Thai Pho Restaurant serves exceptional pho. The rich and aromatic broth, tender meat, and perfectly cooked noodles create a satisfying experience. The fresh herbs and spices add a delightful depth of flavor, making it a standout choice for pho in the area.
This is my favourite restaurant with my favourite food, period. Pad Thai is my favourite dish in general and I have had it from many, many different restaurants, but nothing can beat Thai Pho's! The massaman curry is also amazing. I like that you can choose both the size and spice level of your meal. The staff are really sweet and friendly and my food is always ready pretty quickly. Highly recommend this restaurant; it's an absolute gem!
Disappointing food quality akin to a frozen meal out of a microwave. Massaman curry was quite sour, lack an aroma, with liquid consistency. The chicken within was bland and tasteless, and was likely added to the curry after heating it but wasn't cooked or marinated in the curry. Chunks of green beans were within the curry without any other vegetables, a rather eccentric choice. Again green beans were crunchy and bland, likely added to the curry afterwards rather than cooked in the curry. The only highlight of the store was that they carry some interesting Asian sauces that were difficult to find in other places. The price to quality ratio for the food is quite unfavorable. For lunch dine-in, food was served in a plastic container with plastic cutlery, a rather deprived presentation for a "restaurant".

We recently visited Golden Fry Chinese Restaurant in Rothesay, NB, and I had a pretty good experience overall. The service was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The staff was attentive and ready to help with any questions we had about the menu. The food was quite tasty, and the portions were very generous! It's easy to overorder, so I'd recommend going easy if you're not super hungry. We enjoyed everything we tried, and it definitely satisfied our cravings for Chinese cuisine. The only downside was the atmosphere. When we visited, the restaurant was quite empty, and it lacked music or any background noise, which made it feel a bit too quiet. However, it seemed like they were busy with take-out orders, so they must have a loyal customer base. Overall, it was a decent Chinese dining experience, and I would recommend Golden Fry for anyone looking for good food and friendly service!
Disappointed in the taste of the food. I had a combo 7, the sauces where blah, chicken balls were very breaded and the rice was blah. I ate only 1/3 of my meal and threw the rest out. The dry garlic sauce tasted burnt, it tasted like it was an inexpensive off the shelf sauce. There so much rice, it could have served 2-3 people. Staff was friendly, except the counter clerk, she either had an off day or could use some people skills. My usual place was closed that day, so we decided to try a new place. My partner faced the same issue with her food
Food was fresh, delicious, and generous portions!! Staff also was very welcoming and helpful as it was our first visit (won't be our last!) Egg rolls are cabbage based not meat paste combo 8 is their most popular and beat deal according to the waitress. Looking forward to trying more of their menu in future visits …

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) We arrived for a late lunch about 30 minutes before closing at this little refurbished home-turned-crepe café, which was filled with local artwork available for sale. Our selections were the baby bay shrimp sandwich and a bowl of chowder, and we enjoyed both. We've been on the road for days, traveling from Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Nova Scotia to take in the fall colors, and the side salad with my sandwich was a bright and colorful mix of crisp vegetables. The Asian vinaigrette really hit the spot!"
Our family loves this cafe. We dropped by the Commons straight from Saint John’s airport. The breakfast menu had lots to offer. We were so pleased with the quality of crepes and the service. It’s a home turned to a cafe place. So cozy!
Beautiful little spot with lovely atmosphere in a great location. I had the chicken and almond salad. The veggies were fresh and crisp and I love that the dressing comes on the side in a cute little vessel but the chicken was quite obviously reheated which made it a bit chewy and altered the flavour. I'm a strong believer in chicken being served freshly cooked or cold...reheating definitely diminishes the quality and flavour. I adored the place itself and would love to try something without reheated meat next time. The staff members were very nice as well.

