Love the theme and atmosphere of the restaurant, Wood Booger is another name for the "Big Foot" creature Food was excellent and the price was very value oriented. Wife had a baked potato stuffed with BBQ meat, and cheese , I opted for Sirloin Tips with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms . Had a loaded sweet potato and broccoli with cheese. Service was fast, friendly and helpful, I ordered a blackberry beer , was light and refreshing, then I bought a "Wood Boogers" hat. Great experience, left with a satisfied tummy and it didn't break my wallet.

Great place! I had the Big Foot’s Potato and it was wonderful. Their pulled pork is amazing, tender and very evenly sauced. Our waitress was the sweetest girl ever, and stayed attentive to us and the other patrons. You can’t beat the atmosphere of the place either, wish I would have gotten pictures of the decor and stuff. Overall 10/10 in every aspect. :)

I ate here 2 years ago while on a Virginia is for lovers love sign trip with my granddaughters and have not been back in the area since. So this year I took 2 granddaughters with me and we went on another trip for love signs and I had to go back to eat here because the food was so good! To my surprise there was a love sign painted on the front of the building now plus plus plus for me!!! I have thought about it a lot and could not wait to eat here again. Highly recommend!! Food is great service just as good!

The atmosphere is wonderful. Every server we have had has been great and the hosts are also friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is extremely clean and comfortable. Music is a vibe. Outside seating has an amazing view of the mountains and flag rock. Every cocktail I’ve tried has been yummy- love the seasonal peach marg and Moscow mule. I wish I had more pictures of the food because it is soooo delicious. The pulled pork tots, grits, and chicken wings are my faves. We’ve been multiple times dining in/takeout since their opening and had great experiences each time. Very thankful to have this in Norton!

Strawberry tea, burnt end nachos, stoney creek original bbq wings, tater tots, bbq beans, and coleslaw were all excellent. The wings had lots of meat, weren't dry, and were very good. Best wings I've tried in the area. Food, atmosphere, and service were all very good. Will definitely be eating here again! Update. Second time around had the spicy yardbird and pulled pork tacos. Very, very good!

Awesome place all around. I had the brisket sandwich and tots, a great meal and there was a grown portion of both. The Thunder Pig IPA is the absolute best IPA I've been able to find in this tri state area, and will be stopping in often.

The place is getting worse. Sometimes up to an hour wait! The. They will apologize with your food cold. I had an experience where the screen button wasn't working and I had to order on the app they informed me they knew and after bringing this to their attention and telling them they should tell the customers so they are not wasting their time they decided to rudely shove my food bag through the door while I was still trying to sit my drink down and they spilled it all in the floor, and WALKED AWAY with a smirk on their face while I had to pick up all my food . I did call and was told they would reimburse my money and have a talk with them. Neither have been done obviously because I'm still getting shade when I try to go there.

I pulled in today at 3:45 to get a limeade for happy hour. We've been sitting here 25 minutes waiting for my order to be taken and at this point it is past happy hour and no one around me is getting their order taken. The drive through seems to be moving at a snails pace, but everyone waiting at the menus to order at in the parking lot are being ignored other than a single customer that has had their order taken in the tine we've been sitting here. That customer had to then go up to the door because she was overcharged after finally paying. We finally gave up and left to go some where else. This is completely ridiculous and an enormous waste of everyone's time. Think twice before wasting your time here.

Food was great. Service could have been better. There was a long wait. Timing the drive-thru two cars that were behind us left because they waited so long. But other than that the visit that we had was good.

My first time eating at this pal's. And I thoroughly enjoyed their large sweet tea.And the junior pal burger. No pictures of the food I was so great.L o l I pulled into a parking spot and ate before leaving. 5 star employees made the transaction smoothe.Wait was not long at all.Thanks again PALS.

Food and service always good. Every time I stop there’s a long line but it moves quickly.

It was a great pleasure for a real-life person face to face getting your order to ensure it is correct. service was fantastic and fast. food was home style cooked with savory flavors.

One of my partners and I came for a date night around 6p on a Sunday and it was almost empty. After the service and food we couldn't figure out why. The food is absolutely amazing. We each had a lamb gyro with onion rings , we ordered the Egyptian bread with humus for the appetizer, and baklava for dessert. The lamb was perfect and the seasonings very tasty. The onion rings batter was so tasty and crunch with the onions inside perfectly cooked. The Egyptian bread was the perfect snack before the meal. I would recommend everyone giving this place a try.

