Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in Las Vegas – 2024

My incredible girlfriends surprised me with a dinner reservation for four during my visit, and I couldn’t have been more impressed! Check-in was smooth, and we were promptly escorted to our table. The real highlight? We scored a spot by the window, and let me tell you—the view was absolutely breathtaking. From the hostess to the elevator attendant, the floor manager, and our server, every staff member was welcoming and attentive. As soon as we were settled, fresh bread arrived at the table, setting the tone for a fantastic evening. We kicked off the celebration with a bottle of wine expertly recommended by the manager (I wish I could remember his name!). The service was flawless—no complaints at all. The seafood we ordered was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor, and the steak was cooked to perfection, though I would’ve loved just a touch more seasoning. To wrap up the night, we indulged in another bottle of wine and treated ourselves to four different desserts. The warm butter cake was hands-down my favorite—absolutely divine. You want to make sure you make a reservation ahead of schedule. This is a place you need to make sure you make plans prior to arriving if you are on vacation. You do need to follow a dress code. The food was very good and honestly we felt sides were not needed, although their sides were tasty. After dinner we were able to enjoy the observation deck which had phenomenal views of the strip. Their was a gift shop, food, and drinks at the observation deck. It was definitely a very nice experience.

Amazing view to see Vegas at night. Our server, Sheila, was super nice and attentive. We did not feel rushed even though we were the last reservation of the night. Highly recommend taking the dinner and show package.

Solid 3 course lunch specials. Delicious lobster bisque and branzino. The Caesar salad was a little on the bitter side and felt it needed a slightly heavier coating of dressing. They provided a good selection of bread. Enjoyed the dessert, though I was too stuffed to finish it.

The Palm steakhouse Las Vegas isn’t just a beautiful restaurant in the Caesars Palace Forum Shops… their food is delicious but it’s the Staff that makes it phenomenal. Traveling the world and staying at the finest properties and dining at the highest rated restaurants, we’ve never met an amazing person/server like Vin P. Not just nice but super nice, not just kind but super kind… approaches us with a smile and welcoming friendly personality. My wife said it best, he’s the real deal, he’s not pretending to be nice, he’s the living essence nice. He has a quiet confidence like a Pro with friendliness that comes from the heart. He made an amazing dinner with my wife even better and I’ve never said that before. Vin made my wife’s birthday dinner very Special for her and I won’t forget that. Thanks Vin we’ll be back because of you :).

My family and I ate here for my daughter’s birthday dinner. Table of 7. We were promptly seated upon arrival and immediately attended to. The service throughout the entire meal was top notch. I mean, seriously impressive. We never had to ask for a thing, all the wait staff was solicitous, friendly and approachable. They gave the impression they really cared about our well being and wanted us to have a stellar experience at their establishment. My daughter ordered the lobster which they deshelled for her table side. It was huge and she ended up sharing with other family to finish it all. I ordered the sea bass and it was phenomenal. Flavourful in every bite. I couldn’t finish it all so the remainder was my lunch the next day and it was almost as good as fresh. Still very tasty. My husband ordered the wagyu lasagna and while it was good, it didn’t quite live up to his expectation so he wouldn’t order that again. Other family members all loved their food. I would happily go here again. I had middling expectations of it before hand, but the great food and phenomenal service really knocked it out of the park.

I ended up coming here last minute, and surprisingly was able to get a table. I realized quickly that this was a place that normally people have reservations for - so I felt lucky to have gotten a table. All of the food was so good and creative. I ate at a lot of the celebrity “fancy” restaurants while in Vegas, and this easily topped all of them. It’s expensive but oh my goodness, so worth it.