Had the BEST burger ever today. The Onionator Smash Burger was absolutely amazing. Also had the Newfie fries (stuffing and gravy on fries). Fantastic prices for the amount of food you get!! Can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Big D's is absolutely worth a trip if you're anywhere near the area, including in St Johns just for the day! The Dilly Bean (Pickle Lovers) poutine, was straight up amazing! It sounds over-the-top but the combo of the vinegar and acidity of the pickles and dill sauce perfectly balances the gravy and richness of the poutine. The best flavor profile of any poutine I've had! The classic smash burger was also just a straight up great burger with plenty of seasoning and an awesome bun. Plus they had plenty of Halloween decorations which is always a big win in my book!
I am a foodie, and since moving to the province I have been trying to collect new spots to eat. The province generally has smaller portions than I’m used to but higher quality of ingredients. That’s why I don’t want you to be thrown off by how much I spent which was in the 30’s. I couldn’t finish all of it. Seriously. The small, or ‘regular’ poutine I ordered with my burger was a large anywhere else. The Newfie fries were fresh fries with amazing gravy and some of the best stuffing I’ve ever had. Also, don’t skip the Rothesay burger, I ordered the double to my great enjoyment. The cream cheese! Delicious!

I have ordered from this location on many occasions. The food is always good and they are very friendly and accommodating. The online ordering system is great. I use the app. Their duck curry is my favorite. I also recommend, the massaman curry or the mango curry. The appetizer platter is a must. Our 2 year old daughter loves the satay.
Fantastic food all the time Never regret food but owner should hire good staff for cashier instead of young girl. Terrible experience at Nov 2nd 7:00pm She made mistakes twice , any excuse any manner for customer very rude treatment. Hopefully I can visit again

During a hockey tournament in the area we decided to go for lunch and Cask and Kettle which was recommended by a local. We were a little hesitant as we were also told by a local of a restaurant close by the day earlierand it wasn't the greatest experience. But to our surprise Cast and Kettle was a gold mine. It started as soon as we walked in we were greeted very pleasantly and promptly taken to a table. My daughter was hesitant to have the chicken caesar salad ( This is her fave). She had it the day before and could not eat it. She asked for a sample of the Caesar dressing, tried it then ordered the Chicken Caesar salad and was very happy with it. I ordered the CK burger with mashed potatoes and my wife ordered the Chicken Parm sandwich with fries. I have to tell you how our taste buds were very happy, the food did not disappoint. I would recommend this restaurant if you're in the neighborhood.
Stopped in for bunch on a not so busy Sunday. Food was good, service was okay, and overall cleanliness was subpar which is very off putting in a restaurant environment. Went as a party of two with my girlfriend, her coffee cup was unwashed and sticky, as well as there being quite a few easily visible food scraps around the table. Glad I tried it but will be hesitant about coming back
Flavor town! Amazing staff! So positive and motivated and friendly. Waitress who served our table was fabulous Only negative is it is hard to talk because the music and voices bounce off the walls too well, making it very loud

The staff makes you feel comfortable the cleanliness standards are being upheld as compared to say barefoot SubWay... It makes me feel safe to eat as many places now don't give me the safe to eat feeling. The food is delicious, love most everything served. Have been a fan since 1972. Best Pizzas ever and the chicken Parmesan and the spaghetti is another fave! I eat here once a month. Take out 99% of the time.
Had a lovely date night at Vito's. Pasta was on point, delicious, well cooked. Drinks were refreshing. Server was attentive and very nice. The patio was nice to sit out on on a summer evening.
Yesterday we enjoyed a delicious meal of pizza and wings here at Vito's in The Valley. The service was wonderful and the weather was perfect for dining on the patio. ☺️

My brother went in today to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Irving Big Stop Restaurant with the retro 1984 priced special. It was delicious and a great price. Friendly service from the staff members and clean washrooms.
Quite busy when we arrived, but we were seated quickly. The food here was not what I had come to love about big stops . I ordered my usual order . The spicy Chipotle burger, fries, and gravy on the side. This is the second time I have not received the " 2 onion rings on top " that the menu says I should receive . The bun was stale around the outside like it was kept warm waiting to be served . The sauce on the burger also seemed to taste different. Waitresses were very friendly and efficient.
Excellent service, great food - hot, quick, and really good. Belgium waffle was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and utterly delicious. Omlette was big and very filling, and kid meal was a hit for the young one. Highly recommend! Marjorie was fantastic!