We stopped here while visiting family in Norton, VA yesterday. The food, service and atmosphere were very clean and welcoming. We had a chicken gyro and a calzone supreme, along w inflated Egyptian bread that the sweet waitress recommended. We were so delighted to find a restaurant so close to my cousin’s house and the service was fast and friendly. However, the owner needs to find a reputable exterminator; as I was handing the waitress my card to pay, unfortunately a small roach crawled across the register counter, ruining our experience. There was a very nice cook behind her preparing food and I hate to even mention it, but I give honest reviews and I don’t want anyone to get sick.

Our first impression upon entering, clean nicely decorated atmosphere. The hostess was sweet and very friendly. Our appetizers were the fried pickles and Egyptian bread and humus. They were wonderful. We ordered the Egyptian fish dish, the lasagna and the Mediterranean pasta dish with Egyptian salad and garlic bread. The first bite transported us to a different Country. The passion Chef Ali expels in his cooking is an absolute delight. He is a very friendly, Caring chef that wants you to honestly enjoy every bite and we did!! The deserts we had were the Baklava, Tiramisu, and cannoli's. We tasted a bite of Heaven in every fork full. This meal gets 10 out of a 10! Best hidden gem in Virginia. We will be back at least 3 times a week! Wonderful place!

We find this Mexican restaurant on our way to Ohio, and let me tell you, you won't be disappointed. My husband and I ordered molcajete, and we were surprised by the size, flavor, and how quickly they served our food.

This place is amazing. Came here with a group from my school,SHU, after volunteering for the day. The food was delicious and fast. The staff was friendly.

We got food from there tonight and to say we are disappointed is an understatement. It’s was cold, poorly put together, and over priced for what it was. I ordered a large grande burrito and this is what I got. 6 pieces of shrimp. We won’t be back! Only reason we got food from there is because we just left Walmart. Mi Finca is better!

First time trying here. I ordered the chicken fajita nachos. I truly enjoyed it. Great atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. The salsa was great with it had a little heat which I love. Was cooked perfect with average lunch portion. The chicked had a great flavor nice seasoning. Average Priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Con: for me was the salsa was greatly lacking flavor. In my opinion more cilantro and onion and jalapeño would take it over the top, but it’s on par with all other salsas in the area. Pros: The food was excellent. We ordered the cheese stake and a shredded chicken tostada. The tostada was crunch, and the chicken was well seasoned and moist. The cheese steak stole the shoe! 5/5 the steak was tinder enough to cut with a knife. The onions were caramelized perfectly. The cheese sauce was thick with a slight hint of jalapeño which we really enjoyed. The rice was very moist and flavorful. And the refried beans were the best I believe either of us has ever had

I was hungry and I got excited when I seen three slabs of catfish before me. I was through a piece and a half before I remembered to take a picture. The second plate was whitefish. My wife had that there was the bowl of coleslaw, spinach, dip, and chips for the appetizer. The little round balls you see on the plate were hush puppies. We will be going back again.

An amazing deal with delicious food. Order the seafood platter. Fish filet of your choice with a bunch of popcorn shrimp, 4 or 5 fried jumbo shrimp, 2 stuffed crabs, hushpuppies, and 2 sides for $15.99.

I am a travel nurse and eat at a lot of restaurants. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. I had to ask hostess about waitress after 10 minutes of waiting. The waitress never apologized, my wine came at the end of my meal. They were not very busy so no excuse for poor service,The baby shrimp had no taste. We will not be coming back to this restaurant!

I’m very limited on what I can eat so when my friend suggested I try their Cauliflower Crust Pizza I got excited. If you’re like me and can’t eat regular crust pizza, look no further. The Cauliflower Crust Pizzas are amazing. I have tried my fair share of Cauliflower Crusts and none could compare. I love pizza and I am so happy they provide a delicious alternative. Thanks Doughmakers for making my day!!!

We had the buffet last friday(nov 29). Everything was great. The pizza and cheesesticks were hot and fresh. The salad was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive as usual. We love doughmakers! Try them if you haven't already.

Yum! Great pizza and bread sticks. We had a large group (more than thirty people) and ordered many different menu items. The staff was wonderful and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Thank you for hosting us. We look forward to visiting again.

