Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in Pearland – 2024

If you’re in the mood for a burger you can’t go wrong with the Scooter’s Burger! This double beef patty burger and fries will hit the spot. First off the burger and fries is only $9.99! You can’t get a combo for that anywhere. The bun was big and fluffy which made the burger that much better. The patty, which I normally base a good burger on was cooked perfectly. The amount of spices added was beautifully done. I asked for medium well, and it was executed perfectly. This will be my go to for burgers from here on out. Next time I come up too be for the crawfish. Review to be continued… I went back for the crawfish … unfortunately I was not impressed. Presentation was good, flavor was not. First off the crawfish/potatoes/corn were not steaming hot. The taste was not good. The sausage, potatoes, and corn were not cooked with the crawfish because they didn’t taste like the seasoning. I’ve had a lot of crawfish in my lifetime, so I know I know what good crawfish and seasoning should taste like. This was not good. I added a picture because they looked pretty but that was about it. I won’t be going back for crawfish there again. I also ordered the boudin balls and the Texas tea. The balls were mushy on the inside—-I didn’t like the consistency and the flavor was off. The tea was huge but the taste was not good—-too strong. I’ve had plenty of long Islas iced teas so I’m pretty sure I know what to expect. Sent it back twice but still did not taste good. Need less to say, I didn’t finish the crawfish, didn’t finish the boudain balls, and gave my $15 drink to my BIL. I so wanted to enjoy this meal. I left very sad and disappointed. My bill was $70 which included 5 lbs of crawfish, a drink, boudain balls and a tip.

If I could base this review on customer service, they would have 5 stars undeniably! However, the food was terrible. I got the Trio of Crawfish Etouffee, Shrimp Etouffee, and Shrimp and Crab Gumbo. All three bowls contained overcooked protein. The gumbo had good flavor, but some of the rice seemed undercooked. I had to add hot sauce to both bowls of etouffee to try to give it a better flavor. The bread and crackers helped. I would not come back.

Food was amazing! I had the combination shrimp and fish platter (my favorite) my niece had the burger and goodness, I took one bite and was sold on that too! Everything was served so hot and fresh, and our waitress was awesome and friendly! I don't recall her name but she has alot of pretty tattoos!

Arrived At 4:07pm We Wasn’t Spoken To At All But Entrance Was Filled With Waitresses. I Then Proceeded To Walk Through & Was Told There Would Be A 15-20 Minute Wait On A Table Which I Didn’t Understand Because There Were Tables Available Just Not Small Tables. Within 2 Minutes The Place Started Getting Filled . Place Was Chill & Not Very Loud. Was Seated @ 4:15pm & Waitresses Came Out Immediately. Food Was Served Immediately Also . Our Waitress She Was Very Polite, Ms Sherlyn . We Ordered A Tea + Raspberry + Regular For Beverages. We Also Order Sticks With Marinara Sauce, Chicken Alfredo , Chicken & Carbonara With A . YALL THIS FOOD WAS A 10 OUT OF 10 . MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK SOON . They Also Have Tablets With Games On Them & You Can Pay Your Bill On Them As Well . THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS FOR A GREAT TIMEEEE !!!! I Love That They Serve At The End To

We were in town for a work class and staying close to here and decided to try this location. Parking was ample with it being in the shopping center area. The interior is like all the others. The staff was very friendly and super attentive. I got the chicken parm with the salad. It tasted like every other location I’ve been too. It was cooked well and the center areas were tender. The salad had a bit much dressing on it though. Overall not too bad for a chain.

We had never ending soup and salad. A salad is a salad but the soups were very yummy. Our server made actual recommendations on drinks for me. Hubby had a second bowl of soup, different than the first, but yummy as well. We were early got dinner so it was pretty quiet.

[November 2024 update: so many visits here. Such amazing service from all the young servers such as Max, Blair, Kyle, and all the rest. Amazing food and now offering a full bar. Beautiful Christmas vibes. Really, what more can you want? :)] Gasp! How can it be that I haven't posted a review yet for Magnolia??!! My husband and I have been coming here weekly for months and absolutely love this little place. Smiling young servers like Sophia (a sweetheart!) make this a special spot where you truly feel like a welcome customer. The food is excellent, the menu extensive. Some items like the fish tacos and homemade chicken and dumplings are so good that it's hard to branch out, but you should: you'll be rewarded with huge fresh salads and homemade chicken pot pie. Be sure to save room for dessert, especially rich chocolate cake. Will we go back? We're warming up the car right now. :)

