I came here a few days ago and ordered the queso flameado and the jamaica. The flameado was really delicious, I don't recommend taking it out so be sure your appetite is big enough to eat it all. That wasn't the case for me so I can say that it tastes very weird to eat later on. The jamaica I found out is a hibiscus tea. It is a good kind of bitter, but I don't recommend it if you don't like dark chocolate, because there was definitely not much sugar, if any.

Completely disappointed. My husband and I called ordered dinner, only to bring home take home box with 3 separate meals. No rice ,no bean and this was $30!!! I have been to a lot of Mexican restaurants and never have I ever been left still feeling extremely hungry for the price we paid.

First ever stop at Zaxsbys. Forgot our order. Then got it wrong. No fry sauce. Only one kind of salad dressing. Front counter help not very helpful or polite.

I went to Jack's first to get chicken fingers, and they were out of honey mustard. Then I decided to drive across town to Zaxby's. I asked for honey mustard twice when I ordered. When I got back to the office I had a package of ranch and a package of Zax sauce. I was so disappointed. The food is good, but I really wanted the honey mustard and they charged me extra for it! That's why I gave them 1 star for service.

Service was great, but the difference in a Zensation salad last year, and what I just got is just sad. 6 little bites of chicken(that's counting 2 that were barely cut in half), maybe a tablespoon of slaw, if that. It was barely one fork full. Sure didn't resemble what they advertised. For 9.99! The second photo is what I got today at my Zaxbys in Pell City, Alabama!! This is why I rarely use another location!!! Night and day difference!!

It's hard to capture the true greatness of a place in a review and some pictures. This place encompasses what Talladega is all about. The food was delicious and you could truly taste the care and love that goes into it with every bite. The level of customer service was amazing. They quickly make you feel like your a regular. After hearing that our family had evacuated from Florida the owners came out to meet us and make sure we were doing ok. While we sat there about 10 people came In to pick up their order and they knew and greeted everyone like family. Best wings hands down. Do not miss an opportunity to experience it yourself.

I tried to save the food for the picture but I couldn’t lol. T-Town is always amazing whenever I eat there . Friendly faces and great food . My fish was a little tough this time but I’ll still order again because they season and deliver every time.

We came with a group of about 60 people. The servers were really moving the entire time. Waters were constantly refilled, chips and salsa flowed with abundance. Our food was served promptly and accurately.

Food was fantastic and service delightful. Though the decor and atmosphere is typical from my experience, the fresh flares within the dishes we ordered took them to next level. Tacos Al Pastor were fresh and clean tasting. Presentation was decent. Our favorite drink? The fresh pineapple margarita! If you’re a margarita fan this is a must try. Fresh and lite. Not overwhelming. Refreshing!

Food was pretty good. The service was outstanding. Always making sure your alright. Also when you order a beer they give you complimentary water. Refill your glass and also your salsa. The atmosphere is very relaxing, music playing and decor that really stands out. Definitely would recommend.

Well I was looking for some what of a home cooked meal on Saturday an got what I was looking for although I had 2 slabs of catfish when I could of got 1 because one would of filled me up. But everything was great from what I ordered which will be in pictures below no complaints catfish is amazing ‼️‼️

Had the catfish nuggets , fries, coleslaw and strawberry pie.. Some of the best quality around.. Fish was so good I wanted to slap my ole lady.. but the Strawberry pie made me sweet... Thanks for a great reasonable priced meal..

Typical meat and three type place. Very affordable with friendly and quick service. Would like a bit more seasoning in the food.

After sitting in the drive-through for what seemed like forever. Paid for my food and proceeded the wait again forever. I was asked what was I still doing there when I did not receive my food nor a receipt. And when they had to make change for the money, they couldn’t find the keys to the register. When we got the food, we got undercooked biscuits ,unseasoned fries, And drinks with no straws. And when we asked for ranch, we got three different kinds of dipping sauces other than ranch. I don’t advise anyone to go because the past four times we have been there. It has been the same.

Waited a long time this morning in the drive through. Speaker is broke. They have a person taking orders on the curb. They didn't have what I went there for. So I ordered biscuits and gravy. I don't live close to Jacks. I got home and sat down to eat, on my second bite I had a long hair in my mouth. 100% a workers hair because I am bald so it can't be mine. Very disappointing. They last straw for this Jack's. Ever heard of a hair net? No, because I've never seen anyone in there with one. This Jack's use to be awesome. Not so much now

The Jack's in Talladega Alabama was something else. It appeared to be clean. But standing for nearly 10 minutes to be waited on, and I was the only one in line. Then the person who took my order had a mood like I had interrupted her day. Then I watched my burgers get made because the person who was supposed to bag the food was talking on her cell phone. I would have gave 5 stars if the employees just one of them acted like they were happy that I was there. They weren't rude or mean it was like I was invisible.

The food was hot and fresh. They served us quickly, quickly gave refills and was very funny and friendly staff.

Took the family out for dinner tonight and the Manager, Jessica, and her stuff were incredible. The food was delivered hot, delicious and everything came out on time! We can’t wait to come back for such amazing meal and great customer service. I recommend you visit immediately!

