Encanto Italian Grill is a premier dining destination that celebrates the rich flavors and vibrant culture of Italy. Nestled in the heart of the community, we pride ourselves on…
I’d give zero star’s, super disappointed. We have been local loyal customers since I tried there pizza, this WAS my fave pizza spot. So tonight, called in for a large pizza, nice and easy but yes just after 5pm, dinner time. Not a problem there, was told 20-25 mins, literally gave them 25. When we arrived, I was told our pizza would be right out. In the next 10 mins, I watched other customers come in and out with several pizza’s, so I understandably knew they were busy. But then, the hostess comes out and tells us that they “lost” our pizza. I’m a sweetheart anyone that knows me, and I sweetly added it would be nice for them to add anything to my order, breadsticks anything to compensate me for my time. The hostess said yes that she would talk to the cook. So now I’m waiting for another half hour there. She hands me my pizza and only my pizza, and just says sorry about that. I guess yes that bothered me, but it truly bothered me way more that not only did I have to wait over an hour for my 1 pizza, it was burnt. I guess they lack professionalism in the hospitality department and there pizza’s really are starting to SUCK! Last time I spend even a minute waiting for anything from them again. Thanks for wasting even more my time Encanto, that pizza was garbage just like your shot out restaurant.
This was our first visit to the Encanto Italian Grill. This restaurant is located among a narrow industrial park just north of a residential area that is about a mile or less south of 89A, just off of Robert Road. The place was at most about half full at 7:00 pm on a Saturday evening. I ordered their “All Meat” 8 inch pizza. It was delicious and cooked to perfection, though the dough was thicker than what I prefer, but that’s OK. It was still an enjoyable pizza. My wife ordered the 16 inch gluten-free mushroom pizza, as Kelly the server told us 16 inch was the only option available, so that’s all my wife could order. When the pizza came, it came burned, not just the edges but the bottom as well. When we showed the server how the bottom of the crust was burned, she asked if we wanted another, we told her, “Of course.” That seemed rather obvious to us. When she brought the “remake” she brought two smaller single 8 inch gluten-free pizzas. I asked her why she didn’t offer the smaller size as our first option. She said she didn’t know they were available. While they did not burn the center of the crusts of the 8 inch versions, they did burn the edges. This is because the gluten-free crusts cook differently than normal crusts and require different temperature and (careful) handling. This crust was very thin, and like most GF crusts, they are made of very starchy flours and will therefore burn easily. That means you’ll have to cover or protect the edges of this crust with aluminum foil to keep them from burning. When the first crust burned, the cook should have deduced; the second ones will too. Insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly, expecting different results. So we have two issues: knowing how to cook a GF pizza, and making sure burned pizzas don’t make it to a customer. This is a training issue for both the FOH and BOH (front of the house and back of the house. Note: I am a retired chef.) As far as decor, it seems this place has a hard time trying to figure out what it wants to be. If you’re expecting an Italian motif as advertised on the front of the building, don’t. The Mexican music blaring from the kitchen will be your first clue. There is as much a southwestern motif as there is anything else. The decor hanging on the walls is quite an eclectic collection, ranging from southwestern to homey to retro early American, to pseudo Italian. The food and service is what’s counts. The service was marginally OK (only because she didn’t intercept the burned pizza coming out of the kitchen), and the flavor of the pizza was very good once they cooked the second pizza a second time. I recommend the owner speak to the kitchen manager about the volume of the Mexican music coming out of the kitchen, or at least play Italian music because it is an Italian restaurant, after all. Since the flavor of the pizzas was good, we’ll give them another try, or try other dishes on our next trip to Prescott Valley.
When my grandmother and got our meal the food was awful and the service was awful. Her undercooked, soggy steak with mushroom gravy was very salty and shouldn't have been provided.Tasted like a frozen steak for dinner. I won't be dining here any more; I used to adore this place. My grandmother did not request a refund when we contacted; instead, she asked if her food might be substituted with something different because they had not met her needs. They told us there was nothing they could do about it. Having spent a considerable amount of time working in the restaurant sector, I found this treatment to be totally unsatisfactory.
Welcome to Them Thai Cafe, your ultimate destination for an authentic Thai dining experience. Nestled in the heart of the community, our cafe offers a diverse menu that showcase…
Found a new favorite place!! The wife came here few weeks ago with a client and she brought home her left overs of the Thai Garlic. Definitely had to come check out this place. All things Great. Great location, parking(we came at 2:30pm), environment, staff, service, wait time. We got the Thai Garlic Entree again and had to try the Gyoza Dumplings. Note - They close at 3pm. Reopen at 4:30pm. Definitely coming back to try more items on their menu.
My husband and I have been searching for good Thai food since we moved here 4 years ago. It’s been a struggle. Thai Cafe is so good! We love the pad see yew and the egg plant dish. Every app we have gotten is incredible. The servers share responsibility and make sure you’re taken care of! It’s also very affordable!
We arrived just as they opened at 11am. We ordered the daily special which was Burrito Loco for $8.99. I chose beef which was delicious. Michael got pork and beef combo. He told our waiter the refried beans were the best he had ever had. Definitely not from a can. I ate until I was stuffed and we both took home half of our food. Really enjoyed the ambience. Beautiful paintings and decor.