Chef Steve and staff were very responsive & did an excellent job hosting our group of 19 for a wedding dinner. They made our experience a perfect and relaxing gathering. The food was wonderful, wonderful!! ❤️

Absolutely amazing experience ❤️. Was greeted immediately by staff and was given a seat of our preference outside. We started with Crawfish pies and oh my are they yummy! Super soft but flaky at the same time. No fishy taste was my big win. I had the super satisfying chicken and dumplings. They are not shy about the ingredients. It does have a slight little spice on the back end that you will fall in love with. Just enough to taste, not a hair more. The wife had the red beans and rice that she fell in love with. ❤️ The cornbread it came with was sweet, cheesy, and moist. To end the meal we had beignets. It was the perfect ending to the meal. They are perfectly dusted with powdered sugar and served warm with a side of honey. These are not your hollow pastries but a nice fluffy interior that will have you coming back for more.

Haven't visited Lupe in years. The food was as good as I last recalled, and the service was great. My son was able to order brunch, and they did not disappoint! The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. Staff and management were kind and attentive.

Walking in, the ambiance was really good! When it comes to the food, it was okay. I have been to other tex mex restaurants and cant help but compare. It's still a good restaurant to try out. But would I come back? Probably not.

Our waiter was awesome, professionalism, helpful. The food was good . Lots of food, couldn’t finish all my plate. The frozen margarita was on point! My favorite for sure! Everyone there was very polite and friendly. I definitely recommend to everyone wanted to take the family out to dinner, we had an awesome time here.

We chose this place for a few special occasions. They did not disappoint . Randy was our waiter and helped pick the right cut of steak and dessert. The alcohol is reasonable in price and has good variety of options. The plates are pretty big compared to other places. The restaurant is clean and has a nice ambiance to it. We had the wagyu cowboy ribeye. It was amazing. The fried shrimp is great. The risotto is legendary. The pork belly bites are amazing and will start your night the right way. We will be back soon.

We had an awesome time dining here with our waiter Randy. He truly loves and is amazing at his job. Our favorite items were the crab cakes, ramen deviled eggs and carrot cake!

Words cannot describe the enjoyment I had at Killen's Steakhouse. To start, every employee was wonderful to speak with. Emmett (sorry of I misspelled it!), our waiter was incredible. He knew the menu up, down, left, right, and sideways. He was able to answer every question and could explain the flavors in such detail. He knows the product that he's selling which made the visit even more enjoyable. The buser and gentleman that refilled the water were great as well. Literally all the employees were fantastic. No complaints whatsoever! Now to the food. The walnut fruit bread was awesome. I don't know who makes that bread but wow! Awesome stuff! We got the scallops as an appetizer. The flavors were mind-blowing and the texture was absolutely perfect. While they are amazing, they were a bit on the pricey side for only three scallops. Good, yes, but really pricey for what you're getting. I got the set aged New York strip cooked blue (I'm an animal, what can I say?) and it was literally the best steak I've ever had in my life. Worth every penny hands down. They cooked it perfectly but with such a thick steak, I would consider it rare in the future. Absolutely delicious either way. After, we got the bread pudding. It arrived hot and ready. Again, very delicious. I am thoroughly happy with the experience I had and will definitely be revisiting one day.

The beef ribs here are a must try! The staff were very nice. If you ask nicely, they can give you the best cuts. I always order the plates with 2 sides but I also add the bread pudding. The 2 sides I like the best are the creamed corns and mac&cheese. Don't let your meat get cold. I went during the non-restaurant hours so you line up and order inside.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Killen's BBQ, and let me tell you, it was a flavor-packed experience. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of slow-smoked meats. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender, with a perfect smoke ring and a rich, savory flavor. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone, with a smoky, tangy sauce that complemented the meat beautifully. The sausage was spicy and satisfying. The sides were equally impressive. The creamy mac and cheese was the perfect balance to the rich, smoky meats, and the baked beans were sweet and savory. The potato salad was a classic, with a creamy, tangy dressing. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was casual and inviting. If you're a BBQ lover, I highly recommend checking out Killen's BBQ. You won't be disappointed!

