Steaks are very good. I’ve tried the New York Strip and Ribeye and both are delicious. All food that I tried tastes great. Ok beer selection but not great. Draft is always well served. Service was good. Got the brownie for desert and it’s so sweet and good that you’ll feel guilty afterwards. Good idea to get extra ice cream for it. The size is bigger than in the pictures, it’s too much for 1 person.

I ordered an 8 on steak, but what came out looked a little more like 4-6 oz. I'm not sure if it is just my perception, but it seems a little small... cold beer, though, and nice customer service.

The place is very nice and very clean. Service was fantastic , our waiter was really friendly and very well informed. The food was fantastic.

Came here since this was within walking distance from our hotel. And let me tell you it did NOT disappoint!!! We were in Laredo 4 nights and we came here 2x!!! Big thanks to Carlos for taking care of us both times. I hope we took care of you too! He recommended a Spanish wine for us and that was spectacular! Along with all his recommendations! I’ll share photos of our meal. Delicious food and great outstanding service! When I come back to Laredo will def come here again and recommend others as well.

Tried the shrimp PO'Boy. The homemade pickles are amazing. I will come back, but probably would not order the same item. The fries were pretty good as well.

Absolutely fair question. So, I will share. After driving over 1000 miles to be back in Laredo, there were only two places I wanted to go to in Laredo or actually Texas. HEB and Scratch. I finally got to go eat my favorite breakfast, and the restaurant looked neglected and was a bit uncomfortably cool. Benedict Arnold was still on the menu with the same side. The place was pretty empty, but the service was painfully slow. We had three adults and three small children. The food came out at such different times half the party was done before I got my order and my wife's order was even later than that. We had ordered the same thing. Both orders had cold biscuits and cold potato croquettes. There was very little hollandaise, and the jalapeño flavor was completely absent. The place was a neglected shell of what it used to be, and it used to be where we would take visiting family or friends for brunch. The photo is from when it was good.

I ordered the “ When Pigs Fly” for pick up. I arrive home and see that 3 ingredients are missing- bacon marmalade, tomatoes, & lemon vinaigrette. I called asking if they could remake the sand-which and they said no, that I could go pick up a side of bacon marmalade- very disappointing.

I had a great time and a great meal experience here, highly recommend for a more elegant dinner. They are very open at brining in outside decor, even allowed me to bring the equivalent to a cake and they held it in the back for me during dinner. Our waiter was great, attentive and even gave us great recommendations. We truly enjoyed our steaks, i consider it one of my top meat experiences and even for the price i would say it is completely worth it. The atmosphere has a modern, simple and elegant feel, with perfect music background, nice warm lighting and good seating options. For any special occasion, or wanting a special higher-end dinner in Laredo, i would highly recommend.

San Telmo is by far the best fine dining experience in Laredo, TX. It is my family’s personal favorite. We have been loyal fans of San Telmo for 3 years now and they never disappoint us with their service and food quality. You will not be disappointed.

They never disappoint! Food is always exceptional! Great not just for really nice dinner but they have a fabulous lunch menu as well. Definitely a place to recommend!

Wow.. a must try when in Laredo. The El Pasco was tender and full of flavor! The pineapple gave a sweet sour flavor to the meal. By far one of the best Strawberry Margaritas that we have had!! The Chumoy Margarita was fantastic. Alejandra our waitress was top notch.

The food here is exceptional. The service is top notch. The waiters go above and beyond the client’s requests. They provide great recommendations from the menu. Everything served was fresh off the grill. The tortillas were handmade

I can't believe what happened with my recent order. I specifically ordered a chicken soup, the only soup on the menu that includes chicken, and instead, I received a tortilla soup. It's infuriating that I was charged for something I didn't order. The experience was made worse by the incredibly slow service. Despite the order being to-go, I had to wait an excessively long time. I called twice to inform them that I was waiting outside, yet I still had to wait for 20 minutes. This level of service is unacceptable. The worst part of all was when I got home and realized the soup was wrong. I immediately tried to call the restaurant, but after five attempts with no answer, I had no choice but to wait until tomorrow to see what excuse they will offer. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of attention to detail.

Palenque Grill is a must-try in Laredo! Authentic flavors, generous portions, and excellent service make this a top spot. Don't miss their delicious carne asada and the lively atmosphere is perfect for a fun night out.

I can only say amazing! The bartender, Javier was the best ever! The food was so flavorful. Everyone should try the Mango margarita. It's not super sweet and is a perfect blend of sweet and spicy to excite your taste buds!

