Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in Princeton – 2024

Great place. Food had great taste. Well plated. Priced right. We were looking for a place to send our staybytheriver guests to. Thanks for a great experience......Back again. Awesome.

Was passing through Princeton on my way back from the Okanagan and stopped at this gem of a restaurant for a meal. The menu features Greek food, but I ordered a burger and fries. The food coming out of the kitchen looked so good that I would be more adventurous in my selections when passing through next time. The burger patty was clearly home made and had a delicious char. Very, very good!

What a pleasant surprise. Food was fantastic. Service even better. Everyone in my group of 10 had something different and everyone was happy. I had chicken souvlaki and it was delicious!

Absolutely delicious pizza every single time! Our crew loves to order our favourites after a long days work in Princeton. My personal favourite is the Mediterranean Veggie …

I thought the pizza was pretty good but my boyfriend hated it. It was fairly expensive, $40 for two large. The place was super busy but the staff was very friendly. I wasn't a fan of the décor. Looked like my grandmas basement. The pizza only took 20 mins which was nice considering there were so many people there ordering pizza. We didn't like that the pepperoni was under the cheese. We prefer it cooked on top like pizza hut so it's nice and crisp. Other than that it was really tasty. They forgot my dip but I checked the bill and saw I wasn't charged for it so no big deal. They must have forgotten to write it down during the rush. I also tried Little creek pizza and I think I like Pizza party better. Little creek has smaller pizza with the toppings all in the center so you end up with 3 inches of crust. This place gives you a much more generous amount of toppings.

Awesome pub located right off the highway as you enter Princeton from the south . Had a great server today who was very attentive and fun. Enjoyed a small snack cocktail and a beer . The patio outside is awesome for watching the world go by . Overall great experience again as I stop in regularly on our bike trips

Nice place, Irish pub theme, friendly staff. Had the Bridge Burger & House salad. Good eats.

Stopped in for dinner on a Sunday night and the place was empty. Not sure why. The beef dip was very good, I'd take that over the burgers. Apparently the stir fry is spectacular but I went with the beef dip and it didn't disappoint. The service was good too.

It was great to found DQ here after long drive during high temperature day. Their ice cream was great , their service were quick and we enjoyed relaxing seating area with AC.

We stopped here for some treat in our way to Osoyoos in a very hot day. Ice cream and Blizzards were good and served as it should be. My only issue was the lady cashier looks was tired and to answer our question regards to the size of the Blizzards was a bit impatient. There was a free parking lot, drive thru and patio beside the spacious inside.

So I ordered a banana split this afternoon. Worker said it may be 5 minutes, seems there was a banana issue. Though they didn’t say what it was. After 5 minutes I went to counter and said what’s up. The guy says we’re out of bananas, so he’ll give me a refund. I said why didn’t you tell me you had to go shopping for bananas. So when you use the last banana you go then and get more. Wasn’t even offered anything complimentary. Good planning.

I ordered the Sausage and Eggs, my husband got the muffin Special. Didn’t like the cheese on the muffin. Loved the crispy hash. Ok service, decent food. We were in and out which we wanted so overall happy with the restaurant.

If you’re travelling to Vancouver from the east part of BC interior, you gotta stop here at Princeton for gas and food. Billy’s has everything western you’re looking for. From French toast, eggs omelette, salad to soups. Oh and their coffee is great!

Omg! We tried Billy’s for the first time and we loved it. The food was great, the server phenomenal and kind, and the way the tables were spaced felt homey.

This is actually the loveliest cafe I have ever been in. It’s so beautiful inside. Completely unassuming from the outside and the you walk into dreamy spot with thoughtful details throughout the spacious room. Loved it, will always stop here whenever I drive through. Get the tiger chai latte - amazing

Awesome, beautiful little spot. Although not so little, renovated not long ago. Plenty of space to sit, nice little nooks you can set up in with some friends or family to enjoy fresh baked pastries and goodies. Coffee is incredible, personally only drink black coffee but I have tried some of their other stuff. I've loved everything I've had from there, sandwiches, soup, breakfast wraps are all great. Not a tea drinking so i can't speak to that but I'm sure it's as good as the rest. Lovely outdoor seating area recently built as well. Highly recommend it, I go 2-3 times a week. Reasonably priced as well, 3.15$ for a 16oz black coffee, sandwiches are around 10 bucks and it's all quality ingredients.

