Worst customer service ever!!!! They reached out to me regarding this review with an online response asking for more details and even though I contacted them, they never follow up or respond. Ordered two submarines for delivery and we were very disappointed. The submarines hardly had any toppings and the bread was so dry. On one of the submarines, a fifth of the sandwich had no toppings, just bread. And there were hardly any fries, you would think they counted them. See pictures to judge for yourself. Definately not worth the money, don't recommend them.

We ordered sandwiches (jardin de rêve) and Lobster Rolls. The jardin de rêve sandwiches were average and dry with no sauce. The 28 dollars Lobster Rolls were good but you could eat them as an appetizer not as a meal. I wish they improve their menu especially that we live close to the restaurant. Otherwise I like the atmosphere and the service!!

We stopped by on our way to the cinema (literally next door!) and the food was awesome! I had the Bruschetta pizza rolls with tomato and cheese with a salad on the side. My partner had chicken parmesean with linguini and a side salad. The food was super delicious! The staff is super kind, attentive, and friendly and I think it's the perfect venue to go with family and friends pre or post movie at Cinema Guzzo next door. A 10/10 and I look forward to trying other items on the menu the next time.

We literally went after 20min that opened and was amazing. I love the decoration, atmosphere and service, our waiter was very nice. And now, let’s talk about food: 1. The calamari was delicious, it was cooked so perfect that I could say that melts in your mouth in a delightful way. Also, I never like the sauce and this one was delicious! 2. I ordered the pizza with all the mushrooms (like the picture) and was very tasty. Hubby asked for the pasta with seafood and he was very happy. 3. The crème brûlée 9/10 THEY DON’T SERVE ALCOHOL SO IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOT FORGET YOUR WINE/DRINK.

The first thing that attracts you is the 60s decade atmosphere, followed by the food. Important factors include polite staff and reasonable prices. The most notable aspect is that you can bring your own drink. Overall, it's a good option for weekends.

We were warmly received and sat at our table. Waiter was excellent and when he was told one of our guests was gluten intolerant, he immediately swapped out the cutlery and made sure she got a gluten free bread roll. Crab cakes were ok, a little mushy and fishy for my taste. The arancini were good but on the small side. Pizzas and pastas were very good. I understand that with BYOB restaurants, that their prices are usually higher but found the pricing too high. $31 for a small gluten free pizza and my Americans was $27 but had to add $3 because I went with the PAN version. A bit too pricey for this category of eats.

Very nice restaurant, one of the best good looking in Montreal. Nice decoration, nice vibe, good area. Large dining hall, with exterior option. Food is not very good, normal dishes. We got almost mix grill plate and all the kebabs were kind of burned and not juicy. Not kid friendly at all, do not go with child. Even they are against bringing children and very restricted on kids. They should know here we are in Canada! Overall a good one for the first time.

Beautiful restaurant. We came here for dinner and ordered the tasting menu. Food was nicely presented and delicious. The server was very friendly and helped us make our choices. There was so much food that we had to ask for takeaway boxes. The music was very lively and enjoyable.

Had very good time at this place. I alway drive in front of it but never thought of trying it. But that day I was in the mood for some Syrian food so I went. Everything was great. The waiter was really sweet and kind. The food was really tasty and fresh. The coffee tasted good. The music was great. I was worried about my allergies tbh because they serve hookah indoor, but during the week is not that busy as the guy on the phone mentioned that to me so I was really fine because the space is kinda huge so I choose a table that was far from the people who ordered hookah. Definitely coming back to try different kind of the menu Btw I think they don’t allow kids under 18 sue too the hookah, because when I called to book a reservation they asked if we have someone that was less than 18.

Food is excellent! They should really work on their customer service as their staff are rude and don't know how to make their customers feel welcome. They didn't even smile in our faces and kept staring at us till we were done with our food to remove the plates.