This place was small, but powerful and off the strip. It was our first time we ever came out here and didn’t have all of our meals on the strip, we are so happy we found it. We started with the tomato, lobster salad, onto the iberico pork and the eye of rib and sorbet for dessert. Definitely was very tasty and very inspiring for the chef creations. Next time we will go back to sit at the chef‘s table and have wine. We didn’t have a couple hours to spend this time otherwise we would’ve done it. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Great Food, But Very Disappointing Service We dined at Sparrow + Wolf for a special occasion, celebrating three birthdays, but unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. Here are some key issues we experienced: • Oyster Mix-Up: Oysters were mistakenly brought to our table and left there briefly before being taken to the correct table. As a rule of thumb, once food has touched a table, it shouldn’t be served to other guests. • Dishes Left Uncleared: Our plates from previous courses were never cleared, leaving remnants of each dish on the table and plates. This affected the experience, as each new dish tasted like the previous one due to the clutter of leftovers. • Missed Celebrations: Despite noting three birthdays in our reservation, our server never once acknowledged the occasion, which felt impersonal (the host also didn’t mention it). After taking our order, the service became very transactional, and our server didn’t return to check in on us. • Lack of Attention: Our server failed to ask if we wanted another drink, despite us being ready to order more. We had to flag her down, only for her to respond casually, as if we hadn’t been waiting. • Messy Table: With each new dish, the table became progressively messy, and no effort was made to clean or tidy up during our meal. We had to ask the busser to clear our plates and clean the table before the entrées arrived, and to provide us with new knives. While the food was fantastic, the service really left something to be desired. Our server never introduced herself, which is why I couldn’t recall her name, and we didn’t feel the personal touch or attention to detail that would make the experience memorable. The restaurant also seemed a bit chaotic, with staff running into each other and crammed behind the computer screen station, trying to figure things out in the dining area. Perhaps relocating that station would reduce the appearance of chaos and even free up space for additional seating.

Service and atmosphere are 10 stars! The food and drinks were fantastic. Blue cheese stuffed Olives Dirty Martini-10, Salad had thinly sliced apples and cheese(can't remember the name) -10, Polipo(Octopus appetizer)-10, Veal Parmigiana-8. My opinion needed a little more seasoning in the sauce,gnochetti-10, Key Lime, and Raspberry Sorbet-10. It was a great meal experience.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Sinatra, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to our every need with warmth and professionalism. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was nothing short of fantastic, the drinks were equally impressive, and the ambiance of the restaurant was superb. Sinatra is a true gem. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner, a special celebration, or just a memorable meal, this place delivers on all fronts. I highly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.

Service was absolutely impeccable. Atmosphere was elegant. Food was amazing! I ordered the braised veal which was divine. The table had the sea bass, halibut, veal, octopus, caprese salad, and shrimp. The finishing touch was our waiter surprising us with 3 birthday desserts celebrating 3 of our birthdays! The cocktails were so good too! We definitely recommend this place!

I have to say this is the top of breakfast. I’ve had in 10 years. From the moment I walked through the door sat down to the counter. Service is exceptional, super genuine and friendly. I was actually able to speak with the chef through the window great guy. The manager stopped at my seat to ask how things were. He’s definitely Old School great service, genuine person which emulates into his staff in the atmosphere. Thank you, Jason and your team. I will be back.

Cool place to get to, especially if it is your first time. This place gets really busy, so be prepared for a wait of at least an hour or possibly more. There's a lounge if you want to have a drink or two before food. The food was amazing. The service was great. We had Gabby serve us ( I hope I got the name right)

If you want to have a real best Vegas breakfast experience you need to come here, the service is great, decor is spellbound, the venue clean and comfortable, portions of egg omelette comes with hash browns are delicious and sizes are massive and tasty, I’d say mammoth buttermilk pancakes are step above all. Iconic spot in vegas strip.

Superb location and vibes! I chose this restaurant because 13k reviews on google. I think the foods are fine not that tasty, my steak was tough and my friend’s salmon was just okay, the dessert was the best dish for us. Location is the best, we can see beautiful hotels and buildings and people walk by, see the sunset. The service was amazing, we have 2 gentleman took care of us all the dining time especially Eddy❤️ , he smiled every times walked pass us. For overall, I will go back.

I recently visited Mon Ami Gabi in Las Vegas for the second time, and it was just as amazing as I remembered! We started with the warmed baguette, which was fresh and delicious. The French onion soup was rich and comforting, topped with gooey cheese and sweet onions. The deviled eggs were a tasty appetizer, creamy and flavorful. I also tried the baked goat cheese soup, which was unique and so good—definitely a must-try! For my main dish, I had the Steak Classique, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Le Cubano,sandwich, packed with tender pork, ham, and melted cheese. It was satisfying and full of flavor. To drink, I enjoyed a mimosa with peach, mango, and raspberry. It was refreshing and the perfect pairing for our meal. The service was fantastic! Our server was quick,friendly,and really knowledgeable about the menu, offering great suggestions. Mon Ami Gabi never disappoints with its delicious food and excellent service.

