Not the first time in this place and always very satisfied, but after today's incident we do not want to return and recommend this place. I reserved a table for 5:30 pm and we came and relaxed, enjoyed the evening. Around 7 a girl, apparently the administrator, came up to us and said that this table was reserved for 7 pm and we should pay the bill and leave. To our bewilderment and lack of understanding of what was happening, she said that she would find out why we were not warned and left and never came back. After that, another administrator came up and said that the table was reserved for 7 and they could move us to another table. Naturally, we paid the bill and left and do not want to come back. I do not understand what kind of mess is going on there and why they kicked us out so brazenly!!!
What an amazing evening out. With Shayla as our waitress and Bryon as our bartender...we couldnt have asked for better service and hospitality. Wonderful experience
Dined on a Tuesday night where bottles of wine are 50% off. We ordered Saintly Rosé which was perfect for our friend’s birthday celebration. Bryon’s service was impressive - he has my 5 stars. The chicken rigatoni has always been my favorite - it’s a must try if you love pasta. :)

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. There was a slight wait but then we were whisked to our table. The service as usual was good. The dynamite rolls were a fabulous start to the meal and we ended with fabulous desserts. I love the consistency of our visits and will be back again soon.
I have heard so many good reviews about this place but nothing could have prepared me for the five star experience I just had at Earls this evening. Decor: 5/5. I loved everything from the floor to the ceiling. The colour combinations wowed me and have inspired me on decor ideas for my own home. I was blown away. It was so appealing. Have you seen those AI photos for decor going around that can’t possibly be emulated? Well, Earls made it happen. It didn’t feel real, let alone a restaurant in Red Deer. Service: 5/5. We were seated very quickly, in a seat with a great view of their outdoor patio which was also decorated excellently. We were served by Dakota, who was everything you could ever ask for in a server. Friendly, personable, efficient, available, attentive. English is my first language and even I am not able to convey into words how excellent she was. Our table barely ever had an empty dish. She was dressed very well, her hair was perfect, her makeup was perfect, and she was friendly to boot. If they wrote a manual for how to be the best waitress ever, she’d be the author. I’d pay to attend her Ted talk. Even with the high praise here, I am still under selling it. Ambience: 5/5. You could barely hear other tables. Sometimes I get overwhelmed in loud environments and for me the volume from the other tables was minimal. The restaurant is huge, the parking lot was almost full, there was hardly an empty table, there were lots of people, and yet it didn’t feel like it, and it didn’t sound like it. Drinks: I got a coconut mango margarita and it was divine. The flavours were on point. The drink came with blue salt on the rim, which I thought was just such a cool way to add a little flair. My friend got a Cesar which she thoroughly enjoyed. We normally only get one drink, but we just had to have another. Food: 5/5. I got probably the most expensive item on the menu, which was the strip loin surf and turf. I added truffle butter because why not? (I had a gift card so I went a little crazy.) I asked for my steak to be rare, and for the first time in my whole life, it was actually rare. I couldn’t have made it better myself. Have you ever seen the food replicator in Star Trek? My plate of food was so perfect I think a robot must have cooked it. There’s just no way a human did this. I was physically delighted when I cut into my steak. It came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The potatoes had SHREDDED POTATOES on top that were fried and crispy. I had to ask what it was because I will never have mashed potatoes without them again. If they said “we are only paying you in mashed potatoes instead of money,” I’d actually accept the job and work there. The prawns were also cooked to perfection, and had their tails removed already which is rare for me. My friend got fettuccine Alfredo with Cajun chicken. Shes usually a slow eater but she practically scarfed this down. When I asked her in between bites how her food was, she told me it was perfection. She said she usually like her Cajun chicken pretty spicy, but she said she wouldn’t change a single thing with this dish. Her and I frequently go out for dinner and I have never once heard her say this. I am still shocked that this restaurant is in Red Deer. Earls absolutely exceeded my expectations, which were already high given the reviews I’ve heard from other people. I haven’t even been home for fifteen minutes, I just HAD to tell people: if you haven’t gone, what are you waiting for?
We were there for dinner with friends/family. They have an amazing outdoor patio. We sat both in and out and enjoyed both. Great service, selection of food & beverages. We had the best pizza called Queen Bee. Sliders were awesome.