I was in town for business and on the recommendation of a co-worker came for a late supper. The restaurant wasn't busy at the hour I visited but I am told that it is crowded for breakfast and lunch. The waitress was quick to bring the menus which included an all day brunch menu or a dinner menu. I opted for the dinner menu though there were a lot of tasty looking brunch options. Drinks were quick to follow and calamari was ordered as an appetizer and the chicken piccata was calling my name. We didn't wait long for the calamari which were huge rings fried well with a fantastic marinara dip accompanying. My work partner ordered tortilla soup which looked and smelled wonderful and which he enjoyed. I have had my share of chicken piccata. It's one of my favorite dishes. I have eaten it around the country and across several European countries in well established restaurants. The chicken piccata created here is the absolute best I have ever eaten. The sauce was perfectly thickened with just the right acid levels. Not too many capers. The chicken was moist on the inside and crisp on the outside. Served over house mashed potatoes with grilled asparagus. The serving size was perfect and I was perfectly satisfied with the amount. Let me reiterate. The chicken piccata here is better than I have ever had anywhere. The chef, who we met, is humble and talented. We presented us a tasting of a smoked brisket that he will be serving at another of his restaurants in town. The smoke ring was visible in the slice, the meat was absolutely tender and moist and the flavor explodes. I hope he also decides to offer it at this location too. $35 plus tax and tip for a deliciously cooked meal that I will remember. I will make the drive when I am close to Laredo to eat here again. Everything from service, food, ambiance - Magnolia Cafe & Grill has it. Try it. You'll be pleasantly surprised. I was.

I chose this restaurant for my husband's birthday brunch, and it was the perfect choice! The young male host, who has attended to us before, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. It was a family gathering with small children, and I really appreciated how thoughtful the restaurant was in accommodating them. They provided kids' menus, fun activities, and even curated seasonal menus and events that kept the little ones entertained. The staff was so friendly and accepting of the children, which made the experience even better. As for the food, it was absolutely spectacular! Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed their dishes. A wonderful experience all around — we'll definitely be back!

The food was very good except that the rice was not fully cooked. Got $5 off for that. Got 4 shrimp and gave two to my wife. I asked for the sauce and mushrooms and onions to be on the side. Very satisfied otherwise. The first thing I noticed was it was loud, and it got louder. Oh, the seating needs to get fixed. That is why I gave it two stars, the decore I always like and the waiter was very attentive and excellent

Delicious food. They have one of the best burgers we have ever had! Their salads are simply amazing too! If you visit during the lunch hour, the prices are very accessible.

The best Ribeye in town, their Mac and cheese is delicious, yummy appetizers and drinks.

Incredible experience! My boyfriend and I came from Aguilares for our anniversary and there is no place else I’d have rather spent it. We got a few cocktails, which were all delicious, as well as the short rib loaded sweet potato fries, the poblano chicken crepes, and the chicken tostados. The ambience was beautiful, the music was awesome, the service was unbeatable, and we left extremely satisfied! Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Been here twice already and it never failed me and my partner with our expectations. This is one of the best restaurants in Laredo. Also the prices are reasonable. The presentation is perfect. Everyone is friendly and gives outstanding customer service. For this 3 meals with 3 coke in glass we paid $63.

Very chic and can cater to both upscale and local patrons. The food is fresh and very pleasing to both the eyes and taste buds. Beautiful location and the service too is on point.

So I visited la finca for the first time and honestly I didn’t have any problems whatsoever.. the service was great, the food was delicious. The choriqueso was soo freaking good too. I didn’t expect our food to come out so fast! That was a plus! Their agua de pepino is sooooo good, omggg! Our waitress was so nice and attentive, I didn’t catch her name but she was on top of everything from the very beginning. Overall, a super great first experience.

I recently visited La Finca for breakfast, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, especially the salsa, which had just the right amount of kick for someone like me who loves spicy flavors. Our waitress, Ale, was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I highly recommend La Finca for anyone looking for a tasty breakfast with excellent service.

I like the atmosphere ✨ I especially love the music choices. Now for food… The chilaquiles were delicious! The only thing I was picky about were the eggs (but that’s just cus I’m a little bit weary with eggs hahah). The pancakes were yummy! It’s a very descent place to eat. Nothing super out of this world, but its’ nice environment and above average food make it worth while! I will be coming here to have brunch with my friends again ♥️ also service at the entrance is always kind

I was in the mood for some good old ham and eggs this morning. I found this place on Google maps and thought I'd give it a try. I ordered scrambled ham and eggs with hash browns and toast. The portions were very generous and everything tasted good. It came with a small bowl of warmed red salsa which was delicious on the eggs and on the hash browns. The reason I gave them four stars is because I had trouble communicating with some of the wait staff. I understand this is a border town, however I believe that if your business is in the United States, at least half of your wait staff should be able to understand and speak a little English. Will I go back? Of course I'll go back!!

