Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in Tullahoma – 2024

Food was pretty good. Decent pricing. Little off put to the dust caked on vets and low light. Odd smell when you walk in. Server was great . Kept a good check on us for refills And if we needed anything. Visiting from out of town overall, not too bad.

We always enjoy every meal we eat here. It is our favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The food is hot and delicious, and the service is friendly. We have eaten here countless times and have only had to wait for a seat once during a busy peak time. I highly recommend eating here.

The food was good, and plenty of it! I had gone to dinner with my friend, and ordered a maragrita. Out came the waitress with two. Apparently they were buy one, get one free, which I was not aware of. I don't drink alcohol much, and had been getting ready to drive 4 hours, so 2 margaritas was a lot in my case. Perhaps the staff should be trained to ask if you want the deal, instead of surprising customers with it

Yamato's in Tullahoma offers a solid dining experience with some highlights worth mentioning. The beef tips in the hibachi were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. However, I did request extra soft vegetables, and unfortunately, the broccoli was still quite tough. The hibachi sauce was a bit lacking in flavor, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the spring rolls were delicious—definitely one of my favorites. My husband enjoyed his California roll, while my crunch roll, which I added cream cheese to, could have used a bit more flavor. Thankfully, a drizzle of spicy mayo and eel sauce helped elevate it. The side salad served with the hibachi was generous, a pleasant surprise compared to the smaller portions at Yamato's in Dechard. My husband loved his miso soup, as usual. The service was impressive; our waitress was friendly and attentive, even sharing cooking tips for vegetables at home. Overall, the ambiance of the restaurant is pleasing, and while there were a few misses with flavor, the positive aspects and great service make me eager to return and explore more of their menu.

Probably the worst sushi I have ever received from anywhere. This is supposed to be a spider roll…. My husband tried to go back and talk to them about this atrocity, but they closed 20 MINUTES EARLY. Pulled on the door and everything. I decided to call and ask why they closed and why my sushi was disfigured in such a way, and the lady over the phone argued with me and said that this is….. normal. Tried to make me believe this is the usual spider roll. I’ve had spider rolls from other places and never have I received something like this. She was very rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure why I was treated this way…

Rebecca our server was very nice. Give her a 5 star service. I love their sweet potato tempura. And I ordered red snapper hibachi and my husband got shrimp tempura. Food was hot, crispy and tastes just right. This was our 3rd visit. Looking forward for more. They also have a sushi bar, and a bar where you can order drinks and all the sushi you want.

Our party of three discovered this eatery last week for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the food, service and atmosphere. Do not judge the book by the cover as the location does not do this place justice for a passerby. Stop in and try their vittles. You will not be sorry you did. In addition to our enjoyment of the food, we discovered this place gives back to its local community and helps the needy by allowing people to bring canned foods in for others to help themselves. The food was amazing. IDK why it took us 5 years to finally try their menu, but now that we have its going to be our first choice for breakfast!! I had the bisqets n gravy with my eggs on top. The flavor was great, and the portion sizes were more than enough. My wife had a western omelet with bacon on the side and she said it was amazing! Everyth

It don't get more real. Service should be 10 stars, extremely affordable. Great American taste.

Food tasted great, but both pizzas we got were a little under cooked for our liking. If you eat here just ask them to cook it well and it should be some of the best pizza in town.

I place my order over the phone. Tell her I want to pay over the phone. She says only if that’s your only form of payment. I’m like um ok, I’ll just pay when I get there.. never once did they tell me it’s going to be a 3.5% convenience fee. I didn’t say anything about that.. I was in a hurry so I didn’t check the boxes before I left. I bought $45 worth of pizza. I get home and they look nasty and taste like rubber. I call and both the worker and manager were very rude. The manager interrupted me while I was talking and I told her don’t interrupt and let me finish. She tells me not to talk to her like that and hangs up the phone.. very unprofessional. I’ll never be back to Tullahoma Rafael’s again. Edited to respond: I did not yell at you until you were rude and interrupted me. And clearly the picture I posted with the review the pizza looks nasty. So imagine how it tasted. I had hungry kids, I couldn’t wait to bring pizza that should’ve been fresh the first time and make everybody’s kids wait even longer. So yes, like I said, you didn’t handle this professional at all! I never wanted free pizza. I wanted pizza that was fresh. By the picture, you can tell it was not fresh. You were rude, your pizza tasted like rubber. That’s all.

Great food at an amazing price. Fast and friendly service. This is my number go to place to eat always.

Great staff! Delicious food and a wonderful selection of drinks. Fun bar area with plenty of space, but smoking is allowed at the bar if that is a problem.

Yesterday my wife and our friend went to London's in downtown Tullahoma for lunch. It was the first time my wife and I had been to London's and we were both very impressed! The service was excellent and attentive and the food was great! We had an onion ring appetizer which was hot and excellent. I then had the Cuban sandwich and fries. I thought the sandwich was done perfectly and I really think their French fries were some of the best I ever had. My wife really enjoyed her burger and said it was super tasty. They also gave me a military discount and I appreciate it greatly. Well done London's..... I can see why your so well known in Tullahoma and I'm glad we visited you for lunch.

Gotta love dive bar food. I had the grill cheese added bacon and ham. It was on point.

Ragu 2 has excellent food and a huge menu of choices. Everything I have had has been served hot and delicious. I recommend you request the back room in the hot summer. It is cooler and tends to be quieter.

Wow! What a great experience. I don't think I can give Ragu II enough praise. I have lived in the area for 5 years, and this was our first visit. We had a group of 6 people. Everyone's order came out fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Everyone commented on that fact. Service was also exceptional, drinks filled, orders came out quickly. The kitchen really has its processes in place. We were all very happy with Ragu II. I would definitely recommend that you try it!!

EDIT after 2nd visit: Disappointing experience the second time around. I feel this restaurant is hit or miss. Brunch was meh. Omelets are not their strong suit. My kiddo got spaghetti and meatballs again. The meatball was seriously undercooked (raw inside) and inedible. Hubs pasta bologonese was a really small portion for $15. The water pitcher was dirty, and black floaties ended up in my glass. I wish this restaurant was more consistent. Probably won't return. Original review: This is Tullahoma's hidden gem! What a phenomenal find. The food was delicious. A starter bread basket is complimentary & comes served with dipping oil. I had the wedge salad & Angel hair "Sopia Lauren" pasta. Both were delicious. My child got spaghetti and meatballs and enjoyed it. Our server, Max Sharp, was awesome & deserves a shout-out for the excellent level of service they provided. The restaurant was spotless, restrooms were clean and stocked, and the overall vibe was chill. -We will definitely return.