First off I apologize for forgetting to take a picture before I started eating it! We had the scallops and pork for an appetizer. Expensive IMHO. Was really delicious. But shouldn't be the cost of a meal elsewhere? I had the 10 oz sirloin w the Neptune option. Steak was awesome! Done to my liking. The Neptune part cost 15 bucks but was not worth it in the least.(IMHO) My wife had the huge prawns add on for the same and was really good. Still 15 bucks more. But the prawns were huge! Was odd there was no sauce for the prawns or even melted butter. She also had the sirloin but 8oz. Which really is plenty. In the pictures you can see the little bowls, they were full of bacon bits, sour creme, green onion, and real butter. They are very generous on these which is really nice. They only have garlic mash & twice baked potato for options. The twice baked was really tasty and like I said tons of butter I added. The side of vegetables was carrots and red peppers with onions, this apparently changes. It also was tasty. The service was really good. Our waitress was a good combo of attentiveness and privacy time. There are other menu options besides what we had that looked more reasonably priced. But it was our 40th anniversary so I was trying to not be so frugal. With a bottle of wine it was $239 which when compared to the keg for the same meal is expensive.( my opinion) Over all though a great place. The food options are good and I'm sure the cost can Be more reasonable with other options. Many of our friends/family go here all the time and speak highly of the place. It was our first time here but I'm looking forward to having a regular meal here again. The place is always busy it seems so that speaks of a faithful and active following.
One Eleven Grill is a great vibe in the Old Brew Plaza Building in West Park of Red Deer. Access is through what seems to be the back of the building. At first, I wasn't even sure I could find the place. But when I stepped through the doors I discovered a cool dark vintage and expansive space. The service here was ok. Knowledgeable and helpful. Not overly friendly. The food was generous and tasted great. Highly recommend this slot if you're looking for something more upscale in Red Deer. 4 x
The ambience is very inviting for a meal.our server - Airi was very knowledgeable and helpful with the dishes. We ordered the french onion soup, caprese salad, and 16oz prime rib. The onion soup was too salty to be eaten. I told Airi about it and she didn’t even offer a replacement for it. The caprese salad was ok. And the steak was good on it own. We were definitely disappointed with the restaurant given the high merits and recommendation from our friends about it. Ps. Forgot to take photos of the salad and steak.

We stopped by this nice place for lunch. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly
State and Main is one of our main Go To Restaurants in Red Deer! We love the atmosphere! We come here on date nights, or out with our ball team after a day on the field; We even come with our kids as they are friendly to minors (which is huge) !! The food is always Top Notch, and the customer service is amazing. They do get busy and the staff work hard to do their best they can to keep your drinks full an the vibes good. Even when there busy I still feel like we have our own space and its super comfortable. Highly recommend!! Also please bring back the salmon burger :D Thanks State and Main for keeping our bellies full we will see you soon!! <3
This is a great place to grab lunch, dinner, or drinks and appies to watch the game. Well located and easy to get to, this place has lots of free parking and near a number of other amenities. The food is delicious, the service is wonderful and it has a relaxing but fun vibe.

We recently visited here on our trip to visit Red Deer to meet up with family and I must say, the experience here was exceptional. The entire staff was pleasant and amazing, but our server, Chandra, truly stood out. Chandra was incredibly attentive and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. Throughout the meal, she was always available, checking in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive- even though the place was busy! Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot on. She was quick to refill our drinks and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Chandra’s friendly demeanor and professional service made our evening memorable. I will highly recommend Mr.Mike’s and commend Chandra for her outstanding service. We will definitely be returning soon next time we’re visiting!
Excellent family dinner out to celebrate some birthdays! Tasty food, accommodating staff and they even had sticky toffee pudding, which is almost the only dessert that hubby eats!! lol

I love coming here for supper, so this morning we thought we'd try the breakfast menu. There was a large group seated and took up 1/4 of the seating in the whole restaurant. They were very loud. When I go for breakfast just me and my wife it's to get away from the kids the noise and the ruckus. So I'm unsure why they would seat us right next to such a large group we could barely talk to each other. The rest of the restaurant seemed quite empty. Food was a bit weird. "Traditional eggs Benny" in name only, eggs were served on cornbread, cornbread was dry and tasteless, eggs were good, hollandaise sauce was good, a bit cheap on the ham though 1 thin slice. Shredded hash browns was more like mashed potatoes out of a frying pan. Our waitress was amazing. Smiling attentive and beautiful. I'll be back for supper one day soon, however not for breakfast.
Good food and service. Good drink options. Had the blooming onion which was so good and the sirloin Oscar that we got with fries and a soup. They messed up just a little and gave us sweet potato fries instead of shoestring fries but she brought out the correct fries right away and both were good so it was nice we got to try them both haha. Definitely order the blooming onion, delicious. the steak was cooked perfectly and the soup was really good too.
Excellent FOOD & SERVICE! We found this place on a trip to Edmonton, and we are thrilled we did! It will be our new 'go-to'!!! The food was incredibly delicious, and the gluten-free options were off the charts. They even have gluten-free desserts, which is often a rarity. The service was impeccable—knowledgeable and professional yet friendly and welcoming. I would encourage you to give it a try! Definitely recommend...10/10

