Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in North Battleford – 2024

We were a group of 5 people and thankful we founded that nice Restaurant. A very nice menu and so nice stuff. Food was served quickly and with a smile. We set at a nice table in very nice atmosphere. Food was excellent.

Lovely place to eat. Food is delicious at a decent price. Wait, time is not bad at all. And the staff are so friendly. My dad and I love eating there weekly

Had lunch here on Oct 8/22 and we ordered the cakes & eggs with side dishes of toast and kid size fries & gravy and the mushroom mozza burger specials and all together the total was $57.30 plus tip - a bit pricey but the service was good and took a while for the food to come out but overall I was satisfied with the dining experience there

Our family has eaten here twice. The food is amazing with great presentation. Friendly customer service with a genuine interest your enjoyment. No pictures before we ate as my family dug right in.

Me and my husband would always visit this place 1-2x a month. Our favourite is the buttered chicken rice bowl with garlic naan on the side. We also liked the rice noodles but be careful to choose mild since it’s spicy and it’s quite a lot so good for 2 people. My favourite dessert was the carrot dessert forgot the name but you can ask them for that. The owner and workers are so friendly. I don’t understand the reviews why so rude, everyone is just trying to make a living. Let’s support the family restaurants of the town.

Was asked once how our food was. She forgot 2 of our drinks as well. When we said how bad our steaks were, they didnt offer to do anything even when we showed them. So paying over $50 per meal, total over $150, definitely wasn't worth it. I got less meat in my 12-14 oz ribeye than my daughter with her skimpy 6 oz strip. Not impressed. Won't be back.

Went there for lunch with a colleague... Seated quickly. The sever was a bit pushy, she kept on apologizing a lot for our food not coming. We weren't waiting along time for our food. I ordered 6oz steak mid rare. The steak came medium well. I've had great food from blend before and this was a shock! If the food was better I'd rate this higher.

Wing night on Monday’s and Wednesday ~ was here on Monday July 17/23 and had a great experience and was quite happy with the wings and service from Sief the bartender did an excellent job and the wings were perfect and I would recommend this restaurant / bar for great wings and service & I will be back for sure

Very nice Montana's place located at North battleford, the food was good and so was the service, great place to visit and eat. The portions were fitting for its price, I enjoyed their ribs and wings , Brisket burger

Exceptional service and delicious food! Carol was an outstanding and professional server, making sure we were well taken care of. The food arrived promptly and exactly as we ordered, and our drinks were always refreshed without delay. Highly recommend!

Had dinner at Montana's BBQ tonight with my mom and sister. We are here from California so decided to try Montana's. we tried All you can eat ribs , it was so delicious and was rich in flavour and were happy with re- fills . On other hand, staff was so humble as they known for their down to earth personality. Thank you Montana for serving us tonight and for being our another place to eat in North - Battleford !!!!

Eat at Kihiw once or twice per year The service is always fast and the prices are amazing. Only $19 for steak on bannock So plenty of money left to visit the casino that is down the hallway. Ambience is a bit dull. Some First Nations art and colour would add some appeal. Could showcase local artists.

Definitely a decent place to grub. Yet I forgot it was Monday and the regular chef was probably still home puking out his weekend festivities. So the pork from the Monday crew came out tough, but still edible. Pork should be just a tad juicy; tender, to chew through without fighting it.

Our family is delighted to have found a high-quality Indian restaurant in North Battleford, which is hard to come by. Patience is needed to wait for a hot and delicious meal. The food is clean and has the fragrant taste typical of Indian cuisine. Server ‘REM’ was friendly and did their best with the service. Our family will definitely visit again.

I ordered the veggie pakora and a bannock burger combo with onion rings. Everything was delicious, tasted fresh, and the service was fast and friendly. Clean restaurant. I only got 6 onion rings with my combo, but this was more than enough as my burger was huge and filling. The burger was kind of messy and fell apart, but the bannock was good. Bannock maker needs a little more practice, but the recipe was good.

We were driving from Fort McMurray to Winnipeg, we just took a random stop at this restaurant. Employee named RAM was amazing & friendly, he kept regular check if we were doing fine. He is really a kind soul. Taste of food was amazing too.

Had a lovely meal here with the family. Tasty food, nice and attentive servers, authentic Indian ambience. We had the mattar paneer, coconut chicken, Manchurian Gobi (kids loved!), butter chicken, chicken tikka masala (adults' fav!), naan bread, also enjoyed the veggie samosas and mango Lassi to start. Lovely cups of chai masala as well. Our bill came to $160 before tip. Our family is two adults and four kids. We took home about two portions worth of leftovers as well.

I had the pleasure of dining at Dejma's Curry House, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was a true celebration of authentic Indian flavors. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, and the garlic naan was soft and buttery, just as it should be. The staff were warm and attentive, making the whole meal even more enjoyable. I loved the Gobi65 (cauliflower). If you're looking for genuine Indian cuisine that leaves a lasting impression!