Been sitting in one of the booths right next to where they walk through for over an hour after ordering and haven't even heard an update about its completion. Not only that. People who showed after us received their food well before we ever will. One table had eaten and left before we got our food. Just go to the waffle house that's nearby

This was our first venture out of Lincoln, to eat, after moving to town a couple of days ago. We were recommended this place by someone we knew who lives in the area. We definitely weren't disappointed. My wife, and I, both got the BBQ pork dinner, and man, was it good! Service was great, and we'll definitely be coming back on a regular basis. A very cool little place.

The ribs were very good and so was the pulled pork. It is definitely worth trying. I couldn't give five stars because the best part of the meal was the onion rings and hot sauce. The onion rings were some of the best I've ever had and the hot BBQ sauce was not to spicy to drowned out the flavor and it had a sweet kick at the end. The building was old and a little to dated for me but otherwise a nice place to eat. Would recommend if your in town.

This place is great. Truly lives up to its name but is some of the best barbecue in the area. I had the pulled pork sandwich, baked beans and onion rings. The onion rings are beer-battered and always fried exceptionally with a great taste. The baked beans are definitely savory with a slight sweetness to them. The sandwich is the crown jewel. It was quality meat piled high with a nice amount of barbecue sauce and enough pickles to add the crunch and tanginess. This was a great meal and I would not recommend getting this and going back to work cause you very well might be caught sleeping if you do.

Go somewhere else. Don't even bother reading the rest of this review. It took 40 minutes to get our food and you it tasted and had the consistency of food that had all been frozen at the time of us ordering. Including their pulled pork. Their BBQ sauce was boring. With this being a small town BBQ joint you would expect more. But clearly they don't have to try hard because your choices are fast food or the other BBQ joint in town that is just as bad.

Good food, but it took longer than expected to get order on a Friday night.

First house is always good. No buffet but you still get alot of food for a great price. Friendly staff. The building looks shady but the food is great. I get the Happy Family lunch special everytime

This is the first and last time I tried first takeout restaurant. We ordered two combination plates which what is about $9 plus tax which should have been about around $20. As the combination plates does not come with a side of Chow Mein noodles, I asked if I can have a side of shrimp chow mein to which they responded they have to give me a combination not just a small side. But they said they would give me a large side of shrimp Chow Mein. ( instead she charged me for a full combo plate which was another $10 and did not tell me she was charging me a combo plate) so the total was $31 and some change. After we came home, I look at the order, and I didn't see the shrimp chow mein noodles that I ordered instead I seen this slimy looking cabbage with bits and pieces of undercooked shrimp. when I called her back I told her that I ordered shrimp chow mein and it's usually more noodley but I got some cabbage looking stuff and she responded with... "The noodle dish I'm talking about is called lo mein not chow mien, and you ordered chow mein and thats your fault not ours." Cutting my losses, I said okay thank you and she hung up not offering to make it right. I Google Chow Mein noodles and lo mein noodles and what's the difference, and they are BOTH a noodle based dish. What I got was a slimy cabbage with little bits of pieces of shrimp not a single noodle was inside of their I'll never go back to that place again

I'll give in to good food anyday. Recently enjoyed the taco salad you can't beat that cost of $10.56. But today it wasn't the same. There was nothing to it. It commonly comes filled to the top.

This is the best ALL IN ONE shop I’ve ever been to by far! They have EVERYTHING that you could imagine from amazing food made to order (and breakfast) fishing bait, great selection of beers, and all the snacks! The staff is very friendly and helpful as well!

Buddy's platter was so good! The ribs, brisket, pulled pork, baked beans and gooey Mac n cheese were beyond our expectations! We have never had fried catfish before and it was great, we loved it! Buddy's is a great little gem in Talladega!!

This place is great for breakfast or lunch. I have only had a couple of the items on the menu that aren't to my tastes, and I'm sure it's just me. Barbera was a friendly and prompt server, who made sure we wanted for nothing. She made us feel as if we were coming home. They also offer a program to help those who can't afford to eat.

Waitress was friendly and efficient. Food was mediocre at best. I didn’t know you could mess up a BLT. They served 2 slices of bacon on grilled Texas toast with 1 slice of tomato and a bit of wilted lettuce. The Texas toast was way too much bread and it being grilled made the whole sandwich greasy. The BBQ ribs didn’t taste like they had ever seen the inside of a smoker: probably oven cooked. The mac and cheese was bland. And the cole slaw was cropped up dry cabbage. No mayo of any kind? Strange. Won’t go back.

Some of my coworkers were in town for a meeting. I wanted to take them someplace with good food & great views. Everyone loved it. I had the seafood platter. I asked for my fish and shrimp blackened, but it came out fried. They quickly corrected the error and brought me my blackened items. I had so much food in left that my husband and I were both able to eat the leftovers the next night. Great service. Our group was checked on often. My husband's mahi was very good as well.

Beautiful place to eat. I've only gone during the day for lunch. Amazing vibes, you get a great view of the lake and free duck food to feed the ducks. I had surf and turf with baked potato and my mom had a catfish plate with with baked beans and fries. Food is great quality meat buttttt just needs more seasoning. Customer service is great too never had to hunt down a waitress they check on you without being overbearing and are super friendly.

Went to The Back Porch Restaurant last evening. I had heard great reviews of this establishment. They were all right. The food was wonderful, the service was great, and the atmosphere was out of this world. There were several servers that checked on the table, but the main young lady was Jennifer, who did an outstanding job. If you go and get the chance, sit outside on one of the porches. The views are very nice. It is another reviewer who started "of the beaten path" but, in my opinion, well worth the drive.