Woaaaa, it was better than my expectation. Meat was very moist, not salty at all. Way better than some popular spots in Austin. We tried baked potato with meat, it was good. They have 3 different sauces on the table, I like tangy the most; all of them are good I will be back for sure to try chicken and turkey ✨

Okay, the only reason this is n't getting three stars is because the food didn't suck but it was pretty bad.. I ordered fajita nachos mind you it's $18 and for $18 I better get dang good nachos which I did not.. not only were they stale.. (restaurants think they can hide behind stale chips if they are nachos).. If nachos are chewy they're stale !!! and The taste was blah. Even the cilantro was blah.. And I've uploaded a picture and this is how much guacamole they give you for over $18 nachos.. This place is way too overpriced especially for a blah food.. okay correction. I don't even think this was even a tablespoon. a tablespoon for this big plate of nachos a tablespoon of guacamole.. really? Oh my God for just $6 more I could have ordered an entire plate of fajitas.. what a rip-off!

Food was decent. Beans, weather you get charo or black, are bland. They needed to simmer longer to draw out more flavor.

They have the BEST seafood enchiladas. Only got a picture of my leftovers and it was just as good next day. Service is pretty quick for how busy they stay! Never had a bad meal here.

Celebrated a family’s birthday and it was the perfect place for 5 of us. The server was very nice. This location has been remodeled and it looks so nice. The only take away is that the wait might be so long at times, over an hour but overall food was good. Favorite plate is Plato marisco Michelada, so yummy! They also give you a big cup. Recommend coming here

Kaleb is AWESOME! One of the most detail-oriented and attentive waiters I think that I have ever had the pleasure of being waited on by. The food is always up to, if not surpassed by my expectations (and being picky is a massive understatement!). I can tell by the cleanliness of everything from the shiny silverware to the immaculate bathrooms that Carly takes her job very seriously as one of the general managers. The ambiance is an upscale, comfortable coziness.. the decor is FABULOUS.. did I mention FREE all you can eat soft-serve ice cream?? SIX STARS ACROSS THE BOARD! ❤️ me some Gringos!!

Been here a couple of times for lunch with friends, never had a bad experience at all and the food was always fast, hot and delicious. Their appetizer options are really tasty and they have a good variety to choose from but don't eat too much of it because the food portions are never skimpy, it's a lot. I don't know what they put on their green salsa but it's like crack. It's so delicious.

I enjoyed the atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon. It was very busy with a lot of people waiting. After 30 minutes we were seated in the bar. I had the beef enchiladas. They were okay. For the price I expected more. Kind of bland with little seasoning. The service was excellent and the bathrooms were clean.

2nd Visit- Awful!! We came today and we had the fajitas for 2 and cheese enchiladas. We asked for a white wine sauce on the enchiladas- had to send them back to get corrected. We asked for the vegetables to be well done- had to send them back to be corrected too. What made this experience so awful was because of the reaction of a manager person, India- at least that is how she portrayed herself- there is Never a reason to be argumentative and condescending with a customer!! All we wanted was our food to be the way we ordered it and when it had to be sent back because of our waitress’s error- that it not take 15-20 minutes for it to come back to us!! Andrea- the general manager- did apologize and try to correct the situation but being spoken to as I was by India, comping some of the food wasn’t making it “all better” as suggested. I don’t know that this location will be some place to come back to is now. Very Sad!! This was my first time here. The staff was great and our waitress gave us the history of Grengos. The food tasted good but the best was their fresh Salsa! We will be back.

The speakeasy is a must! Jen was so nice and hilarious! The crab cakes, lasagna egg rolls and Adrians pizza were all amazing! I have been all over NYC at the best of best “Mom & Pop” pizza places and did not have as good of a pizza as I did at Grazia’s! No BS! I will be back!!

Great Italian food in the pearland area! I love how they have an actual wood pizza oven. Their pastas were divine. They make their food so fresh and tastes great every time. My partner and I came here for our anniversary dinner and was so delighted with this place. Will be back again soon.

Had a fabulous experience. We went for lunch and we're the only ones in here. My husband got the smoked beef short rib, I got the prime rib sandwich and we shared the lasagna eggroll appetizer. Everything was very tasty. The portion was perfect and I ended up taking my sandwich home. I had the chicken Gianni soup and that was on point. Perfect clean Italian atmosphere with wonderful warm food. Loved it!

My girls and I wanted to catch up and randomly chose this spot. It was a great decision. The food was delicious and well put together. The service was accommodating and prompt. The atmosphere was good, we had stayed so long catching up we ran into happy hour. But there wasn't a push for us to leave, we even bought more drinks while it was happy hour. They had a live band. Parking was plentiful we we arrived and packed when we left All in all, we had a great experience. We will be back.

