As soon as we walked in a group of 5 employees stood at the front talking and staring at us without saying a word to us for 5 minutes. Should of left then i would of save $90. Waitress extremely rude to my daughter. Also never once asked how the food was or if she could get us anything. We didn’t eat like 70% of our food. Had to ask for take out containers 3 times to pack it up. She was visibly not happy. Definitely didnt tip her she was terrible. She physically checked the receipt infront of us and audibly huffed and stomped off. Chips were dripping in grease and queso was awful I asked for things to be added to my wrap never got it. If staff is going to be that awful. Then the food should be better. I was born in ridge and have been coming to this restaurant for 30 years. I wont be wasting my money here again.

We recently had a wonderful dinner as a family of six at the Red Robin in British Columbia. From the moment we walked in, our server Julie made us feel welcome with her friendly smile. She was genuinely excited to help us navigate the menu and shared her personal favorites, which made it easy to decide. The food came out quickly, and she made sure our drinks were always topped up. Her timing was perfect—she checked in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed without interrupting our meal. What really made the evening special was her sense of humor. She joked about the cookies being broccoli to avoid our kids picking up on it. It lightened the mood and made our dining experience feel more like a fun night out than just a meal. we couldn’t help but appreciate how her attentiveness added to our enjoyment. We left feeling satisfied and happy, already discussing our next visit. If you’re looking for a family-friendly spot in MR, Red Robin is definitely worth it, especially with a server who knows how to make your night special as Julie did. We’ll be back soon!

You can’t go wrong at Red Robin! There’s something for everyone on the menu and bottomless fries and fountain drinks, yes please! We came to dinner (on a school night!) and had the most amazing server - JULIE you are are a gift and so wonderful to us from start to finish! She took the time to chat and share the features, dessert options and genuinely loves what she does! Give this woman a raise! Thank you for a great night and ask for Julie!

This White spot in Maple Ridge is unique with always kind personnel and variety of food on the menu. My recommendation is Chicken avocado salad bowl and Cheesesteak hash if you’re for a good breakfast, you won’t wait too long for your order…Plenty of parking for free. I highly suggest to visit this restaurant if you’re in this area

We went for dinner and Will was our server. He was excellent and checked to see if we needed anything else Will should get a Best server's award of the decade. It must be the manager 's training.The host was also polite and friendly. I met Inder(manager )when he came to our table to see if everything was alright.We live far from this restaurant but we'll try and go there most often Thanks you all for an excellent time we had

We were having supper at White Spot on Lougheed in Maple Ridge last week. The server was efficient and helpful. I had the chicken and broccoli casserole, it was delicious. Hot and savory.. yummy. My grandkids had the pirate pack meals and enjoyed their dinners immensely. My dad had the Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine, and not a speck of food was left on his plate. So, needless to say, we will be back for more delicious meals. Thanks, White Spot on Lougheed. A great time was had by all.

We enjoyed the attention and the food. The waiter was very polite and try to make us feel at home. Food was serve shortly after ordering with a good portion presentation and warm. Taste: I can just say, my son and wife love it! That should say enough. When finish we were offer desert but food took its toll with us. Finally, I highly recommended for your lunch or dinner meals.

My wife and I had an incredible experience at Socrates. The atmosphere was perfect—warm, inviting, and just the right mix of elegant and comfortable. The food was fantastic, with fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and beautifully plated dishes. Every bite was memorable, and both of our meals were absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations, adding a personal touch to the night. Socrates is a true gem where everything comes together—amazing food, great service, and a cozy ambiance. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

We had a family dinner at this restaurant. We ordered several different dishes. Overall, the food was delicious. The atmosphere is nice and not loud. Service is good. Unpleasant surprise at the end of the evening - they automatically add a 20% tip for a group of 6 or more. I have no problem with tipping, but in this case I feel like someone is just reaching into my wallet without asking. At the entrance to the restaurant we noticed a lot of people taking take out. We won't go there again.

We went here for our anniversary and had a great time! The waitress was very friendly, the food was super tasty and the atmosphere was perfect. Would recommend for a special night out.

Food was mouthwatering, packed full of flavour and authentic tasting in every bite, and so worth the visit. Full servings! Servers were personable and helped make the experience what it was. Authentic feel for atmosphere and decor. Had too long of a wait for our meals though - grateful we had a few appetizers to tie us over. Gave only 4 stars for the long wait, but otherwise deserves a 5 ⭐️Would still highly recommend!

