Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in Kirkland – 2024

The wait was quite long but it tasted like it took some time to prepare. The burger is huge! We took half of it home. The beef bacon was different, and not my favorite. Although it did feel like it might be healthier, it was definitely less greasy. But sometimes you just want that bacon taste. I will say that the fries were frozen fries that had been cooked and the onion rings too. But hey I’m a foodie and a fry connoisseur. . Overall we really enjoyed our lunch!

The wait can get quite long at this place. The burgers are enormous, almost the size of my face! While they taste good, they can be difficult to eat because of their size. It's best to eat them fresh since they don't taste as good later. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're able to finish such a big burger. For those with a smaller appetite, I suggest getting the smaller burger option instead.

One of the best restaurants to dine at in Montreal and it’s located on the West Island. Ample Parking. Our table was waiting for us when we arrived before 19h00. Staff provided menu’s that are available in English & French; filled our water glasses and did not “Hover” while we decided on a before dinner drink and the appetizers we wanted to start with. Although no nightly specials, which aren’t necessary; our waiter took the time to describe the various dishes we inquired about to help us with our selection. We started with the Fatouche Salad, Grilled Octopus & Grilled Cauliflower that were all wonderfully prepared & very tasty. We were so pre-occupied with our starters &!drinks we forgot about ordering our “Mains”! Our Waiter happily appeared while we were 1/2 way finished with the starters and our orders were placed. The Chicken Kebab Platters were ordered as well as the Beef (minced) Kebab Platter and a side order of their French Fries that are not to be overlooked. Tasty, Delicious and Exceptionally prepared is how you will enjoy these mains if you share. Bright, Airy with a “Vibrant” noise level from the other diners who were there. But the tables are not “on-top” of each other where at some establishments you literally “Rub Elbows” with the diners at the next table. Thanks to Ricky & His Staff who all helped make this evenings dining a really memorable experience @ all for the right reasons! Definitely on our list for many return visits.

Aya Lebanese Restaurant is an absolute gem in Montreal, especially for those seeking incredible vegetarian options. From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed by the ambiance and the staff, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the personal touch provided by the owner, Maurice. The vegetarian entrée options at Aya are simply amazing. Each dish is crafted with care, bursting with authentic flavors that transport you straight to Lebanon. We started with a variety of appetizers, and every bite was a delightful surprise of rich and fresh ingredients. Maurice went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. He personally ensured that our main courses were tailored to our preferences, creating the most delicious falafel I've ever tasted and a wonderfully flavorful okra rice dish. It was clear that he takes immense pride in his restaurant, and his passion for serving high-quality, authentic Lebanese food shone through in every detail. The combination of outstanding food, warm hospitality, and a cozy atmosphere makes Aya Lebanese Restaurant a must-visit. Whether you're a vegetarian or just love good food, I can't recommend this place enough. We'll definitely be returning to experience more of Maurice's culinary magic!

First of all, the restaurant is beautiful with a majestic stair case. The setting is almost like a wedding hall. The Mexican dishes though could be replaced by something more elegant to go with the decor. Our waiter was very friendly and did a fantastic job explaining the menu. Unfortunately, I made a bad choice. I chose the salmon which was supposed to be crispy and accompanied with marinated eggplant. The salmon came over a bed of tasteless rice topped with a confit of something mixed with nuts that tasted nothing like marinated eggplant, and nothing was crispy about this dish except for the crunchy confit that I really did not like. The dish could have been better with a few vegetables to accompany it. I have been to this restaurant many times and have never been disappointed with the meat but this time, it was a huge miss and I don’t think that I will be going back. Very expensive for what you get.

This place is amazing if you love Italian food. We went there to celebrate my husband's birthday, and everything was just perfect – the atmosphere, the friendly staff, the good vibes, and the delicious food. What's really impressive is that our food arrived super fast, in just 5 minutes, which is one of the quickest deliveries we've ever had. They even arranged a small birthday cake. We had a fantastic time overall, and we definitely recommend this place.

I recently ordered takeout from Grill Sélect and tried the Kabab Koobideh and Kabab Soltani. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the cashier was friendly, taking time to suggest side dishes. Even though I was only there briefly, I noticed how cozy and clean the restaurant was—a great first impression! As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. Grill Sélect truly brings authentic Persian flavors to the table. I can’t wait to try more from their menu! Highly recommended for quality Persian cuisine.

Second time ordering La Trattoria for catering! First time was a large order for our wedding and second time was a smaller order for an engagement party. Both instances were amazing, the team is very flexible as we changed our pick up times multiple times! Would definitely recommend for your next event, prices are great and the food is even better!

Everything was amazing, our waiter was great, his recommendation and knowledge was very helpful, the only thing was we had to wait a long time for our main course. But it was okay, Dessert was on the house, which was appreciated . Everyone is very friendly and pleasant. We would definitely go back.

Johnny, Julian and their team are amazing. Max is an incredibly personable waiter who gave us an amazing experience. My fiancee and I are having our wedding here and we did our tasting menu for our wedding. Every dish was delicious. From the fried calamari and grilled octopus as apps. Braised Lamb Shank and salmon avocado for mains. And finally the amazing Tiramisu for dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants an amazing meal from start to finish with stellar service. 15/10

The food was AMAZING. You can tell that the people in the kitchen are real pros who care about the quality of dishes they are sending out to the clients. Service was very attentive and everyone in the restaurant seemed to be having a good time. Atmosphere was 4/5 for us just because we are a younger couple dinning alone. It seems like a great place to go with a group.