Burt is 100% (and the cutie bartender, we didn’t catch her name) the reason we will be back! My husband and I work opposite schedules so the only night we have to be a family is Monday nights. For that reason we are super picky about where we spend our time and money. As a restaurant manager I sometimes choose good service over food quality simply because I appreciate the experience. We came to Good Vibes about 8 months ago and while the food was good and the drinks were okay the service from waitstaff and bartenders was absolutely terrible. We felt like they were annoyed by our presence. We decided to give it another chance and we are so glad we did. Burt was just the right amount of friendly and attentive. Super great attitude and cute too. This time the food drinks and service were on point. Y’all are definitely now in our Monday night rotation.

I loved this restaurant. The meals all came out great. Chops served us and was the best also. He catered to my team with care, diligence and a personal empathy. I'll definitely be back.

Food was a real disappointment. The fried green tomato was too thick. I expected several thin pieces and we got three thick pieces to divide between two people. My onion rings tasted rubbery like they were warmed over. My husband’s fries also tasted warmed over. The worst onion rings I have ever eaten. The shrimp and oysters were good. I think my husband’s burger was good. The service was adequate. The eye appeal was great but the taste was not. Doubtful we will go back.

The "Dawg shrimp" appetizers were excellent!. The fried alligator was not overcooked or tough. I had the grilled salmon (no seasoning per my request) and asparagus. My friend had the flounder Fried with some sauce. All were excellent. My only complaint was the lava cake was a bit on the dry side. Will come back again!

I recently hosted a surprise 60th birthday party at Floyd’s in Pearland, and I can't say enough about the fantastic experience! The staff was absolutely amazing, accommodating our group of 40 people with ease and professionalism. Every detail was attended to, ensuring the event went off without a hitch. Impressively, not a single plate was sent back for being wrong – the food was spot on with plates being fresh, hot and delicious. My husband talked about how awesome the oysters were (and he is a HUGE critic on oysters) The attentive service and warm atmosphere made it a night to remember. Highly recommend Floyd’s for any special occasion!

First time going was Monday09/23 then i went again yesterday i mean really great happy hour fantastic food i mean really good food! Maddison is a awesome waitress and Alex is very attentive. They are very welcoming and extremely nice i will be back ALOT

We've been visiting this location for years but our frequency has increased since Mauricio has been there. I'm a pretty picky eater and anytime I needed my meal to be a certain way, he obliged without any hesitation or attitude. I stopped going to fish City for a while because the service and food were declining but Mauricio must be helping to improve things because my meal was delicious and priced well. I got the seafood pasta from the specials board. My husband got the same but as it. We'll definitely be visiting more often!

I'll give it 3 stars mainly due to the spiciness of the food. Everything was tasty, but unfortunately, it was too spicy for us! The pasta with chicken and shrimps felt like a fire, and both the gumbo soup and shrimp grits were overly spiced. Despite enjoying spicy food, these dishes were way too intense. There was no mention on the menu, and the waiter didn't warn us either.

The food was delicious! Our server was on point with the recommendations and keeping our drinks flowing. Very polite and personable. On a late Sunday morning / early afternoon the crowd was low but the service and food were excellent.

I’ve always believed BJs had phenomenal food. I haven’t been in a while and this visit don’t let me down. The burger was absolutely delicious and if you are a vegetarian they also have a veggie patty available. Very happy with the service our server Join gave us. Would definitely recommend.

I don’t know if reviews matter anymore but I was less than pleased with the service I received. I waited 10 minutes for someone to simply acknowledge I was at the bar and then I waited 21 minutes just be told there were no wings. The manager made no effort to correct the situation. He simply offered me a refund for the wings, but I wish I had been told at the beginning and I would have left and went somewhere else because I really wanted wings. The appetizer was terrible. It took a very long time for them to refund our order. I will not be back. To each it’s own, but don’t say you weren’t warned

Our family had the pleasure of dining at BB's Tex Orleans. The redfish étouffée was satisfactory. The redfish was quite meaty and well-seasoned. We ordered a couple of pounds of crawfish, which were rather small in size. The experience was positive overall, as the menu offered a diverse range of items. Tatyana, our server, was exceptionally amiable and provided outstanding service, making our dining experience truly memorable. We eagerly anticipate our next visit.

If you love Cajun served with a side of cockroach, this is the place. The food was actually good, the service was mediocre, and the management response to the huge cockroach that kept walking past our table was comical. Hunter, the manager tonight, was gracious enough to kill it with a menu, offered no apologies or anything to compensate and walked back to the kitchen. Makes me think that this is a fairly common occurrence. Pictures attached