I recently visited Restaurant Kavkaz , It was great experience! The traditional Kaukazian food was absolutely delicious, with the kebab being especially tasty. The flavors were rich and authentic—a true culinary delight. The service was exceptional, and Karen, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming. His hospitality added so much to the warm and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Kavkaz to everyone! If you’re looking for amazing traditional cuisine, this is the place to go.

Very underwhelming experience. The restaurant is very small and lacks any decorations besides the table cloths. Feels like an office room. Food was very average. The good: • Tasty salads • Khachapuri The Bad: • Overpriced for the amount of food we got. Small portions. • Waited 2+ hours for the shashlik • Dry kebab and shashlik was just ok • Dirty bathrooms with broken toilet seat The owner was drunk and tried to fight one of the guests over a bill dispute. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant.

One of my favorite breakfast spots in the area combines excellent service with delicious food. Their menu offers a wide variety of meals. I've visited several times, and each experience has been enjoyable. The coffee they serve is good, and the prices are average. You can look up the menu online or check the images. Unlike in the USA or EU, they ask for a minimum tip of 18%, but you can request the waiter to lower it if desired. Ultimately, the tip reflects how satisfied you are with your experience.

I finally tried the cheesecake waffle, it was amazing. The service was good and quick too. I just don't understand why they bring the bill right away without even asking if I'm ready first.

It's best to make reservations before coming unless it's just for a table for two. I've been to this Petinos location several times, and the food and service have always been excellent. The potato with hollandaise sauce is the standout dish that keeps me coming back—it's absolutely delicious. Despite being extremely busy, the staff here are attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was overall a good experience! The food was great, especially with the wide range of burger choices. I gave 4 stars because, while the server's service was initially excellent—fast, attentive, and friendly—there was a noticeable drop in attentiveness after we received our main dish. It became difficult to order new drinks and desserts, and our empty plates were left on the table for too long. A special mention goes to their fried Oreo dessert, which was fantastic, especially when paired with their great homemade ice cream. We would still come back for sure, and I recommend this place! Just a slight improvement in service quality would make it even better. Next time, I might give five stars!

Super fast service, huge selection of delicious unusual burgers, I had the salmon one- very good. They showed the ice hockey game too, which was great!!

My husband and I have been going to this burger joint for about nine years and it's our favorite in Montreal. There are other franchises, but the sandwiches and fries are always tastier here. We re always well looked after. I recommend it!

It was our first time in this restaurant. We arrived shortly before closing and therefore took only tea and dessert, which turned out to be very very tasty. Great service. The waiter Slava was very polite and gave good advice to my friend regarding the order. And the restaurant is incredibly clean, everything just shines and sparkles. I'll definitely go back there again.

First time trying Russian food, and I have to say: I loved it. Very cozy restaurant - if you go Saturday night, you might be able to enjoy some Russian music live. Very friendly and attentive staff. I would definitely recommend the place and come back again if I have the opportunity.

One of the best Russian resturant in Montreal. We reserved a table for a Saterday (for our family post Covid - backing to normal life party ) and the owner was kind enough to give us party menu although we were a small group.We reached there at 7pm and non of us thought that we would stay there for 5 hours. Our table was filled with very delicious Russian appitizers and salads (Egg plant roll was astonishing - Jouline was extra ordinary ). Overall the tastes of all the meals were great and resturant serve them on time in a proper maner and size.Delsious food plus great music and dancing place made the expirence unforgetable . They also packed all left overs for us upon our request and it means we had a chance to eat tasty meal the next day too .10 from 10 . I have a plane to make a biger party there very soon ‍♀️ ‍♂️stay tuned. Update 30 July 2022: I went there with my international family (USA-Iran-Russia) once more and the experience was amazing . I resereved for party menu for 8 people for Saterday night. My family were in love with great music, tasty foods and positivity. The singer could sang in many launguages and owner also sang that night. We all danced like there would be no tomorrow . My whole family were obsessed . Make sure to reserve before going and do not lose your chance to have great russian party

I've been to this restaurant twice, and it didn’t disappoint. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. My only suggestion would be to serve fresh, warm, homemade Arabic bread instead of the packaged pita bread. Otherwise, everything is spot on!