Tried the 5 course tasting menu, everything was extreme tasty! Started off with a platter of appetizers (calamari and bruschettas), followed by a trio of pastas and a tangy balsamic vinaigrette salad that led to a surf n turf entree of grilled lamb, chicken, prawn with veggies and ending with a classic tiramisu with an an apricot purée twist ! Everything was very well seasoned and delicious! I’ve lived in maple ridge my whole life and for some reason I never thought to visit this restaurant lol. Now that I’ve moved to Burnaby, I’ll have to make an effort to visit here again the next time I venture back to MR The wait time between each dish was a bit long, our entire meal took 3 hrs so one star off for that. Also we told our server we wanted to take home our leftovers but he forgot to pack them up and we forgot to ask about it as we left, would’ve been nice as we had a bit leftover that we would’ve love to finish off the next day Overall, a great experience at a MR landmark!

Home restaurant was a great find while I was in Maple Ridge. What a great comfort food restaurant. I enjoyed the homestyle food and fresh ingredients. I even enjoyed a slice of their promoted home made pies that are on display as I entered. Recommended

I had lunch here with my cousin and We shared a club sandwich, chicken strips and a poutine. It was delicious. Our server Nikki was amazing with her radiating smile. she really made our experience here outstanding! If or when i come back i hope she is my server again because i was so impressed at how well she did your job! Thank you for the great experience.

This place has me fascinated; it's the perfect stop if you're going to Cultus Lake. Even if you're not going there, it's worth traveling across Canada to try the pies—they're scrumptious! The food is amazing. The atmosphere is very Canadian, making me feel like a tourist, lol. The service is excellent with very friendly people. The ingredients in the food feel very fresh, which makes it special.

This is a sweet local spot! I came for a latte and was back the next day with my two brothers. Sue was very kind and welcoming. The lattes aren't competition style, but they are humble and strong and delicious. They use local milk and cream in their drinks from a nearby dairy which I think is very cool. I haven't tried any of the food items yet, but I look forward to doing so. The place has a friendly rural vibe, and several of the staff have charming English accents.

A great breakfast to start the day. Lots of patio space, dogs are welcome with water bowls provided. Wide variety of breakfast items including vegan options too. Service was fantastic too, very attentive. We had the waffles, breakfast poutine and a classic breakfast. All were good.

Roots Revival Bowl. Look at this salad bowl. It tasted as beautiful as it looked. Like a symphony of flavours and textures. It was an absolute delight. Beet Root Hummus is out of this world delicious. The added freshly picked chive flowers were a wonderful touch. Absolutely stunning! The service was spectacular. They were all so helpful and friendly.

I had a good experience at Sammy J’s in Maple Ridge. The food was delicious, and the customer service was friendly and attentive, which made the visit enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the drinks. Out of the three different drinks we ordered, all of them were either watered down or lacked flavor. I hope they improve the consistency and taste of their beverages, as this was the only aspect that missed the mark for me. Overall, a great spot for food, but the drinks could use some work.

I had the Canadian burger, which was good but didn’t stand out as exceptional. The fries were actually the highlight of the meal for me. I also tried the chicken wings, which seemed a bit small and were served in a bowl that made the portion look less impressive. The honey garlic wings were somewhat dry, but the Cajun flavor was fantastic. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

Me and my wife had good time there, it was sunny afternoon and happy hour. We had chicken wings half with sriracha lime and half salt and pepper but I would say the wings quality was amazing. Lindsay served us, she is very charming and good server. We had Guinness beer, good vibes, nice ambience. Will visit again.

I ordered their Raspberry Lemon Cheesecake and it was really disappointing. It was sour, unappetizing and not sweet. I was looking forward to it. Would not order again. Pasta was decent.

The King Caesar Review is here! I am here to rate all the Caesar salads world wide … starting at my home in Vancouver. These rating will be heavily based on the Caesar salad it’s self, and not the other food I ordered. I have been eating Caesar salad’s for the past 20 years and thought it’s about time I get serious about these leafy greens covered in cream sauce. I hope your as excited as I am. Paliotti’s in Maple Ridge- only one other Italian restaurant to choose from Dressing: creamy base, with a nice lemon coating, heavy garlic (yum), fresh ground pepper and anchovies. Can’t believe I’m saying this but maybe too much sauce. Definitely tastes homemade though. Lettuce: romaine, cold and crisp, however cut too large Croutons: out of a package Cheese: questionable? Powdered parm on top but within the dressing a thicker heavier tasting cheese I couldn’t figure out. Bacon: none- which is honestly how I prefer my Caesar’s. Bacon seems to over power the sauce and texture (to me) I went to this restaurant after 8 years of my mom passing away with my girlfriend. My mom always ordered penne alla vodka. I was searching all over Maple Ridge and could not find it on the menu. This place seemed the most authentic and warm. We obviously has to order the Caesar salad, but I asked if they could do an alla vodka sauce but on my favourite… Gnocchi! Soooo tender, sauce missing pancetta but still very good and grateful I got to eat in my moms honour Overall, very authentic, great service and food came quick. There is a creepy table that you can’t site at with the Mona Lisa looking over you but that’s guna stop us from coming back.