My wife and I were passing through Princeton one morning a while back and needed coffee. We just picked this place at random and were pleasantly surprised. From the outside, it's not much. Inside, there's an eclectic collection of people, furniture merchandise and local art. The coffee was good, the latte was nice, but the star of the show was the scones. They had the PERFECT texture, moist, warm, full of fruit. I almost turned around to grab some more but we were on a deadline. I'm stopping here again my next time through.

Jesse is absolutely amazing!!! The pizza is literally the best pizza I have ever had! From cheese to veggie to all meat.. The butter chicken is to die for! The naan bread, the chili chicken, lamb curry everything is delicious. She is such a sweet heart and always brightens my day. Definitely recommend ordering your take from Pashas… you will not be disappointed!!!!

My recent visit to Pasha's Pizza & Indian Food left me thoroughly unimpressed, primarily due to the abysmal customer service I encountered. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The staff member attending to me seemed disinterested and was visibly impatient when I asked questions about the menu. Instead of providing helpful suggestions, they answered curtly and with a dismissive attitude. At one point, I caught them shaking their head at another customer, which was highly unprofessional. Customer service should be the cornerstone of any successful establishment, especially in the competitive restaurant industry. Unfortunately, Pasha's Pizza & Indian Food fell short in this regard. The lack of attentiveness and basic courtesy soured what could have been a pleasant dining experience. I left feeling frustrated and disheartened, with no intention of recommending this restaurant to anyone based on my own experience. It's evident that improving their customer service standards could make a world of difference for Pasha's Pizza & Indian Food.

Jas (The Owner) is absolutely amazing! She is always so welcoming and makes some great food …from Butter Chicken , Tiki Masala and Samosas right through to a Meat Lovers Pizza that would blow your mind …all the pizza for that matter Highly Recommend !!

Absolutely packed with all the things. Great little store for a small town loonie store it was impressive and clean. I was traveling, though, and needed some odds and ends. Great parking.

Not impressed bought a broken phone the speaker on the phone when people call or i call out sounds like im underwater and i How to repeat myself multiple time and when i brought it back they said that they couldnt help me out cause i didnt have the Receipt , But they know that i did buy it but also they bought stolen phones without overveiwing the phone and without a blink if an eye gave it back

Great store to get lost in and kill an hour. Full of crafting stuff, household goods and donuts. Really good donuts i think !

I had a good experience overall. The Place was clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. My sandwich was made to my liking with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The staff were attentive and ensured my order was correct. The bread was fresh, and the vegetables were crisp and flavorful. However, the seating area could use more attention during busy times. Despite that, it was still a pleasant visit.

This way one of the best Subways I've been to in awhile. The store and the washroom were very clean. The lady was super friendly when we came in and the sandwiches were made with care. Super fresh and tasty. Our whole car load was happy. Highly recommend this location when stopping through.

Our waitress was lovely and food was 10/10! We had the Carolina Reaper short ribs to start. If you can handle hot, definitely recommend these. We wanted wings but they weren't out of the smoker yet. We ate here for lunch at Noon. For a main I had the Pit Master burger. Absolutely delicious!! I got a salad with mine and glad I did, fries would have been too much food (for me) LOL Can't wait to come back!

Great food here but don't be in a hurry. We stopped here for lunch and it was very busy. The poor servers were run off their feet and did nothing but apologize for the delay. There are a few tv's above the bar and a nice large covered outdoor area but that's about it. I had the clubhouse sandwich on multi-grain with fries and my wife had the beef dip with yam fries both were outstanding! The turkey in my club is smoked in house. We will definitely be back, bill came to about $45.00 and well worth it.

Food was very good and portion size was very generous. Very clean inside. Men's washroom door doesnt seem to lock though but there is a second family washroom that could be used. Menu has a lot of selection and everything was done very well.