Came in with a large group and the hostess was very quick to find the best way to seat all of us. They have a very small dining room (about 25 people max) but we made it work. The food was well prepared with good flavor and variety. Prices are fair as well. The quality of when I did take out and dine in are identical, nothing short of delicious! Highly recommend getting to-go if the dining room is busy to support this business. Will be back soon.
Lordy, first time here while visiting family, this place hit the spot tonight! The Staff was super nice and welcoming..the food… incredibly tasty! The chicken satay appetizer with honey and peanut dipping sauces 10/10. Beef pad see u…plate licked clean. Pad Thai w/beef . Will be back everytime we visit from now on. Hats off to the chef
Very yummy and great portions for the price. The favors were wonderful and you can tell that it’s a local gem, because the door was constantly opening! This was our first time there but won’t be our last. Might be a new favorite.

Great food and Wonderful Service. Jen’s family restaurant is the best Always trying out the daily specials when I am there. Sweet potato pancakes with marshmallow melted topping came with eggs and bacon. Delicious. Consistent quality. Went there on 2024 Halloween and they were all dressed up like characters Wizard of Oz our waitress was a cowardly lion serving that many people. I say
Best food with friendly staff and huge portions. I had amazing fish tacos so awesome I called my friends to come join me. The secret is out about this gem, it is always packed, so be prepared for htf parking and a wait to be seated. It's worth it!
This place was recommended to use by someone who lives in Prescott, and we were warned that this place gets busy. While this is true it was definitely worth the wait. We shared the pancakes and French toast and both were delicious. Our food came out hot and fresh. Our server was very friendly and we felt very welcomed. Their menu is huge, I can’t wait to try this place again so I can try something different.

Lindo Mexico is a surprising find in a small town. The atmosphere is cozy, and the food is fantastic. The pozole is a standout, full of flavor. Don't miss this hidden gem!
First of all I want to start by saying the atmosphere was nice the restaurant inside was homie and clean, restroom were clean. Now the food I will be honest was not authentic Mexican food it was more like Mexican American food. If you order the fajita dish just know you will get more onions and bell peppers than meat. The prices for the dish honestly is not worth the amount of food you get. The server that brought the food to us was honestly annoying because as she was bringing the food with a high tone asking who is this plate and that, we felt like if we dint answer fast enough she was going to leave with our food. And honestly the food was not very warm.
The food is delicious every time we come here. But today they let a dog in and i feel like this is a heath code violation. No service vest on the dog

Fantastic place for mexican food somewhat hidden, just off the main drag. Do yourself a favor and try it. Also ask for the carrot HOT sauce it's my favorite

Nice Tacaria in Prescott Valley. We were coming north of Prescott Valley and came here for lunch and shopping. Food was excellent. I had the enchiladas with red sauce and beans. The red sauce was superb, some of the best I've ever had. The chicken was nicely braised and very flavorful. Beans were great as well. My wife had the shrimp tacos and said they were pretty good. I'd go back. Highly recommended. Note on my ratings: 1 star, unacceptable. 2-3 stars, acceptable, but average, you could do better. 4 stars, above average quality, service and/or value. 5 stars, reserved for outstanding quality, value and service.