An enjoyable dining experience with big screen TV'S for watching sports. They have a reasonably good selection of beer and the service was excellent. I had the dill pickle smash burger that was very good. It came with french fries which were standard fare but nothing special. Also the vegetarian power bowl with rice, spinach, cucumber, avocado and peppers was good.

Top 3 places to eat in the city. I recently dined at The Big Barrel Tavern and had a wonderful experience. The staff were courteous and polite, making me feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The food was delicious and well-flavored, with each dish exceeding expectations. The pricing was very reasonable, and the portion sizes were generous. Additionally, the menu offered a wide selection of meals and drinks, ensuring there was something for everyone. Overall, I would definitely visit The Big Barrel Tavern again.

The service I have received is always stellar. Armory beer (local brew masquerading as the house draught) on tap is a definite bonus; very tasty. Food menu is reasonably diverse and the taste and quality are excellent and consistent. Big thumbs up. I'm now a regular.

One of the best subs I ever had. The bun was fresh and soft. Vegetables were crispy and cold. We were served by a very friendly lady that was working at the time. She made my sandwich perfectly. My wife had a seafood salad and she said her meal was very good. We had a couple of minutes to wait but she was working by herself but it was worth the wait. We didn't know her name but she was from Ukraine. Very friendly and greeted us with a smile. We will definitely make a stop there again when we pass through North Battleford.

Thank you for the awesome service and excellent food. Yesterday ordered 3 large pizzas and a 12 inch pizza sub. We had you bake them. Excellent customer service too.

Older, tired & dated building in need of a makeover. Parking isn't great - there are spots, but the lot isn't laid out well. Inside the restaurant was shades of dark brown, somewhat unappealing. Men's washroom smelled ok, however corners, walls and ceiling needed serious cleaning to remove water marks from spills, etc. Women's washroom was much cleaner according to my spouse. Serving staff were polite but not helpful or attentive. We only saw them 4 times - to take order, drop off drinks then food, finally to pay the bill. Minimal conversation and no checking in to ask how the food was, if we needed drink refills, etc. The menu was quite good - lots of selection. We both ordered from the Vietnamese section. Both meals were fantastic, very tasty, lots of food.

Food was very good, but service wasn’t the greatest. Had to keep asking for refills even though half the time the waitress was hard to find, my whole table sat through our meal with empty drinks. Didn’t ask how the food was or if my partner wanted more (it was all you can eat shrimp & fish.) And when he did get more it came after the rest of us had finished our meals. Bathroom did not have a changing table for my baby, I had to go out to my vehicle just to change her. And the waitress placed us under a vent so our food got cold fast. It’s unfortunate as the food was good but the rest of the experience takes away from that.

Been there many times for meals and karaoke. But the bar tender that works at night very rude . One night got there before 10 Friday night . I needed to get something to eat now because sugar was low . Bartender no help pushy . So I tryed telling him I need something sweet . . He didn’t care . So walked to a&w just to get a burger and yes I know I should have not bring food from other places in but I went right outside on the balcony and he came being a dick . After being there supporting them . For many years . I may not come back because bartender was a dick that night . I could see why they not very busy n weekends .

I was visiting family in North Battleford last night and we stopped here for dinner. It was a very nice experience. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and well lit. The menu has lots of options and our server was professional and polite. I had a starter chicken noodle soup along with meal A, which consisted of chow mein, fried rice, chicken balls and boneless dry ribs. Everything was delicious and I was left satisfied and full! I will definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

This is the only place that makes good dry ribs! Perfect size and perfectly battered and cooked. My kids say Keshia makes the best chicken nuggets and fries in the whole world. We also love the Singapore noodles, wonton soup, and deep fried wontons! We’ve never had a bad experience here whether eating in or taking out. The service is friendly and excellent.

Best ginger beef ever! I drive from edmonton and stop in to have this. I love it because it's not sweet like traditional ginger beef. You can taste the ginger and has this great sauce.

We Drove all the way from Saskatoon to have my birthday lunch at Fuji Sushi. A+ service from start to finish and the food just melts in your mouth. For a birthday treat, they offered us deep fried ice cream which we couldn't turn down even though I already was concerned about popping the elastic on the waistband of my pants trying to get up after eating all the yummies. I think we will always spend our birthday's here from now on. Well worth the drive and the calories. Thank you for having us yesterday

Consistently the best burger! I've yet to have a burger here I haven't enjoyed. The menu has good variety, from classic to more adventurous and there is a new burger feature every month. Portions are veryyy generous. Overall, the best place in the Battlefords for a quality burger.

First time trying the food here ! And WOW! Best burger in town. Highly recommend. Had the Gouda burger with onion rings . And spicy pickle burger . If you haven’t tired this place you must !!! Will be back for more massive burgers !!! Great service very friendly! Do not pass the place up !

We came for lunch and tried the daily special- mini PB &J and the spicy pickle burger. We had choice of fries or rings! Beef was excellent. Burgers were creative and delicious! The monthly burger is an R&B burger for July. Sounds delicious. Highly recommend
