Oh my GOD!! This place took me to flavour town! My mouth orgasm’d. The food was incredible, homemade and the ma and pa service/culture was amazing. My husband and I will be back once a week on our stay here in Nipawin. 11/10 would recommend and the service and the prices were genuinely too low for how amazing the food was. Price point = 11/10

Absolutely amazing! Even though it's a Chinese resturant, they cooked my steak perfectly, and the egg rolls were to die for. Highly recommend to anyone who stops through Nipawin. It's truly a hidden gem

Worst take out I've ever had. I don't understand the good reviews for the food here. I spent 80$ on take out. ALL the noodles were slimy. Luke warm centers and hot out sides for some of the dishes. Sweet and sour sauce was grey ish pink and tasted like starch and flower. Almond gi ding was made with not fully thawed frozen mixed veggies. I'm a large guy who loves food and was unable to finish my plate. It was so awful.

Service was good, food was amazing! Great BBQ! Chicken fried smoked ribs are a wonderful thing and the pulled pork was terrific. What a gem of a place, it's worth the drive.

We just had our Christmas Party here! Private event we rented out the whole restaurant for the night and it was fabulous. The staff made sure no one went thirsty and the custom menu that Faron did up was exceptional! Highly recommend the restaurant for anyone and everyone! One if a kind place with great food, great craft beer on tap and cozy atmosphere! Wish there was higher than a 5 star ⭐!

I was looking for noodles with shrimp, paid it out $21.07 and I got something else not what i want. Then I asked the cashier to change it, but I got informed that it can't be. So I felt so bad and I gave it to one of the customers and left. I will not come back again.

We had lunch buffet amazing food. Lots of choices, eat all you want. For under $20.

When their Spot Food Truck came by Tobin Lake Resort on Canada Day, I tried their Spot Burger and it was so Delicious that I went by their Restaurant at the Evergreen Center to have another and when I found their Food Truck at the Nipawin Exhibition, got a 3rd Spot Burger. When I went by the Restaurant, I found their Atmosphere & Furniture to be 1970s style of Furnishings. Service was fairly prompt and I found their Spot Burger at it's usual Delicious Taste. I just wish they could have Onion Rings to go with the Burger instead of French Fries.

Honestly one of the worst meals we’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. Will not go back. The lady that seated us was bordering hostile and extremely unpleasant, waitress was friendlier but there was only two girls working out front so mostly just got ignored after we ordered. The $40 steak was salty beyond belief, broccoli was old to the point of almost being bad, “loaded” potato was nothing but cheese in a cold potato. The ginger beef was so bad. The rice pilaf was a white rice mush, bok choy and veggies again looked and tasted like they were spoiled, and the beef was mostly tasteless. Not to mention how dirty the kitchen looked from the quick glance I got. I’ve worked in my fair share of kitchens and for the price level of The Spot I would expect it to at least be clean. I feel awful leaving this review but that’s honestly how bad it was

BEST steak sandwich I have ever had. Served with soup and fresh asparagus. For under $25 I was blown away. Also ordered the take out steak pizza. Very good, and only $20. Wish these guys were in my town, I would live in the restaurant!

Ate here for our 30th anniversary dinner and the food and service was great, would give a 5 star but the only negative was a very hot day out and the air conditioning was below average for temperature that day, kinda made you want to eat and run. But that's maybe nitpicky, yes but just being honest. My guess may be a lot of seniors don't like it "too cold" and there were a lot that evening. Would definitely recommend!!!

Junk ordered food with a friend his showed up they forgot to order mine he was done eating by the time mine showed up. Forgot the garlic toast steak was not even close to 10z ribeye which I had ordered. I do not recommend going here.

Two weeks ago my wife bought a chicken wrap through the drive thru window. After taking a bite she noticed mould on the wrap, so we returned it and got our money back. Today was the first time we got food from Nipawin DQ since then. We bought two chicken strip baskets through the drive thru window. Ate the fries on the way home, nice and hot and fresh. At home we took out the chicken strips. They were barely warm and looked wierd, dry and old. I tried eating mine but they were so dried out(maybe from sitting out at DQ?, I could only eat one and used up all my dip just to choke it down. Then my wife asked, " does.my order of strips taste good to you?". Nope something was really wrong with hers, they tasted gross I had to spit it out, as she also had too. We gave them to the dog. On second thought we should have taken pics or returned them, but not eating here for a long time. Will still get ice cream. This is first problems we have had here but all within a two week span. Gonna eat at McDonald's instead. Update: I'm back and their Sundays are really small. And back again I think their peanut butter parfaits got smaller too while costing more

Reopened after many months of being Closed. Found their Buffet to have more of a selection than Sunrise Cafe but I agree that it has a Calm & Soothing Atmosphere with better Decoration. The quality of Food was about the same as Sunrise Cafe imo. Service was a bit slow. Served Yaki Fried Udon as Chow Mein but Welcome Cafe also sold Chow Mein with Udon Noodles so I guess there must be a Supply Shortage of proper Chow Mein Noodles. Has a Fried Shrimp with Chips in a similar concept as Fish & Chips that I had never seen done before on an Oriental Buffet. I tried it and found that it worked very well.

Excellent service even before we arrived, during the reservation call and then they called us ahead to let us know there was construction outside their farm. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. The food was outstanding and it was so good to see local, northern foods cooked to perfection. Loved that they make spruce tip ice cream, and they were pleased to hear I make it as well. The building and grounds are clean and extremely well kept.

Absolutely excellent. Very cute location and vibe. Each and every dish we tried was perfectly made. The menu is specialized, and they have special nights with curated menus. I cannot say a single bad thing about this place. I'll definitely be coming back every time I'm in the area. The real question is: what is this place doing in the middle of nowhere?? (Sorry Nipawin)

I had been wanting to go to Mabel Hill for years and when I finally did, I was not disappointed. It was even better than I expected (and I expected it to be amazing). Incredible food and experience. Can’t wait to go back!

I had read of this Pizza Place but all of Advertisements I read did not specify whether it was a Full Fledged Eat In Restaurant or not. It is Not. Found that it is Takeaway Only. And I found that their Pizza was anything as good a Giuseppe's Frozen Rising Crust Pizza with Extra Tops and more Cheese added making that much better than the typical Frozen Pizza. Bought one of their Frozen Pizzas. So upon next PayDay, I will Celebrate by giving their Frozen Pizza a try.

Ordered 2 pizzas with no pineapple because my husband cant have pineapple and the guy taking the order was to busy gawking at me to fully listen to the order and one of are pizzas had pineapple on it.Call to tell them about it, and they didn't seem overly concerned and didn't even bother to rectify the mistake. So we ended up having to purchase a replacement because of their screw up. Wild bills was the only place we get pizza because it's the best in town but after this I think we will order elsewhere. Very disappointing.