Good food and friendly staff , very affordable prices. Great coffee, and they bring the whole coffee mug to your table .
Was hesitant to go here since it was in a strip mall but the reviews were good so I gave it a whirl and I wasnt let down! Absolutely delicious food and great service. We will definitely be back!
I ordered the green chicken omelette, it was delicious! Husband ordered the Chicken fried steak also delicious! The gluten free toast was really yummy, which says a lot! I brought my 5 month old son in a car seat, they had a car seat hammock we could put next to the table it was really cool. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I'm an outta town but will gladly come back when I'm here again!! Ps, please come to Camp Verde! We need a restaurant like this!!

If you are looking for a delicious breakfast in Prescott Valley, head over to BackBurner Family Restaurant. Their breakfasts are delicious and hot, with generous portions. And the staff was so welcoming. I was grateful that I arrived early on a weekday because it filled up fast. Now I understand why!
I love supporting local family establishments, and BackBurner is one of them. The times I've been there, the food was always on point. The service is terrific, always fresh coffee. I like the atmosphere there, very friendly staff and a lot of the customers are friendly too.
I give this a 5 star, not in the way of a fancy restaurant, but in the perfect family dining experience. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, it had music playing at the perfect volume you could hear but still have a conversation and the food was excellent! I ordered the 5 Car - Hash browns covered with chicken fried steak, 3 over medium eggs, topped with country gravy & cheese. If I had to find one thing to say negative in this review it was that the gravy needed a little spicing up with salt and pepper. It was a tasty meal and a huge portion! The server gave me a complimentary cinnamon bun for my birthday and I have to say…I don’t usually order cinnamon rolls because they inevitably disappoint me because they’re dry…not this one! You’d be a fool to go to the Back Burner and not order one of these! It was warm, covered in frosting and the whole thing is gooey, sweet, heaven. We’ll definitely return here when we’re in Prescott for another visit!

Place is a place for those that love America.! Great service, and atmosphere. Wifi is great, if you're smart enough to read the sign. Very charitable clientele, constantly raising money for the needy!! A wonderful experience and amazing people!!! . If you don't like America don't ruin our church. My family will return!
Only one in our group of 12 had ever been here. We were celebrating her birthday and had a great time. The pizza was inexpensive and pretty good! The beers were great! There were tables for us to sit together. The pool tables and sticks were in great condition. The best part of the night was Deanna, the bartender. She was so attentive and fun. She handled all the customers well- even a couple who were very trying! A few in our group asked her to surprise them with a good fruity mixed drink and they loved what she created! Thanks for a fun night- we'll be back!
I gave the "atmosphere" a score of 5, because if you're looking for a great dive bar...this is it. We didn't try any of the bar food. We were here from 1pm to 4pm. Everyone was so nice and introducing themselves. One table of folks was buying the small bar crowd a round of jello shots, twice, lol. We were told the best time to come is during the daytime. Night time can get a little shady. Our bartender was Gina. She was fantastic. Our only complaint would be there is ZERO cell service in this area or in the building to play songs on their juke box. You can't even Google anything, lol. I even walked outside and down the sidewalk to the next building and still had no service. The bar refuses to give out the wifi password. Other than that it would be nice if they had a red-amber beer. That's all for now folks!

1st time here, we are visiting family.. Food was delicious, and our server Katie was great! Very attentive and sweet. Thanks for the great dinner experience
Gabby grill I probably won’t go back. I really do dislike writing negative reviews, but I always write truthful reviews. I guess they’re redoing the top of the bar, but it was extremely sticky. When I brought it to the attention of Courtney asked her to wipe it down. She could’ve offered to move us to one of their boring booth. She just said that it’s in progress to be fixed. She really didn’t have much of a personality. Although my Ruben was fabulous. The Italian wedding soup was a traditional soup that was produced by one of the food suppliers, very generic. The restaurant itself is extremely boring, looks very tired and needs to face lift. I JUST CAN’T
Everyone at the bar was super friendly. I ordered a shrimp scampi to go. I was SO excited to eat it until I saw this. Mostly asparagus and potato and VERY little shrimp and mostly no pasta. What the heck?! VERY disappointed ):