It gets the fifth star by me strictly on locale. I mean. Come on, I'm on a vacation in Mexico at an all inclusive resort and my favorite restaurant is there Italian place. Like everywhere else here the food is fresh and top notch. Just an amazing experience

My wife and I love Thai foods but is hard to find a good one. We discovered this restaurant by accident and are so glad we did dine there. It was an hour before closing on Sunday evening. The lady who served us could not be more helpful. The quality of food was excellent, ingredients were screaming freshness. Contrary to most south Asian foods that come very sweet or oily, couple of dishes we had were just right on both. We definitely will go again. The portions were large, the best option is to go with few family members or friends and get different dishes to share.

Price was ok Atmosphere was good and nice setting Good services too Food is average ….it’s so difficult to find good Thai food in Greater Vancouver area - The curry was too watery and meat were cut too big - The Pineapple fried rice was mostly plain rice with tomato sauce; didn’t really see much pineapple nor meat - Skewers were good and interesting how they serve sticky rice with skewers - Most of the dishes serve with a bowl of rice - Taste overall was ok but the way the food was chopped in bigger chunk not delicate as expected

I'll be honest : the staff are nice, but the food is nothing fancy. It can be a bit crowded and noisy, but overall, the atmosphere is okay. Recommended if you're looking for a nearby Thai restaurant.

We go to Maple Ridge Keg about once every 2 or 3 months. The food has continued to be consistently good. We almost always sit at the bar as we can walk right in at just about anytime and get seats right away. From the Baked garlic shrimp and the wedge salad to the 12 ounce sirloin, it was all fantastic and we were stuffed. They even gave us a free birthday Billy Miner pie to go with a candle. Courtney was our server working behind the bar. She gave us absolutely flawless service. I am a Maple Ridge Keg alumni so I can certainly appreciate great service paired with great food. Now the Keg ain't cheap, with the 20% tip it was $242.00. I don't mind as we enjoy our meals there. Keep up the great job Courtney and Maple Ridge Keg.

We had a wonderful night! Zoe was an attentive and accommodating server, and both her and the kitchen were very mindful of my partners shellfish allergy. They also managed to get me the rarest piece of prime rib possible, which was fabulous! We appreciated it, and will be back!

I love this Keg it's casual dining 3 steaks are always done right, and food tastes amazing. I had half Lob and steak it was very good meal. Great waiter named Declan, who helped us celebrate our 22nd anniversary dinner! Thanks for a memorable night, Keg!

Best Brunch menu i’ve seen in a minute. Ordered The Lumberjack and it was a little heavy and rich but if you’re really hungry you’ll be happy you went for it. Good prices too and the staff were awesome. Surprised I never wandered into the Maple Ridge location before but i’m glad I changed that! Cheers :)

First time @ Brown's on a monday for lunch. Loved it!! Prices were high but food was good. Service was outstanding. Our server was super attentive and friendly - which actually added alot to the overall experience. We would go back

I know that delivery can suck. I’m aware. But for a place like this, I’m quite shocked that a $28 bowl could be worse than a $12 meal from McDonald’s. Sure the veggies were okay, flavour not bad.. but all that goes down the drain when the star of the dish (chicken) is completely cooked to death. Can officially say that I won’t be ordering from them again. Ever. If I ever happen to go there again, it won’t be for me, it would be an unfortunate invite. All the food is kinda meh to me. Never was really into them till I tried the dragon bowl. Loved it. After shrink-flation hit, I stopped ordering it because the size difference was shocking. Do not recommend delivery. Save your money. Go in there and order so you can at least get your money back or order something else.

Food was great!! We had the salmon benny (3.5/5) and the pulled pork hash (5/5) for brunch! The bistro was clean and has nice decor. Our service was a bit slow when we dine in but staff members were very friendly. I would definitely go back

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! As someone who needs gluten-free options, I was thrilled to see so many choices on the menu. The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The only hiccup was the choppy radio, but when we asked if they could turn it off, they were incredibly kind and took care of it right away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly spot with excellent service!

