The burgers were amazing. Very tender and juicy! The onion rind were fresh and melted in our mouths. The cheese curds and tots were amazing as well. Everything was very good quality! I would definitely recommend this place!

Order through DoorDash a the kids meal was supposed to have a drink which was missing, the chicken tender were really small and not dipping sauce (this meal was $8) and I received just half of the meal for this price, also order onion rings with Wayback Gold sauce (never arrived). The bag with the food was supposed to be sealed and it wasn’t. I contacted DoorDash and they refunded the onion rings.

Very nice establishment. Fantastic customer service Food is always made to order making this one of the best burger joints in the area. Remember to tip your DoorDash or Uber eats driver. It takes a little bit of time to get out of disestablishment.

We left the establishment and took our business somewhere. I eat at Surcheros quite often in my hometown and usually have a good experience. Unfortunately, my visit to this location left me extremely disappointed. First, the restaurant was not clean. The serving area had food scattered everywhere, and the overall hygiene was lacking. The employee I encountered displayed uncaring and unprofessional behavior, engaging in unsanitary practices. I observed him using a metal utensil lid to tap off rice into the trash can, which is unacceptable for maintaining food safety standards. Additionally, the employee's appearance was not up to par. His pants were sagging to the point where we could see his underwear. This is simply unacceptable in a workplace setting. After reading other reviews, it is evident that this location suffers from a lack of management oversight and accountability. The consistent issues indicate that the management doesn't seem to care about maintaining basic standards. I hope they take these concerns seriously and work to improve cleanliness, employee conduct, and overall management.

What a place looks like they don’t know how to clean anything or give proper servings that you pay for and ask for it’s like the meat comes out of there paycheck asked for extra meat didn’t get any. chipotle it is from now on. Imagine paying for something that cost nothing to the employee idk maybe it’s difficult to lift the spoon one more time.

This was my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered a chicken burrito and a steak quesadilla. The steak quesadilla was so good I returned the following day and ordered it again. Two improvements I think that can make this a 5 star business: -better cleanliness of the staff & restaurant -customer service training Other than that, I enjoyed my visits!

We were in Hinesville to attend an event, after dropping in we needed someplace to have lunch. JJ‘s bar and Grill is in the hotel. While we weren’t thrilled with the hotel, JJ turned out to be a diamond in the rough. We ordered appetizers. Beverages appetizers were excellent adult beverages were served very cold and the best thing. The very best thing was the servicestaff was universally pleasant and great to deal with get past the initial look you will have a great time

Parking lot made us a little nervous. Only 4 cars (but was a Thursday at 1230-1pm). No regrets! So happy we went in! Walked in the door and smelled clean and the aroma of food was amazing. I had the Shrimp bowl (in their own bath of butter), onion rings and plantains. All was so good. If ever in the area again, I would come back.

This is one of my favorite venues in Hinesville, and has been consistently for years! It’s safe, relaxed, great staff, great service, great music, AWESOME FOOD especially the wings, drinks are on point as well !!! There’s Karaoke, live bands, pool tournaments, and just an all around great vibe!!! Shout out to Jose, the bartenders,and the best DJ ever!!! I occasionally go for lunch, after work , and I enjoy the fun Wednesday and Saturday nights as well.

It's always hit or miss here. If you go on the weekends or evenings, it's fine, but if you go mid day, you can only expect lunch leftovers with the food not being hot. The service is good. I've never had a bad experience here as far as customer service goes. They're pretty friendly folks. The prices have become steep over the years. For two people It's $40 give or take a few dollars on weekends and evenings. For that amount, one should expect the food to be served hot and fresh at all times.

We went at the perfect time. There weren't a lot of people. The food was delicious, a friendly staff and atmosphere.

Definitely love this place! We ordered food to take home. The food is warm, dilicious and the portion is really big. I especially like it because it contains a lot of different veggies. The owner and staff are also very friendly. I will visit this place again.

Wow! I’m so glad I decided to stop in and try this place. Super friendly and great customer service! Went with chicken pancit canton, seemed basic and not too adventurous. My meal was cooked to order and everything was fresh, you can taste the crispness in the veggies. Not overpoweringly hot but very flavorful and huge portions!! Easily will get two meals out of this and will definitely be back to try other things on the menu!!!

