Best Restaurants Open for Newyears Eve this year in Gulf Shores – 2024

Great atmosphere. We stopped off for a quick bite to eat - the food was very good. I enjoyed my pulled pork burger. The prawn salad was good and the fish platter as well. We also had friend green tomatoes. Unfortunately having driven 30 mins after the meal to our accommodation we realised someone in our party had left their phone in the toilet which luckily someone had kindly handed in.

Lulu’s was great! We came off-season and were seated quickly. Service was quick. The team was super friendly - Kyron was our server and he was fantastic! Food was delicious. Restrooms were spotless. We’d recommend LuLu’s to anyone visiting the area! Clean, themed, and super family friendly!

We have been here twice and really enjoy it! The restaurant is located close to the water with great open air seating. They have quite a bit going on with a ropes course, sand play area, arcade room, sand volleyball court, corn hole/game area, and gift shop. The kids love eating and playing in the sand. The food is pretty good too! We hade the pick two with shrimp and grouper and everything tasted great. Service and wait time for food was pretty good too. I would recommend eating here if in the area, especially if you are looking for a place for your kids to eat and play. Prices seemed reasonable for seafood and the restaurant appeared neat and clean.

On Saturday, around 1 p.m., we got a nice window-side table that was great for the sun and wind. The restaurant was kind of crowded, but there was no waiting time to get seated. It took about 30 minutes or more to order, and there were no servers around, which was long. The food was all decent we loved the pork belly nachos, which had a delicious BBQ sauce and cheese flavor. Overall good vibes and food. The last, The bathroom was kind of dirty

This is my favorite place when visiting Orange Beach! The food is so good, I forget to come back up for air. Liz served is exceptionally well (no surprise since she’s from KC). And the atmosphere is always cool. I love their hourly dance parties.

Paige is incredible . She is so personable and full of life and positive . She was very attentive to our table and made sure we always had what we needed. Ask for her ! We love The Hangout! Always a good time. We were sat immediately and our food came quickly. 10/10 recommend the Shrimp & Grits! Thank you Paige!

When we say this place is damn good, we freaking mean it! It was so good, we came twice in one week while on vacation. The absolute best grouper ever had! (had it twice) We also had the blackened shrimp and fish tacos too.. all were super good. Home made cilantro dressing is to die for!!! Their salad is the good lettuce and they have fresh sliced cucumbers, lots of fine tomatoes, and freshly shaved carrots!! Not skimpy on the veggies! Pineapple coleslaw was perfect The grouper was grilled and perfect ! Size portions are spot on The grilled veggies are awesome with little spice kick The special on the 2nd time was the pork tacos for $10!! Yes $10!!! That comes with chips and amazing homemade salsa. 3 pork tacos were tender and full of meat, and the homemade creama (amazing!!) and cheese on It was absolutely perfect. All their sauces are homemade and just some of the best food we have ever had. Services is always top-notch, never crowded, very comfortable environment. Nothing special, but the food was outstanding. we could probably eat here every night. Compared to the other places with the crazy prices that we were paying three times this month and the food was not even half as good. This place is cheaper than our freaking pizza we had the other night at Nonna’s!!!! can’t wait to come back next year

We enjoyed our fantastic lunch! Small summer salad was actually quite generous with tasty dressing on the side. Side order of grilled grouper best we've had so far! Burger cooked perfectly to order served with yummy shoestring fries. Our friendly server, Trinitie, was attentive and responsive. Family friendly, pet friendly, and definitely on our list to visit again.

Just what we were looking for! Went twice on our trip. Food was just as good as these pics. The pineapple dipping sauce is SO good!

LACY is OUTSTANDING!!! She took excellent care of our table!! I'd come back for the service alone. So friendly!!! The food was really good, too. The smoked tuna with the crustini was SO good and fresh. The pickles were pretty salty, but the portion was huge, and the 3 of us didn't finish the basket. Love the outdoor deck. Fun joint for all ages!! 2 apps and 3 cocktails for $60. Well worth it.

Most bland greasiest breakfast omelette I’ve ever had. The biscuit was great though. Wife enjoyed her bacon but the pancakes were average at best. My coffee was lukewarm, but my waitress brought me another cup that was piping hot.

Visited on a Friday evening. Was told the wait would be about 20 mins. Wait was maybe 3 minutes. We had the best seats in the house. It was great. Ordered royal reds and they were cooked to perfection!! Our party also got shrimp and grits, taco salad and mahi and a fried pickle appetizer. Very pleased with everything!!

Delicious food & excellent service! Dinners are served with nice size portions for the entree & 2 side dishes. If you prefer one side dish to be a salad with your meal, they offer a salad bar for an extra $5.00. Our server was very kind and attentive. Food arrived to our table quickly. Great place for seafood and oysters on the half shell. Definitely get the lemon cake for dessert. It was amazing! No reservations. I advise you arrive early to beat the rush hour crowds..

Our waitress was very friendly and also very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was very good. The blackened shrimp with grits was stellar. Shrimp were perfectly cooked. The salad bar was also very nice and it's pretty cool that they let you use the salad bar as one of your side dishes with your meal. The gumbo is also very good and also the red beans and rice. I found to be quite nice and this is high praise considering I am from South Louisiana! I've also had the whole flounder before which is very nice. One of the best places in the area to have a seafood meal in my opinion

I recently visited The Oyster House, thanks to my buddy Chris, and I was absolutely blown away! The salad bar was fresh and diverse, offering a great start to the meal. The crab legs were succulent, the gator was a unique and delightful experience, and the fresh seafood was top-notch. Every dish was perfectly prepared, making it a seafood lover's paradise. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended!