OMG, I love this cafe. I visited this place with my partner in evening. Everything was so good. I love the ambience, food and drinks. Recommend to set outside in evening, sunset looks amazing. If you’re nonalcoholic and vegetarian you should try Blended cocktails peach flavour and Mediterranean falafel burger both are amazing. For alcoholic beverage we tried Corona bomb and original Bellini bomb and chicken wings. It taste so good. If you visit this place must try Corona bomb, chicken wings and their burger, they taste amazing.

This was our first time dining at kingfishers, and likely our last. The wait time for food is definitely longer than it should be, perhaps they’re short staffed on bussers and kitchen staff. The chowder is very underwhelming and bland. The wings were decent. The oysters arrived not on ice but in a pool of water. They were replaced but as another diner review stated, they seemed slimy? I wouldn’t recommend getting oysters here. The burger tasted sort of good but it is thick and on the dry side. The fish and chips seemed to be the only dish that was enjoyed with no complaints. The service was really friendly and accommodating, I feel for the servers as the kitchen is clearly struggling to provide quality dishes.

For a long time this restaurant was maligned and we did not go. Then we heard new management and went back and it was good. We decided to go back for a non transition time. The potato pave was spectacular and oysters were delicious. the chicken wings were overly salty and the chicken tenders were slightly dry but the salad was good. Service was excellent and the view is always good. The frozen mule was award winning and the margarita was kick arse. Beers and wine are solid and parking is ample. We will be back.

Recently visited Ricky’s Country Restaurant and had a pleasant experience overall. The service was fantastic—our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was also a highlight, offering a cozy and welcoming environment that made for an enjoyable dining experience. However, I must mention that the food was a bit of a letdown. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and few other things but unfortunately, the sandwich was quite bland and lacking in flavor. Despite this, other aspects of the meal were satisfactory. In summary, Ricky’s is a great spot for a relaxed meal with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. While the chicken sandwich didn’t impress, I’m looking forward to trying other items on the menu on my next visit.

Can’t believe we hadn’t tried this great little small business before now. The menu is exactly the right size for each item to get the attention it deserves, and focuses on traditional diner dishes like breakfast and burgers. The tomato basil soup is great, and even better paired with the incredible Parmesan crusted 4 cheese grilled cheese! Omelettes are perfectly cooked, with hash browns fancied up with onion and peppers. Love the sourdough bread! Our server Miranda was an absolute delight.

Rating: ★★★☆ The special rate for brunch menu was very traditional and simple: sausages, bacon, eggs, toast, and coffee. However, the price was incredibly affordable. If you’re not picky about the variety, this place is a decent choice for something budget-friendly. That said, for such a simple breakfast, you could probably save more by just making it at home, especially if you’re not after the “dining-out” atmosphere. As for Town Hall, their quality isn’t what it used to be. That said, their Thursday Karaoke Night and 50¢ Wings special are quite tempting. I might give it another shot—it’s hard to pass up deals like that. Overall, nothing too impressive, but the price and vibe are reasonable.

We came for Sunday brunch as it’s one of the only places that allows minors! The breakfast special was $6! You can’t go wrong. The service was great and overall a great way to start our Sunday. Back at the Townhall for the long weekend and a tip - don’t come at opening! It’s a bit chaotic getting everyone seated and naturally service was slower, people seated much later getting food and drinks before us Not a deal breaker but now we know and we will be back … just not at 10am!

Fantastic deal for brunch in a warm, welcoming space. There's plenty of room for groups, and there are a number of tables of you're hoping to catch up with a friend or host a business meeting. When you arrive, head upstairs to the dining room. There's an elevator and washrooms available by the bar. Reservations are a good idea, but not required. With our reservation for 2, we were seated by a cozy fire. Perfect start to brunch. The house special for brunch is $5.99 for 2 free run eggs, 2 pieces of bacon or sausage, toast and Yukon gold home fries. Options for toast today were white, brown or sourdough. The food was fresh, hot and not greasy. It was seasoned well, and I didn't feel exhausted or heavy after the meal. We also ordered Caesars ($5) and there were Mimosas available ($4). On another visit, we ordered the Stack-O-Donuts ($12) and they were delicious. Hot and tender mini donuts covered in cinnamon sugar. They're perfect for sharing.