Our experience at Mosaic Resto Lounge was absolutely fantastic. We ordered delivery quite a few dishes and every single one of them was delicious. The flavors were bold and the presentation was beautiful. I would highly recommend Mosaic Resto Lounge to anyone looking for great food!. A nice spot for Middle Eastern food lovers in Ville Saint Laurent. Good service, friendly staff and delicious food. No loud music like in most similar restaurants which is something very appropriate. People smoke shisha inside, but they have good ventilation. I wasn’t bothered by the fumes. Prices are a bit over average compared to portions of the food served. Parking is not an issue.

I stayed Montreal with my family for 4 days and had a dinner in this restaurant twice. The meals (foods) we had were very good! And the staff(employees) were VERY nice!! I won't forget how kind they were. Thanks for everything. We had a good time here!

I have been to this restaurant two times, and it gets better each time. The waitress is so sweet and always has a smile on her face. She even put an edible heart on our plates because my boyfriend and I are on a date. This is the best place to have a date night or dinner with the whole family. You will not regret stopping by!!

This is awesome place! First of all the price for food is too good. For both people u can spent 50-60 dollars and have a great dinner. Second - the waitress! The older woman was insane! Super polite and cute! Third - delicious and tasty food! Also we got a garlic bread for taste as a compliment and it was awesome! Highly recommend! Will come back!

I had Lylac Catering for my engagement party, and it was amazing! The food was delicious, fresh, and more than sufficient for all our guests. Jean was present and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Lylac for any catering needs!

I have been recommended to try this place long time ago . We went on a slow day which was good for us. Thr food is typically lebanese , old school. I ordered a lot of appetizer, most of them were great. The fatoush however could be enhanced and was salty, it lacks too many items if I am comparing to thr remaining app. The Main dish had chicken( excellent ) , kafta ( don’t try it ) and meat ( ok, but could be better). I found it too expensive for what I was getting. We ordered app and one main dish with 2 soft drink and a beer. The service was good and friendly. The only downside of this place is it is tooooo old, urgently need à to be revamped, but I guess people likes it that way. I always compare resto with the one from dubai and believe the difference is crazy.

This is an old school and traditional family run restaurant. No glitz no glam, simple and straight forward. We ordered traditional hummus, which was super smooth and tasty. Fattouch and tabouleh which were fresh and well seasoned. We also got the coriander potatoes which were drowning in lemon juice along with shish kebab, kafta, lamb and salmon. The meats and fish were all cooked perfectly. We did find that everything was salty and overall all had a very citrusy taste which isn’t necessarily bad but lacked diversity. The waiters are friendly and quick and we left feeling quite full as the portions are very generous. The other customers were all Lebanese so i think this is definitely a favourite for some.

Have eaten there before and the food was good. This time I ordered for pickup and it was the oriental salad ($17) - not worth it at all . I have to throw it away. It mentioned noodles and there was something stale. The best part was the w dressing - I was not impressed at all. NOTHING was crispy.i also ordered the burger which was so dry even though there was a tomato slice

I went to celebrate a birthday with family on Saturday. Although our waiter was very friendly we did have an unexpected guest. We seen a MOUSE run by several times as we were eating. We did advise the waiter but there wasn’t much that he could do. The manager was aware of the situation but declined to do anything about it. We weren’t even offered an apology. The birthday boy felt like his birthday was completely ruined. This made our dining experience very unpleasant as we were on edge. Very unfortunate as I never experienced this at the downtown location. They definitely need to have inspectors at this location!

Food was amazing, delicious and very flavorful as usual. The restaurant Ran out of Amaretto liquor after my 1st drink, but I did enjoy it. Customer service was 50/50, we were in a large group. Both waiters male and female did their best. But the female seemed a little less experienced than the male. The male paid a bit more to detail and was more attentive to what was being asked and he surely delivered with a smile. Would definitely return and will recommend.