This is an edited review 1 year after my original review. My rating has went up from 3 stars to 5. On my latest visit the restaurant has changed since it opened. It now operates more like a traditional restaurant and has real plates and cutlery. The food was also much better prepared this time in my opinion and one of the best new features is an all you can eat option. I had sushi and hibachi and both were excellent, a real improvement upon my first visit.

Delicious food! Great service. We ordered hibachi bento boxes, appetizers, and drinks. It was enough food for us to have meals for the next day and came in at just under $50 for the 2 of us. The portion sizes were very generous for price. We'll definitely be back.

Typical DQ. Blizzards are the go-to ice cream. Chicken strip basket is the staple food. There's been some recent refurbishing inside that looks way better than it used to. Ample seating. Drive-thru.

I asked for 2 of the $7 meals, one of them chicken strips the other a cheeseburger without ketchup. And 1 strawberry sundae and one chocolate. Sadly they put ketchup on my burger and my ice cream was filled too much as they gave us both strawberry and chocolate syrup on each and the lid wasn't on good so it spilled and I got it everywhere. And the burger was horrible. I usually love the food here and I hope to again.

Idk what the problem was/is. Slowest service EVER. Sitting in drive thru rn, already 10min of waiting just to get to the order sign. Need new workers or something. Then wonder why the customers get upset. FYI lobby is closed.

I like captain Ds. But the last two times I have e been there the fish wasn't very good. And the in house tarter sauce tasted like plain mayonnaise. The fish tasted like it had been thrown down in the oil again to warm it up. Grease pouring out of it. I will wait awhile before I try it again.

Everything is pretty great about this Captain D's. I eat here twice a week and my food has been wrong maybe once. Sometimes they are a little slow when they have staffing issues but they're so nice and will discount your food without even asking if they get backed up in drive-thru and your food is taking a while.

The quality of the food really depends on the day. Week day....... mediocre but good. Weekend........great. Service is like the food. Week day...........not so good. Weekend, great. They do have a great salad bar for an Asian Buffet Restaurant, but they really need to learn how to chop their lettuce better. Just saying.

Probably one of my favorite Chinese/hibachi buffets around. Food is always great and staff is always nice and helpful. Prices are really inexpensive for a buffet and the hibachi includes free steak with your dinner at no extra charge. Restaurant is very clean and all covid restrictions and concerns were addressed. We all left happy with a full bellies. Will definitely return.

UPDATE: Service still sucks and price has went way up. $90 for four people. We wont be returning. Good food sometimes, manager always interacts with guests. A couple of the waitress' could use some work as they do not refill your drinks and they don't always bring you your check.

First time eating here. I only ordered a side salad & a cup of soup or the day which was potato soup. The salad was cold and fresh and the soup was hot and tasty.I will return if this way again.Thanks applebee's! Enclosed 10 pictures

Pleasant, enjoyable lunch! My partner and I met a friend for lunch. This was my first visit to this Applebee's location. Actually, I haven't visited an Applebee's in several years, so I was anxious to check this location out. The service was excellent! Our server, Tanner, did an excellent job serving and provided efficient, friendly service during our lunch. The restaurant facility and dining room was very clean and well maintained. The men's restroom very clean, too. Although I would recommend replacing the worn dining room carpeting, it is in poor condition. In addition to the regular menu, Applebee's has a nice lunch menu, offering many different options to fit any appetite and budget. They even have a "pick two" section if you care for lite meal options. All of us ordered the chicken tenders meal which is served with fries. The day we visited, Applebee's was out of fries, so we substituted onion rings. All three of us enjoyed the chicken tenders and would certainly order again. The portions were large. However, in my opinion, the quality, freshness and preparation of the tenders could be better. In comparison to competitors (Chili's, Hardee's and Chick-fil-A) the chicken tenders were not up to par. The menu is very diverse and offers everything from pasta, chicken, steaks, burgers, salad and soups. They also have a full service bar for adult beverages. I was very pleased with the overall experience and look forward to returning to Applebee's to try more of the menu items. In an area dominated by fast food options, it is very nice to have a casual, relaxed, comfortable, full service dine-in restaurant in Norton. I highly recommend this Applebee's!

Very good food, and great service. The wait time for food was very quick. Also, the building was clean, the mens bathroom was very clean, and the air vents were clean over the tables. The tables are not sticky or nasty. The management and employees care about what they do. I will be back for another fabulous meal. Thank you.
