biscuits. I wish the customers was given a choice, my family just don't care for our bread to be sweet. Besides that, i would go back, and this Church's is connected to a truckstop and gas station.

The ribs were tough but had a good flavor. Service was as fast as they could go for as busy as the drive thru was. The guy that cut the ribs was very polite.

Ribs were just okay! The fries were soggy and undercooked. The cake!!! The key-lime cake was the driest piece of cake I have EVER eaten. And let’s be honest, I could tell it was dry before I bought it but I have a sweet tooth. No sign of keylime in the cake so it must just be food coloring.

The chip pork is perfect for making sliders and the slaw is some of the best I have ever eaten! I have never been disappointed with anything I have gotten at Chuck’s. The servers are extremely nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!
