Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in Sweetwater – 2024

Working out of town in Sweetwater. So far, my favorite lunch and dinner spot. I like this place. Really good pizza and salads . Good steaks, too. Let's just say everything here is great .

I have been ordering from gondolier in Sweetwater a few times first time was awesome. Second time the pizza was undercooked third time I asked for well-done pizza was not well done and then I paid five dollars for a piece of cheesecake that I wouldn’t pay two dollars for.. if you’re going to charge that kind of money for a piece of cheesecake make sure it’s not a sliver. I have no problem with cutting out restaurants and posting bad reviews and I will not return again.

This place is amazing!!! Just moved up here from FL and we are so happy to have found the best Italian food around. Their pizzas are first class, salads are big portions, and service is excellent! Theo, the owner, is so kind and always makes us feel at home when we come to his restaurant. They are so accommodating with our pizza customizations & it comes out amazing every time!! Staff is really sweet, prices are great, overall 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

This is a quaint little sandwich shop that packs a BIG Blast of flavorful sandwiches. Ya'll are on Top in that area in my book. Thanks for the super lunch today.

I interrupted your lunch but y'all were happy to serve me. Corned beef sandwich was very tasty, In fact, my girlfriend is furious that I didn't order one to go for her. Will be seeing you again soon.

The roast beef sub is phenomenal! great service. Great Christian music.

We waited and waited... we never had anyone take our beverage order. Over 15 minutes since the salsa. The host was great. We did get the chips and salsa right away. We just left

Very nice atmosphere inside and out although they could have some of the seats recovered it still looked nice. Service was great, salsa was very fresh & homemade. Food portions were huge and the food was delicious! My plate was a pick 2 and I got the chicken chimichanga which was nice & crisp and filled with a delicious shredded chicken served with rice and beans & a pork Tamale that had huge chunks of tender pork on top the thick corn tamale...very yummy! My husband got the 10 inch steak burrito which was fantastic the steak was tender had a wonderful charbroiled taste to it with sautéed onions & smothered in cheese sauce! Watermelon margarita was super delicious & draft beer was nice and cold with very fair prices. Very happy we came here

Great place to eat. Friendly staff. Good prices. Great food and good portion sizes. We had lots of leftovers for lunch the next day.

We love this place! Found it one night when our power was out and needed dinner. It is a hole in the wall type, but the chorizo dip, birria tacos (it was just a special that day...I don't think it's permanent), and the margarita with the Mexican candy rim are what keep bringing my husband and I back! Nice people too :)

This is a hidden gem of a family owned Mexican restaurant off I-75 in Sweetwater, TN…Everyone was extremely friendly and the food was fantastic. Do yourself a favor and give it a try if in the area. The price for what you get is great considering it could be more expensive somewhere else as in Knoxville. I had the shrimp Chimichangas and my coworker had the steak fajita’s.

Food is always good. They make you feel like family. Good sized portions. Alcoholic beverages and bobas are available along with different refreshers. Outdoor dining also available.

Have dined here multiple times in the time since it opened. Always busy, so be prepared to wait, especially at peak times. My favorite dishes are the brisket grilled cheese and the wildcat pasta. Both are fantastic! Tried the "All-American" burger (just okay), the shrimp and grits (stay away from!), and the fried chicken sandwich (would order again). Servers are friendly and attentive and prompt, and time from seating to order to food delivery was reasonable. Nice atmosphere. A definite go-to place in Sweetwater. Very good food overall and priced comparable to other similar restaurants.

1st time here. Food was very good. Tacos didn't have much flavor but looked amazing. Chicken sandwich was amazing and boom boom shrimp absolutely delicious. Service was perfect and very clean nice amazing restaurant. Highly reccomend

First time at the lazy beagle. Steaks needed more flavor but over all great place. Steak cooked just right. Friendly environment shrimp and grits was the best I have ever had. We will be back!!! I just can not believe how friendly everyone was. Loved the fried green tomatoes also.

Nice little gem! I love this place! Nice atmosphere, soft music, comfortable and roomy dining. We ordered the chicken and bacon ranch pizza, 18”. Who makes 18” pizza anymore! The pizza was incredible. Toppings were good and the crust is amazing. Buttery thin hand-tossed and cooked perfectly! I haven’t had pizza this good in years! Staff was very friendly and prompt! The rest of the food, while adequate, did not particularly stand out, though the portion sizes were generous, offering good value. In summary, Vittorino's Cucina provides a friendly atmosphere with efficient service and a broad menu selection. While the overall experience was decent, the issue of the cold meal is something that the restaurant needs to address to improve the dining experience. It's a place that might be worth another visit, with the hope that such inconsistencies are rectified in the future.

1st timer. Ate here for dinner shortly before they closed on a Saturday night. Got the Chicken Carbonara and it was delicious. It was a smooth, settle, tasting sauce. It was so good and I would def come back just to eat that again. They brought some bread and marinara as the table appetizer which was also so fresh and good. The food was nice and hot even tho they were so close to closing. There was no pressure on us that they were closing either, they let us enjoy our food at our own pace.