Ordered the Lechon Kawali and it was fantastic. This was my first time and I will be back again. Looks to be family run, very friendly and I am excited to try the other menu items. Definitely stop in to this place.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I enjoyed this whole experience. When I entered the establishment, the staff greeted me and took care of my order, which also didn’t take that long to come out! I had ordered the Peppered shrimp, jollof rice, and sweet fried plaintains dish and it was well seasoned, cooked, and overall it tasted fresh. If you are in search of a restaurant that serves authentic African dishes, whether you’re dining in or getting your food to-go, I’d recommend Massa African Restaurant!

This place was a solid 8.9/10. Food is authentic and great! Price is quite pricey, they definitely would tax you! Overall, good experience!

It's always nothing but good vibes and good food whenever I go. I come here often when able. I always order the same thing, which is the Okro aka Okra Stew vegetarian style spicy and with fufu. Because I'm a Gullah girl and an African Descentant, Okro stew is my favorite dish. This time, I also ordered the Red Snapper for the family to try. It was seasoned and cooked well.

For a seafood restaurant to not have any fresh fish beside one or headless is concerning especially since they no longer have them on display

Absolutely not!!! The place looked beyond rundown with no fresh seafood on display, bad sign. The food looked like a joke. Small portions, wasn’t fresh and the juices from the boil was grey and coagulated . The fish was stringy and old …

It’s a long one. The crab house use to be amazing , I been coming here since I can remember which is as far back as 7 years old, I’m 38 now. This place use to be really nice and clean on the inside, they use to care and have pride in how it looked, it’s definitely only in business for the money and the people who are keeping it in business haven’t had good seafood. My scallops were way to fishy like and tasted rotten and my food wasn’t spicy, I seen this place go to a well established restaurant that took pride in their work ,to selling jeans and purses in the coolers and to now selling pineapples ? The only reason this place is still open is because people are delusional on what’s good seafood.

So I ordered a full cheesecake online and get ro the store only to see that they gave me a half... I question it and the one girl says we got the wrong order rolls but it's the same amount of meat... I get home and see obviously it didn't add up and not to mention the meat isn't chopped up so I feel like I'm chewing a t bone steak. I'm not sure what's going on or if it's the new girl but please don't get lazy and complacent. Philly Born and Raised so imagine how I feel about this.

The Philly Steak was super good. I assume this is their main seller. My experience took a turn when I tried the “Chicken Philly”. I’ve never had Rotisserie chicken based chicken Philly. It was just Hot chicken salad on a bun. It was pure mayonnaise (a lot of it) and the chicken had no flavor in my opinion. It also had a few bones in it from whoever deboned it. The customer service was pretty good. She handled my order really well. A better Chicken Philly would have given them a 5 but it was very disappointing being a foodie and sold this substandard Chicken Philly after traveling 45 minutes to get here. I normally try multiple items at these restaurants to give a honest review so here you have it . Also, maybe add some fries to the menu? I went across the street to purchase fries from somewhere else. Changing your bread might benefit you too. Everything was fall out the bread. It seem as if it was a lot of meat but it’s the simple fact that the bread is not deep enough for Philly.

If you've never had an authentic Philly cheese steak... here's your chance! This is not your Arby's, or McAlister's, or local sub shop's best imitation of a cheese steak. This is the REAL DEAL! From the Whiz to the peppers, this is the ONLY cheese steak I've ever had in Hinesville that is made exactly the way they make them in Philadelphia. Service is top notch. Small family owned sandwich shop vibe, fast service, and a clean yet delicious smelling atmosphere make this my favorite sandwich shop in Liberty County. Easily five star...

Food - It’s your standard seafood house with an assortment of boils. One thing I recommend is that you soak your food in the sauce. It helps with the flavoring of the crab. The calamari was decent enough although slightly overcooked. It’s a tough dish to make so I’m not making a fuss about it. Service - Our waitress was around for the most part, but there were times when she disappeared for long periods and it wasn’t even busy. When she was around, she was accommodating. Atmosphere - Reminded me of a Joe’s crabshack without all the hollering and singing. Cool place to be if you just want to chill out in a casual way. Overall…pretty good experience

We went here for lunch, 1st time. We're working on new Wawa. Food came out nice & hot! Which most places nowadays are luke warm if you're lucky. We all had something different. Flounder, shrimp & scallops. It was all very good. Decent portion sizes. Lots of broccoli. If we live in Ga or close by we'd frequent regularly. Loved their decor. Service was on top of it!! Thank you for making this a memorable experience.