Absolute gem of a spot in a small town (Princeton) off the highway #3 (Crows Nest). Delicious, well endowed sandwiches. Fresh bread and a communal atmosphere. A perfect pull-off to avoid the franchise genericism and have sustenance from a local small business owner. Wonderful service.

Friendly staff with some good food options. The Chicken Panini was excellent and the overall favourite. They also had some good Beef Pot Pies and their self serve water jug has refreshingly cool water. The kid sandwiches are extremely well priced with minimal size difference. If you're passing through Penticton it's worth the stop.

Cozy unassuming little cafe in the town of Princeton. Best chicken pot pie and sausage roll that I've ever had! I will definitely be back.

It was a typical A&W until I went to eat my burger. I am almost certain this burger was a leftover from the fridge that they popped in the microwave. I was hungry and traveling so I ate it. Big Mistake. Spent the next 48 hours in pain. It was the only place I ate, so the only place I could have got food poisoning. Complete disappointment because A&W is one of my favorite options despite the ridiculous prices. Usually it is always high quality. This one, was not. As for the atmosphere, the dining room was freezing cold. Cutting corners to save money by not running the heater. Staff was all in winter jackets and hats. Completely unacceptable environment for a workplace. I will never visit here again and will inform everyone I know to avoid it.

Worst value out of any fast food place I've been lately. The wrap is an absolute joke and actually offensive. It does not represent the picture at all and I feel it literally false advertising. Included is a tiny juice box, not even a proper cup anymore. The value proposition is HORRIBLE, in all honesty, that is the last set of breakfasts I'll ever order from A&W ever. Over $22 for garbage, I'm actually not just disappointed, I'm angry about the significantly smaller portions for significantly more money, and the pictures that absolutely don't represent the product faithfully at all. We all know this is the case but you also use your last visit to guage what you are going to get. Now they've shrink-flated this like crazy and dramatically increased the price as well. That "wrap" in the same size and the tiny wrapper and that is my young sons hand as a comparison.. Never again A&W... Never. The 3 stars was for the overworked young lady running the inside window, inside counter and carrying food outside.

Ordered for takeout and the owners were super friendly. Was this the best food I’ve had? No, but it exceeded my expectations and filled our bellies. Prices were good, especially compared to where I’m from. $50 easily satisfied both me and my boyfriend with leftovers to spare. Would highly recommend if you’re craving hot Chinese food while enjoying the last of summer in a cute motel. Wonton soup in particular was our favourite. We also ordered the #1 combo and special fried rice.

Not one of my best Chinese food experiences, the prices don’t reflect the quality provided. It was ok but definitely needs improvement. The owners are very friendly.

Been a long term customer to this restaurant. Quality of food and service have been declining as of late. Overpriced for what it is. After taking our order twice they still managed to mess it up and implied that it was our fault because they can’t understand their own menu. All while arguing very loudly at each other in the kitchen, would you want this sort of dining experience? Stick to a simple menu if you can’t cook all of it. Also got charged for both items that were messed up, pull your fingers out. Will not be back again

Was surprised to find an Indian take out in Princeton. Had the butter chicken on rice with naan and really enjoyed it. Excellent price and serving size, too.

Awesome place! Highly recommend, we use to always stop at the big name chains in this stop area, but I'm sure we're going to come here every time we pass through now! Great food, amazing service! I first came when they opened a couple years ago, the owner offered me samples of 3 of their curry dishes, AMAZING! This last time, my friends and I stopped in for lunch, got some pizza slices and some samosas! Delicious !

Absolutely awesome I love the food, and the greatest happy people they are so kind you just instantly feel welcome. We just went through covid lucky for all the Princeton folks to be safe. During that time all restaurants in Princeton have been empty. The fact that anyone seen even 2 people means that that was the most busy place here? Either way lots of us out here seem to order out, often because the beautiful outdoors here, amazing to sit, eat and relax. Myself, some spring rolls, sweet sour pork, etc we know the drill. It's just so much better by a view. Their is 2 Chinese food places in Princeton and I only eat here. I ate at the other one once and will never again, I don't like rude service and not getting everything I ordered. Mind you wasn't good so who cares. If in Princeton try here is the best place.
