Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in Sackville – 2024

Traveled for a quick 2 nights in Moncton, hit Pattersons on our way back to Halifax airport. So worth the stop! Lobster rolls are amazing, fresh and paired with hot homemade fries! Worth 21 $ for sure!!!

Everything you could ever want in a homestyle family owned and operated restaurant. Great food, friendly staff and excellent service. I've eaten here a handful of times and have not had a bad experience yet. If you like poutine, I would recommend travelling substantial distances for the poutine at this restaurant. They offer a variety of options to choose from and will make sure you leave with a full belly, like you used to get from a visit to Grandma's house. Patterson's is a 5 star restaurant when you keep it in the down home family restaurant scope of things. Tasty food and trucker potions. Great spot for hungry motorcyclists to graze.

If there was food in the bar, I was not aware, but there's a great little Lebanese pizza joint next door. Their garlic fingers were awesome. As for the bar itself, it was small, cute and clean. The bartender was friendly and quick on the draw hahahaha. The other customers were personable and made the night a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back when I visit again

Was on a trip from BC in July and had the pleasure of enjoying an open mic night at this bar. Staff was excellent, and the host was amazing. recommend if you are checking out Sackvilles scene. It has been undergoing a huge renewal with the new owners I gather, so even if you've been in the past, you need to go again!

Nice little small town pizza shop. They have at least one very interesting menu item, the Dill Pickle Pizza. It was decent enough. Not sure I'd order it again, but it was a cool thing to try. I've had their slices and stop by now and then as well as occasionally order delivery. Recommended for a good traditional slice or if you're in the mood of trying something new.

After an absolutely abysmal donair from Pizza Delight in Amherst, we took a ride into Sackville and grabbed a Super Donair from Jack’s. Having never been in here before, I didn’t want to experiment and just ordered the donair. As I waited, I was able to look over the menu and specials board - good pizza deals on there - and the dining area was nice and clean. The staff behind the counter also looked nice and clean and it looked like they were working really efficiently. Then the donair was ready and when the girl handed it to me, it was almost a laugh out loud moment because it was so heavy. When I brought it home and handed it to my husband and said “I bought you a donair” as I handed it to him, he was like “WTH!” Seriously, this is one big boy donair - two of us couldn’t finish it. And, hey, it’s delicious too! Needless to say, we will be back for donair again. I can’t speak to their pizza or anything else they have, but I do recommend the donair. The second picture I provided is the garbage donair we got served up from the Pizza Delight in Amherst for $14.59 - just look at what they call an XL super donair. Tell your family, tell your friends, Pizza Delight is garbage. Oh wait, Pizza Delight in Sackville closed down (again) - you people already know it’s garbage!

Can confirm the donair here are delicious! I don't have anything to compare it to because it's my very first one. Traveling up here from the states and was told to experience a Donair. I'm glad I did!

Beautiful old building with gorgeous architecture and character that is home to a Cranewood bakery and cafe. They offer vegan options which is what brought me there. The veggie burger was delicious and trail mix cookies so good! Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

This is a lovely gem of a place. Great inside and out. The food is uncomplicated but that isn’t to suggest it isn’t really really good. It is really good. Great sandwiches and great coffee. Lovely bakery. Gluten free options. Wonderful ambiance. Well worth the visit. There is a Lobster Roll we want to try. We had the chicken pesto bacon melt and the havarti and vegetables sandwiches. Delicious. The one downside was the person at the counter who was rude and lacking any personality. He offered up that he wasn’t feeling great…. Not a great excuse to be rude to a customer. That said…. This place should be visited and everyone has an off day.

Small menu but great selection. We dined here regularly during our week visiting and I enjoyed the daily bakery offerings. This place is popular and I would recommend going when you have a little extra time to sit and enjoy the food and atmosphere. The building is real nifty and I loved it.