Never order takeout from here and if you do make sure to check the plate before you go home. I ordered a Fajita plate that cost $17 then I get home and go my surprise there were only 3 small pieces of fajita. I call the place and they said the only thing they can do is I have to drive back so they can see the play and give me something else. I live 5 miles away and had hungry kids at home. I didn’t have the time to drive back so they can look at the plate. I hung up, never again. You are better off going to Taco Palenque or Danny’s for the fajita plate.

Love the food. This is actually one of the nicest restaurant in Laredo. Aside from the scrumptious food, excellent service and chill ambiance, the price is very reasonable and worth it. Must try and a good place to take your friends and family for a semiFormal meal. We ordered the burger and the appetizer with 2 sodas and paid $40++. My husband and I went back to this place. I just added new pictures on what we ordered. Fish tacos were okay, not my favorite. But it wasn’t bad. Then we ordered the Peruvian chicken, that was delicious and came with fries. And for the appetizer, we ordered the one with the goat cheese. That was my favorite!! A must try! We paid $73 including 2 drinks and a small side of fries.

Favorite dinner spot in Laredo. I'm halfway through the menu and everything l've had has been on point! The gentleman behind the bar not only knows his drinks but can easily advise someone who is unsure of their appetite. I hold a pretty high bar when it comes to dining out, and it’s not very often that I find a place like this that meets and exceeds my standards. Whoever is running this place knows exactly what they're doing and it's much appreciated. The ambiance gives you a fancy dining experience while still feeling like a relaxed social environment. The entire staff is impeccable. I can't wait for my next dish as I venture through the menu. Thanks again!

This is a must visit restaurant. They have a really good beer and drink selection, tasty appetizers and a good variety of entre's. The food tasted really fresh, and the service provided was great. The ambiance of the restaurant made everything even better.

Cosmos is famous for its night scene and shaking up hips and taste buds. Duck wings, fajita & pico de gallo pizza and cheesecake chimichangas sated my appetite. The wings do not come wet but with sauces on the side, and while that may jar one's expectations, I must say this new take on serving wings is refreshing and superior to what we’re all accustomed to. I had traditional buffalo and mango habanero. The wings are quite ample so alternating dips pleasantly harmonizes one’s tastebuds with contrasting indulgences. In layman’s terms, mix and match to your tongue's delight. On the Texas border, fajita is everything. Sunday skies are aerated with the aroma of carne asada while smoke stack brush strokes graze the horizon. Daniel Windle has blended American and Mexican culture perfectly with his fajita & pico de gallo pizzas. The zing of the pico de gallo and spice of the meat are right at home nestled in the bed of cheese and tomato sauce. America is no stranger to unorthodox pizza toppings. Goodbye pineapple and ham, hello “faja pizza” (for my non-regional readers faja is a border colloquialism for fajita). Got a sweet tooth? Look no further than their cheesecake infused chimichangas. This guilty pleasure rounds out the spectrum of flavor, complementing the savory entrees without the heaviness that comes with traditional offerings like cake. Over the years I've delighted in all of Cosmos’ offerings. The place lives up to its motto you “go home feeling great."

Excellent food, astonishing portions. The cucumber and avocado salad might be the best restaurant salad I've had. My friend ordered fried mushrooms, and got close to 30 of them. Those were really good, too.

I’m gonna keep this short, simple and straight to the point… I didn’t need a to-go plate because everything got punished at the table. EVERYTHING! Thank you Laredo for excellent service.

It was my first time coming here for my birthday. The food was so good. I had the country steak with queso sauce. The complementary croissants were amazing, best I've ever had. The queso and chips were delicious. Ashley, our server was very friendly. She made my birthday by giving me free croissants filled with strawberries and drizzled with chocolate. Thank you, Ashley!!!! I will definitely come back.

Had appetizers (Foundry Shrimp, Pork Belly burnt ends and Seared Ahi Tuna), they were delicious! Service was just right. Nice place to enjoy a great meal.

My husband and I have been to this restaurant several times before. we had always enjoyed the food and atmosphere and saved this place for date nights. Sadly, the experience seems to dwindle a little each time we go now. The appetizers are this restaurant's saving grace. I had the chicken fried ribeye, which was good, but nothing special. It came with mashed potatoes, which were flavorful. But then it had a side of refrigerator cold green beans. The server was a young and somewhat inexperienced waiter. His greeting was a little unprofessional, and he always seemed like he needed to do other things instead of attend us. Therefore, sadly, I don't think we'll be going back for quite some time.