YOU WILL WANT TO READ THIS REVIEW IN IT'S ENTIRETY. Okay, So I have been waiting a while to write this review for no other reason than that I just had to work and was really busy this summer. I had a conference in Red Deer and what with it being fathers day I really wanted steak for dinner and my wife found the Ranch house online. Everyone got what they wanted from the menu and of course I ordered a 16 ounce T Bone Steak, This is where it gets interesting. Everyone got there plates and they looked amazing, I get my plate and my T bone looked like shaved ham, I mean it was thin. I also asked for it medium and it was cooked through and no wonder, it looked like it was run over by a street paver. I took 2 bites and when the server came back and asked if everything was alright I told her that I didn't believe the steak was 16 ounces and it was overcooked. She right away went in the back to let them know and she said the cook told her that it was 16 ounces and that she weighed it and I said I didn't believe it. She then said she wouldn't charge me for the steak and I said that that wasn't necessary and that I would pay. She then came back to the table with a phone and said the owner would like to speak to me and when I took the phone, He apologized and offered to pay for the whole meal. I said, that wont be necessary because the rest of my family really enjoyed their meals and the server was really kind and sweet, and he said at least let me take your plate off the bill, I said okay. He then told the server to add a complimentary dessert for father's day. What a nice treat to what could have otherwise been a disappointment for an evening and father's day. To the Ranch house I say thanks for great meals minus 1, but thanks also to our server who was a sweetheart and an owner who knows what it is to not only take responsibility for errors but also take pride in his restaurant and it's great ambiance. We will be back. Kim Lauzon AKA Lauzy
I threw my husband's 40th Suprise birthday there! It was fabulous. 50 or so people so we got the lounge side. All the food was fantastic never heard a complaint from anyone! They decorated for me, also allowed the cake to be dropped off the day before. The service was awesome the girls were on there game. Highly recommend this place to anyone for any type of special event!! Thanks again
Great menu selection. We both had specials, steak and shrimp, and arctic char, very delicious. Our waitress was very articulate at explaining the menu options and very kind and efficient. Definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Great to see the same quality and experience at this S&M. Had only been to the one in SouthGate mall, but the Red Deer franchise was also excellent! Great detail to the flavors and seasonings...the fish & chips were amazing and the chicken enchilada was awesome! Great service and value...highly recommended!
Myself and my brother visited for dinner on August 1st and took a seat in the lounge. We had a fabulous server ( I didn't catch her name) and we both ordered the steak dinner. I have to say whoever the chef was that night cooked probably THE best steak I have ever had!! It was done to absolute perfection ( med rare). The mash potatoes were delicious and the asparagus were cooked beautifully. My mouth is watering just thinking about it and I can't wait to go back!!
Outstanding service and very good food. Our group of four shared the Calamari, and Baja Brussels Sprouts as appetizers - they were absolutely great and were delivered to the table quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed my main - the slightly spicy “Royal Bangkok Noodle Bowl”. And to finish it off we all enjoyed the Dirt Pie and Chocolate Brownie as desert. I Definitely will eat here again and want to explore more of the Menu.

This is an amazing place to eat. The salad bar had alot of variety of salads and veggies and fruit. Tonight we did the full pampas experience which was 8 different cuts of meat and grilled pineapple and caramel cheesecake. ended the night with the 4ft licor 43 pour. So very tasty.
An amazing dining experience. With food sensitivities it is tricky to navigate dining out. The manager Ricardo was great and very informative regarding the ingredients and helped steer me to the best choices for me. The tasty salad bar was clearly labelled with ingredients of each dish and there were dairy and gluten free options. Our favourite meats were the signature beef and the Parmesan Pork (which Ricardo offered to personalize without the dairy). But the big surprise to us was the Grilled Pineapple. Delicious! I really appreciated the variety of non-alcoholic drinks. Definitely not available at many other restaurants. The atmosphere was on a Brazilian theme, fresh, clean and inviting. A very novel experience with the servers bringing the endless meat offerings to the table. Nice that if you wanted some meat done more or less, it was a possibility. We spent our evening thinking of who we could bring next. We can’t wait to go back.
My wife, son and I enjoyed another great dining experience at Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse. We have dined here a few times and are always impressed by the food quality, the friendly service and variety of meats served at our table. Our go to place for special occasions and celebrations.

