Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in Rimbey – 2024

The waitress was nice, but new so was lacking on menu suggestions. We had the platter, its was just bar finger food. Nothing out of this world, but enough to fill the gut!! We won’t go back, there are better choice in Rimbey.

i have eaten in house once and taken food to go twice...all three of my experiences were AWESOME!! when i ate in the restaraunt the lady who served me was kind and friendly..the chicken quesadilla and fries were so tasty! and the last two times i took my food to go... same thing... chicken quesadillas and fries were delicious and the service was cheerful and friendly! i need to try a new item on the menu lol..i just love quesadillas so much haha. i do not have alot of money to spare ..but im happy to spend my lil weekly budget to eat out at the Vault! i will be back soon.

Have been going here for 13 years but last time there was fantastic! Spencer the owner was great and we had awesome conversation. Caesars were incredible, steak was perfectly cooked, clubhouse was fantastic. Prices are great and atmosphere is fantastic

Best eggs benny around, amazing pan fried hash browns and perfectly cooked crispy bacon. And friendly staff! Would recommend to anyone!

The server was AMAZIN. The food was FANTASTIC! Great Lil unexpected spot while touring small towns in Central Alberta. Will be back!

The breakfast was very tasty and definitely filling and the staff are very friendly

I have been going in first thing in the morning and have had nothing but a great experience. The wonderful lady behind the counter is so lovely. She has been nothing but pleasant and sweet. The breakfast Sandwich I have been getting, is a sooooooooo much better and fresher than the other breakfast place in town ( TH ) Would highly recommend!

One of them rushed on our bus and they really cared for my team and he was on the bus thanking us.

The staff is always so happy! I was just in the drive-through with my dog in the back, and they made a bacon pup cup for him while we waited! Edit to add photo of my dog enjoying his favorite bacon pup cup on one of our many visits to Roger's.

First visit here. The staff were great, the food hot and tasty. Seems like a pretty busy place for a Monday just after 5. Had their 3 piece chicken dinner, it was two legs and a small keel. Gravy was really good as well.

Used the drive thu but don’t expect a typical fast food drive thru. I had the Buffalo chicken warp which was just the right amount of spice. My wife had the mushroom burger which she enjoyed and we share some poutine that was good.

Visited this fun, good vibes small town pub with my family on the way through town last Wednesday. It happened to be wing night which was great news for us because we often frequent different wing nights throughout our home, Calgary! Miranda specifically was our server and she absolutely killed it. Great attitude and knowledge of the menu and food variety. Will definitely be recommending to friends and will return for a visit when we come your way again! :) -JM

The food is great, let’s make sure the fries are fresh though, there a chance they’ll be partly cold. Everything else we’ve tried here is tasty, tasty, tasty!!! The service is spot on!! The atmosphere is small town and friendly. If you’re passing through and looking to fill that gut of yours, give them a try. You’ll be more than satisfied and stuffed!! Cya there soon!!

Used to be good. Menu changed, price is high and quantity and quality low. Tacos were 75% romaine lettuce with a few processed chicken chunks. Fries were cold. Better off going to Coop and getting a lunchable.

The Pizza tastes OK and the crust and sauce are good but they are very skimpy on the cheese and toppings. Also there pizzas are very small. There medium pizza is 10" while most places medium is 12" the amount of food you get doesn't match the price. I find you get better pizza with more toppings and way more cheese from James restaurant in Rimbey.

Came here with our team, we ordered over a week ahead and all of our orders came at different times, half hour between most and they were mostly terrible. (A few people had to eat in five minutes.) The restaurant smelled like porta potty. One waitress was quite nice, but the other was very rude. What I ordered was completely different "on paper" than what I was given. We will never be back. Quite gross.

I don't often come to Rimbey to dine, but tonight it was just easier to be out of town for one night. Anyways, great little diner here! Happy to watch the game to a nice meal. I had the Chicken La Bamba which is basically topped with salsa. The loaded baked potato was done very well. Made for a nice healthy supper! Definitely would recommend!

It was a fantastic experience, visiting Hawk Tail Brewery! The Owner - BrewMaster Randal, took around his Brew facility and showed how quality conscious they were, when producing their beers! Indeed, the beers were of great quality and taste, and would love to go back there again!

The food at best, is nothing to brag about. The service isn’t much better. The place is old, run down and could use a major face lift. When you drive by this place and the parking lots empty, you know why!! Sunday buffet was cold, soggy, and a painful experience to wait for a buffet top up for some fresh food. The beef and broccoli, the beef was cold…. Take your business else where. Let them starve and move out and /or sell the business to someone who cares!! Good luck happy valley… your gonna need it!!

Worst meal I’ve ever received. We ordered a beef dip which came on a hot dog bun.. the beef was freezing cold as if it just came out of the fridge. We also ordered a clubhouse sandwich, the cheese on this was a singletons slice… and an order of chow mein, the noodles were severely undercooked. When we called to complain the owner said “thats just how we make it, been doing this for 30 years”. Terrible food & customer service to boot. I never usually make reviews but this was the most disappointing experience i’ve ever had with a restaurant in Rimbey. Happy Valley - do better!

Massive portions, quiet and relaxed. Staff was super friendly!

Cosy little restaurant with great food and great service. I had the potato and bacon soup that was very delicious. Couple that with a big roast beef, Cheddar and ham sandwich and a large chocolate milk and I was full and satisfied.

I did a large Christmas tray, and it was wonderful. All the classic squares,cookies, tarts, etc I grew up with. Would definitely order this from them again. I got a latte as well when picking up, but it was quite bitter, not for me.

To the girl who snuck a cinnamon bun into my bag. I’ve been working long hours with my elderly, between LTC and homecare. I deal with death, sickness, and extreme mental health issues everyday at work. People lose their mobility, they lose their ability to talk because of a stroke, they cry and cry because they’re no longer able to take care of themselves and here I am, unable to reverse their illness. I felt so useless today because of that fact and you saying “hey, you looked like you were going through it today”, thank you. I guess maybe I can’t save the world but I can just say “hey, you’re doing well”. Such a simple act, I know. But it made my entire day.

My daughter and son-in-law and two grandson's do mud bogging and this was the race site. Well run quick and well organized. Lots of fun and my daughter placed second in her class.

We had a great time at Rock the Track.

Awesome day watching a couple buddys race their cars. Also got to meet up with AL after 35 years!! It was a great day!

A & W is always good. A burger and a strawberry shake is quick and satisfying.

The gentleman at the front was amazing and friendly. 11/10 recommend this location!

Based on repeat visits through the years I can say that this is the absolute best A&W I've ever experienced...anywhere. Greeted with happiness friendliness and enthusiasm. Followed by perfectly prepared food. . Great job guys and gals.
