Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in Provost – 2024

Ordered chicken fried rice take out. $17.33 Received a takeout box with clumpy mushy steamed rice several peas look close you can find two, a couple slivers of boiled chicken. Thank goodness for soya sauce. Never again…. They should be ashamed to send that out the door. So hungry but can’t do it.

Went to Mr Lins while driving through. Service was friendly and fast, food tasted decent, price and serving sizes were also reasonable. We ordered the combination dinner for one and it was the perfect amount for my husband and I. We would go back again if we were in the area.

What a great small town Chinese experience, I really enjoyed my dinner here. I was in town for work and decided to stop by the local Chinese restaurant for dinner. The waitress – owner was really friendly and served me very quickly. I ordered a small wonton soup, one Singapore noodle and one General Tao chicken. The soup came out piping hot and the broth was quite nice, the Singapore noodles I felt might have been toned down to better match the local pallette as I found the curry to be a bit mild for my taste, nonetheless it wasn’t bad, as for what I would say was the star for the evening, the general Tao chicken was really nice, the chicken was tender and paired quite nicely with the slight heat and sweetness from the dish. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area stop here for lunch or dinner you definitely won't be disappointed.

Order arrived very quickly, pizza was delicious and the delivery driver (Bobby, I think) was very friendly and cheerful. Thanks for the great service and great pizza!

A new family has taken over this business about 2 months ago. They have done so much to make the community know how they want to make changes for the better! Their food was very good, the owners are very honest hard working folks! Let’s support them the most we can our small town needs people like this Thank you!

Ordered pizza here while travelling home so I preordered ahead and ordered the house deluxe pizza and the meaty combo pizza and was very much amazed of both pies and very tasty and well cooked and delicious so we were very happy with our meal and will be back when I’m in area again. I definitely recommend you try and was $35 for 2 mediums so good price & excellent service too

Typical Pub atmosphere. This place makes one hell of a delicious Burgur. I had the double patty Mike's Burgur. 10/10 recommend. The gravy not so great. Very watery and soupy. Go for the ketchup instead in my opinion. The next day I came back to try the fish and chips. Very well made. Crispy outside moist on the inside. Quite delicious. Again 10/10 recommend. The tarter sauce I was not a fan of. Ive had some damned good tater sauces around alberta but this places is not one of them. Not sure if it's in house but it comes in small packets like you would get in a grocery store. The fries. A little on the too salty side. But besides that a great fry. Not soggy, crispy outside and delicious inside. Probably in the top 3 fries I've ever had. The service was a little slow. Maybe from short staffing, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Went for the oilers game food was great!, service was good at the start but then my hubby and I finished our drinks and for the rest of the time we were there not once were we checked on after receiving our food we drank our drinks pretty fast and sat there a whole 20-25 minutes not a need another drink or need to go containers , I get it , it was busy, and u we’re handling other customers but if u notice our drinks empty and we’re just sitting there not eating and such u think you would check on us and I had to ask for them to grab the take out containers, we just felt ignored once more people came in.

This is a great A&W and I'm glad it is in our town. The staff have always been very friendly and always serve up a great meal. Keep up the great work and thank you for hiring local students too.

Typical A&W. Nothing that stands out compared to others. Other then I actually get my full order at the drive through. So, good job to the staff for above par on drive-through service in general.

Want to say it’s probably the cleanest A&W in Canada and the service and food was great. Employees were very pleasant to deal with and gave astonishing hospitality!