The reviews are true! Everyone in my party loved this place! We went during lunch and were able to siton the patio, where we sat didn’t have a lot of shade but they made up for it with how good the service and food was! I had the 3 course lunch meal which is only $35! Added on an IPA for 10. And the desserts are so good! Would definitely recommend and will stop by the next time I’m in Vegas!

I've lived in Las Vegas most of my life and had never been to Maggiano's. Now I can't wait to go back! The views are stunning, atmosphere is just wonderful and the food....good heavens... amazing! Chicken Francese was so good. Of course, the Spaghetti and Meatballs were off the charts. Ask for Carina as your server. She was wonderful. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.

A Race Against Time If you're in the mood for a dining experience that feels like a sprint, this is the place for you! The food here is genuinely delicious, and the service is efficient—perhaps a bit too efficient. We were looking forward to a relaxed evening with a couple of bottles of fine wine, but instead, we found ourselves in a race against the clock. The staff were polite and attentive, but there was a noticeable focus on speed over quality. It's almost ironic how such a great meal can be overshadowed by the rush to finish it. We couldn't help but feel that the potential for a truly memorable evening was lost in the haste. If you enjoy good food served quickly, this restaurant will not disappoint. However, if you're looking for a place to savor your meal and enjoy a leisurely dining experience, you might want to look elsewhere.

Typical Maggiano chain....located in Fashion Show Mall on the strip. Experience and food was good. I was surprised to learn they don't serve a lunch or brunch menu on Saturdays (at 1230), but display lunch menu while you are waiting. They serve dinner (and dinner prices all weekend). Since it's on the LV Strip, not surprised though. Just disappointed as always liked their brunch and lower non dinner prices. It was easy getting a last min reservation on Sat for lunch (did it online). Service was fine (no issues, but not impressed). Food was hot and tasty. The kids menu was a good deal (nice serving size). We had a side salad, kids chicken (breaded) and chicken parmigiana.

Esther’s kitchen always has good food. Since their dishes are seasonal you have to enjoy certain items while you can. This time I tried the mussels and the tuna which were both tasty. The Caesar salad was good and salty just how I like it. I enjoyed the branzino as well but not the cauliflower concoction underneath. I just didn’t like how the host brushed off our request to change tables. It was 10pm when we got there and wasn’t busy so not sure why she didn’t help us. Luckily our server assisted and we were able to get a bigger table. I wish I remembered his name.

After exploring a mix of fancy casino restaurants and plenty of amazing, budget-friendly eats in Las Vegas, we decided to try Tacotarian, a vegan taco spot. But on our way there, something caught our eye: the bustling scene at Esther’s Kitchen, a place we’d heard great things about. Even though we were already pretty stuffed, we couldn't resist the lively atmosphere and decided to see what all the buzz was about—and I’m so glad we did! The place was packed, with nearly every table occupied. Yet, despite the full house, the warmth and kindness of the staff stood out. The manager and servers were some of the sweetest, friendliest, and most attentive people we encountered on our entire U.S. trip. They went above and beyond, double-checking our food requests and making sure all allergy precautions were carefully followed. Their thoughtfulness made a great first impression. Then came the food. We started with the sourdough bread served with pecans, cheese, and butter—and let me tell you, it was pure heaven. The flavors were divine, and if that was any indication, I can only imagine how incredible their black garlic pasta and pizza must be. Although there was a small delay with the pizza order, we hardly minded, as the positive and vibrant atmosphere kept us happily entertained. Esther’s Kitchen is more than just a meal; it’s an experience filled with heartwarming service, thoughtful attention to detail, and an undeniable buzz that makes you want to linger a little longer. Can't wait to go back and explore more of their delicious menu!

I visited Las Vegas a few weeks ago for the 1st time in my life. I wanted to check out life outside of The Strip. Esther's Kitchen in the lively Arts District of LV is a gem. Probably top 3 hospitality experience during my trip out there. The energy in the restaurant is great! The bartender Dominick was a superstar a d made sure I was taken care of. The food was truly top notch! I regret not coming in with a bigger appetite. These dishes rival anything I have had in NYC or anywhere else. If you haven't get yourself to Esther's Kitchen ASAP. They fill up quick.