I ordered the Whiting Fish Basket which comes with Fries. But, you have to order Hushpuppies if you want them and I did. Plus, they were so good. I received a lot Whitening Fish fillet but my fries were stuck to the bottom of box because the fish was on top of it and that’s why some were stuck. But they were long, fresh, hot and good. But, I give it 4 stars because my fries were little and stuck to my box. However, I’m so glad I went there. The person behind the counter was very pleasant and polite in taking my order. It was my first time visiting here and I will be back the next time I come down from ALABAMA. If you love whitening fish then I recommend you come to OD Crab House. I give it 5 stars.

Tables are too close together. I could have sworn ️ was bigger from what I remember. The food was definitely not all of that. The only reason I gave this place two stars was b/c of the tray that I ordered. This is still not a place I would frequent. The food quality as well as the prices just do not match up.

Ordered uber eats from Chilis. They forgot my chips & gave me old queso/beef that was discolored & cold. I ordered a ceaser salad & did NOT get anything close to that. I was beyond disappointed with the food quality & accuracy of the order.

Food was okay, came on lunch date with my husband. My only ugh was while at lunch my husband and I were having a very deep conversation. Not planned or bad but the waitress came over no lie about 10 times in between the I guess store manager. I get customer service is the key. But i definitely felt it was rude you seen us talking but yet you kept coming. Folks don't always just eat and leave, they hold conversation too. Besides that I would say when food first came out she did fix our order etc.

We decided to go for lunch after church. The food was great. I am still trying to find out the added flavor in the rice. The taste was delicious. The portion size was enough for 2. The service was great as well. We did try the drink special, and wow, they did not hold back on the alcohol. Yes, I would return for a special occasion.

Great food, there's no way one person could eat an entire meal by themselves, it's a lot of food. Great service and it's was fast. Didn't care for the seating arrangements but I was there to eat not socialize lol.

Beautiful atmosphere, assortment of pretty drinks and delicious foods. Highly recommend for a special occasion or date night. Highly recommend, it is also kid friendly. Chicken and rice dish were ordered and came with a side of plantains and beans, garlic Parmesan oysters, shrimp and steak and a ox tail empanada. It was all extremely flavorful and delicious!!

This was my first visit and I was a bit disappointed in the food. The menu is preset based on the day of the week. I visited on a Thursday. The smothered pork chop was bland. However, the lima beans were delicious, the corn bread was moist but not sweet, and I enjoyed the banana pudding. Portion wise, my plate was 50% rice with 1 pork chop. Overall, my meal was ok after I added some seasoning. I’d be willing to give them another try, but I’d definitely avoid anything with gravy.

Drove 20 minutes to go based on the good reviews and it was closed. She said they were not open until lunch. Sign out front say breakfast, Google said breakfast, but there was no food to be had. Did a Google request to update hours so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Baked chicken was fall of the bone good along with cabbage, greenbeans and rice n gravy. I will be back. Just country cooking at it's best. Loved it!

Came here for my daughters 21st birthday today and it was absolutely amazing! Our waitress was perfect and friendly. She knew the menu and made perfect suggestions for us. It was amazing being in a German restaurant where we spoke German and felt welcomed. Definitely recommend this place. We will be back!

This is a must stop when in Hinesville. One of the truly most authentic German places in the states and reminded me of my time in Germany. Great portion sizes and extremely well presented. The food was incredible and will definitely fill you up before you leave. Will have to try the German chocolate cake next time when I have some more room. Only downside was the service wasn’t great as we had to ask another waitress to get ours as we waited over 15 minutes after drinks to place our order. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt as the place was fairly busy and I think it was a one off experience. Other than that, no issues at all and would definitely be back.

Absolutely delicious! I can't believe we slept on this place for so long. It was truly the taste of home I have been looking for since moving to the south. The schnitzel and the spaetzel were both perfection. Very traditional, very welcoming.

Greeted with 6 smiles of all the staff! Leave with a room full of new friends ! The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is upbeat, clean and authentic! The wings are crispy, juicy and full of flavor! The ox tail and jerk chicken fall off the bone and melt in your mouth! Rich in flavor and cooked to perfection. The rice abs peas was fantastic and the plantains were so sweet, crispy and perfectly cooked! Thanks for everything and can't wait to come back! See you tomorrow !