Stopped here on our way from Edmonton to Calgary. We were short on time, so we phoned and asked if we could place our order by phone so that the food was ready when we arrived. They were super accomodating and friendly. The food was delicious, the Prime Rib tacos were super fresh, and I could have eaten them all! My pulled pork sandwich came on delicious soft bread and had jalepenos throughout the Pork- so flavorful! Would definitely go back!
This joint is rock solid. Stopped in here for lunch with my cohort on a business visit to Red Deer. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten our servers name but she was absolutely lovely. Very knowledgeable on the menu and genuinely personable. I think it’s pretty awesome that they have things like cold brew coffee, and kombucha on tap. I had one of those coffees and it was well balanced and delicious. My dining partners had the pulled pork, and CBD Burger. I had Taylor’s Ring of Fire with the daily soup as my side. The soup was really well done. Chicken and rice based with a very nicely added touch of ginger. The aromatic element paired perfectly with the taste. The sandwich was bang on as well. Flavourful and very well cooked. I’m always in disbelief how many places manage to screw up a fried chicken sandwich. Not this spot. Very well done. It’s a cool atmosphere. A great option as you first enter Red Deer from the south end of town. I suspect I’ll be in Red Deer more and more in the near future so glad I already have a go to spot while I’m there!
We checked this place out while passing through the city. I had Jasper Burger of the month where $2 from each sale directly benefits those affected by the fires. It featured 2 elk and pork patties on a pretzel bun with crispy onions, caramelized onions, tomato and lettuce. The burger was good but the patties seemed to be more on the pork side and not elk. My wife had the Korean Noodle Bowl which had fried pork belly, cabbage, carrots, radish, cilantro and chopped peanuts. She thought the dish came as described but had a spice factor that wasn't mentioned but they brought out some milk for her (admittedly, she doesn't handle heat well). My daughters shared both the Dill Pickle Poutine and side Rainbow Kale salad. They were happy with both. We were seated as soon as we got in. Our daughters were given kids meals with crayons and trivial pursuit questions to ask each other. They ended up ordering off the main menu as it was quite limited with the usual burgers, grilled cheese, etc. I had to ask for refills on my soda otherwise it was a decent experience.

It was such a cute little sit-down restaurant. I went for the first time with my boyfriend and the atmosphere so cool. We both got dessert crepes and though filling, they were delicious. We both also tried their bubble tea and no surprises that was great too. The service was so great, had a smile and genuine kindness when helping us. I can't wait until the next time I can come for another crepe!
The bubble waffles were great with huge servings. The staff was friendly, and the environment was welcoming and clean. My only critique would be that it took a bit of time for the food to arrive, but it was worth the wait.
My first visit. Customer service was fabulous, friendly, and welcoming. I've wanted to try their bubble waffle crepes for the longest time, but always forget to drop in while I was in the north red deer. Turns our my husband and I had an hour b4 our movie started, so we came here for dessert crepes. OH BOY THEY WERE YUMMY and really delicious. I ordered the Banana flavour, my husband order Matcha Red Bean. Service was so polite, welcoming, and patient with us. After looking at their dinner menu and finding out that their kitchen is open until 8:45pm....we're definitely going back to try their amazing asian menu items. Really excited to return, the food looks deeeelicious and service is wonderful!!

Excellent restaurant! After my husband and I moved to Canada, it was difficult for us to find a decent establishment with delicious cuisine, since where we came from the restaurant business is at a high level and we have something to compare with. But having visited Browns more than once, I can say that we are surprised, finally we found what we were looking for.
I had the spicy crispy chicken sandwich with fries, gravy, and dill dip. HOLY MOTHER. That was the best sandwich I've ever eaten in my life!! I'm still thinking about it. The chicken was so crispy but not greasy at all. It was so light, and flavourful!! I'd drink that gravy with a straw. Also, I'm mad at my boyfriend for not taking me here sooner!! Tyler was our server and she was amazing!! I've never had such great service. Already thinking about what I want to try next!
I happened to be in Red Deer visiting a friend and we ended up going to this restaurant for dinner. It was a Saturday evening and it was busy and packed. Good location, welcoming feeling, great atmosphere and very good menu with variety of foods and drinks. Staff and the manager were pleasant and friendly. Our waiter was professional and helpful. Food was really good and well served. All and all I would recommend this restaurant and I will go there again next time I’m in Red Deer.