I freakin love this place. Chill relaxed BBQ but with elevated menu options, cocktail bar, and ambiance. Food is awesome. Drinks are great (and cheap!!) but my real gauge of a smoke joint is the sides and sauces and they NAIL those!
Most of the food at Colt is really good. The lean brisket is a little dry but the regular brisket is really nice. The fish and chips were soggy but then that's probably not the specialty at the restaurant you can smell the meat smoking a mile away the other food we got was wonderful and we enjoyed our visit with friends. It would be nice if there were more tables for large groups, we were by the kitchen door and bathroom. The people are always nice and friendly.
Cheeseburgers, pulled pork sandwich, ribs were some of the excellent dishes we enjoyed, also garlic fries and ranch beans very good. The Mac and cheese was too dried out and peach Cobbler was somewhat bland. Although a great atmosphere, friendly service and look forward to our next meal here.

This was our second time here, and my favorite is the eggplant it's even good as leftovers. Their bread is amazing. Warning about the lobster ravioli the ravioli it's self the filling & pasta was great but sauce is a bit sweet and I thought it was great but my daughter did not love it. I'm not sure of the name of my husband chicken dish with the lemon but it was a beautiful refreshing taste. We recommend Gabrielle's the service & food & prices are excellent!!! Thank you
Great place to eat !im glad we stopped in . We were looking for pizza and this place came up .lol they don’t serve pizza just saying lol . Meatballs salad Mac and cheese yummy the wife had lasagna it was a big plate this place knows how to feed you!!!!it is a must eat !!!
Came for my birthday. No wait, fast & friendly service, outstanding food. An idyllic experience

For 70.00 a large pizza, 2 dozen wings, a side of fries and 2 soft drinks. The pizza toppings were skimpy at best. Wings were okay, requested boneless but received bone-in, everything else was fine. Left a generous tip, although the quality of their pizzas has dropped substantially since my last visit. I have no plans to return here in the future.
Great variety of food, everything tasted so good, and our waitress was fun and on top of everything. Look forward to going back. :) One of our repeat visits (04/2022): the brownie was good although it needed more ice cream and chocolate syrup, and the cheesecake was amazing! Quick update (05/11/2024): Tildy (?) was an incredible waitress. I was there for a group event, 40 people, and it was chaotic. She and the other waitress handled it all AMAZINGLY! My only complaint is that the music / speaker system is sometimes just too loud. Another repeat visit (06/2022) - Christa you were great! Fun, engaging, helpful, and patient. Thank you!! 02/2023 -- been here many times now. Still highly recommend!
Atmosphere is pretty chill and seems like a cool place to hang out and have some appetizers. But thats about it. Spaghetti seemed like it was all canned including the pasta but it was all bland. The Philly cheese steak sandwich was bland AF. Rather disappointed overall with the food. Not a place to come have dinner but it does seem like a place to hang out and have a few drinks AFTER you’ve had dinner elsewhere.

DUNNYRU was amazing. Actually, everybody that worked there was great even the manager who came to the table was very nice, but our food was, overcooked in seed oil, no flavor , you couldn’t tell the difference between the chili relleno or the enchilada. I liked the beans, but the rice was overcooked. Our plate came to the table that was like 500°. The taco was good. Salsa and guacamole was good as well, but not enough for me to want to venture back there. With Manager stop by to say hello. I let him know what is in my review. He was extremely surprised. I would give it A+ for the employees and decorations are magical. I JUST CAN’T
I dined in at Casa Perez based on my local friends’ recommendation, after enjoying a day of mountain biking in the Prescott pines at the local Bean Peaks riding area. The restaurant was clean and had great ambiance. The wait staff was friendly and the food was prepared surprisingly fast. I chose a shrimp dish while my friends chose a burrito from the lunch menu and a beef dinner. I washed my hands in the bathroom and the mortar sink was adorable enough to take a picture of! I will definitely return to this restaurant!
Absolutely incredible!!! I happened upon the Dewey location about 25 years ago!! Best Mexican food I think I have ever had. Delicious cuisine, huge choices, great people, clean and festive place! Great prices too and so, so good. I live over 3000 miles away but come visit often. Thank you Casa Perez for being so wonderful! Its hard to find faithful and incredible food anymore! Just so grateful and happy! See you again soon...
