Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in Tysons – 2024

Avoid. Place is next to Ritz, so they expect to have visitors n out of towners. Place is nice. Food looks great, but tastes bland. No flavor or spice or something exquisite. We were party of 9 n none of us liked it, better places elsewhere. Waitress skipped me for asking for drinks, so I just had water. Wife n others complained that drinks had no alcohol taste. I guess a bad experience. Expensive, but not woth it. Sorry.

Actually my favorite part was the staff, they are super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and the place is classy. Parking is convenient. Highly recommend! Fair warning though if you order the dessert it’s quite a lot.

The Palm is always a great experience. The bar scene is busy and fun- definitely a mix of business , family and frequent visitors . Showing up with someone whose face is on the wall always helps the experience. I like everything g on the menu and tu deserts are amazing. The seafood is always great quality ; steaks are excellent. Family style for the apps and sides is the way to go.

This review is for their carry out Thanksgiving and for brunch. My family loves Founding Farmers brunch. It’s rare to find a buffet that serves quality food in abundance. The atmosphere and laid back vibe make the dining experience that much better. Thanksgiving was amazing this year! Picking up the order was easy, and reheating the dishes was superb. No hassle, deliciousness! I must say that the portions were very generous as well. That pecan pie…wow. Highly recommend ordering a meal to go from this location. Yum, yum, and more yum!

The overall excitement about this place is well warranted. They had very unique and well executed flavors. I also enjoyed the fresh farm and homemade concept. The service was very friendly, however; the one big complain I have is that some of our food came out cold. We sent one back to be reheated and just didn’t complain about the others.

I’ve been coming to Founding Farmers for years, and Tabs is hands-down the best server in America! Every visit, Tabs brings incredible energy, warmth, and professionalism that make the dining experience truly special. He’s always attentive, knows the menu inside and out, and consistently offers fantastic recommendations. His service is impeccable, and he genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for every guest. Tabs is a huge part of why I keep coming back, and I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you, Tabs, for being amazing as always!

Never enjoyed a variety of well cooked steak in a sitting with elegant, yet relaxed ambience. Nice place for special occasions and night outs..the meats are cooked to perfection complementing their delicious offerings. The grilled pineapple was too sweet for me but still a must-visit for steak lovers..

Upscale and sexy atmosphere! Impressive for a date or not- you can go alone. This place is great for meat-a-terions! Every kind of meat- almost anything from a Cow. All the “good” cuts… + Shrimp, Chicken, Lamb. Meat was well seasoned and super tender! The greatest salad bar with a wide variety of veggies and cured cheeses. Drinks are stiff too. Plan to spend about $100/pp if you get drinks or dessert. It is worth every penny.

My employer, “DESKA Foundation repair services” had our Christmas Dinner at Chima Steakhouse and it was a delicious, 5-Star experience!

Barrel & Bushel is a restaurant right next to the Hyatt hotel and connected to the Tysons Corner mall. The service is slow and uninterested, but luckily that suited the vibe of our dinner (we weren't in a rush). The atmosphere is fine. Extremely high ceilings mean that everything echoes and there's a bar with TVs next to the dining room, so it's loud. There's no restroom in the restaurant. You have to go to the hotel lobby to use the restroom. However, I really enjoyed the food. The LOADED TOTS are fried just right. The PIMENTO DEVILED EGGS are tasty (though very heavy on pimento). I got the PUB SLIDERS as my meals and they were quite tasty. The SMOKED CHEESE CRAB SOUP was a little different for cream of crab soup, and I liked it, though some may be put off by the amount of old bay in the recipe. My Boutique Apple cocktail was so tasty I had to order two! The CARAMEL APPLE BREAD PUDDING was out of this world and the CHOCOLATE SWISS CHALET CAKE was delicious as well. If I'm in no rush, I'd return for sure!

If I could give more stars I would… Out host name was David, young man who perfectly matched our vibe and orders… Chris the Manager was great and later told us, David was his first hire… Great catch and I would love to see David move up the ladder, maybe get behind the bar… David is a great addition to the team… oh and the food was amazing

Ate there for lunch on a Monday a couple weeks ago for the first time. Not a lot of people in, which was great. The lamb burger was delicious, and so was the salmon. I'd go back for the dinner service.
