First time eating here as an out of towner - was not disappointed, and can certainly see why it is constantly busy. For the price you pay you get great portion sizes. I opted for the famous pastrami sandwich and the wet (gravy) fries and they were very satisfying with every bite. Washing it down with the delicious orange bang soda is the way to go! Even though it's busy here they are very quick and efficient with taking orders, making food, etc. The atmosphere is very nostalgic with a classic 50s/60s diner ambience. It was very nice eating and relaxing outside at night at their outdoor seating area.
Greasy spoon diner. Filling foods that taste great. It'll clog your arteries but it hits just right. Do they put addictive substances in their food or what lol. I couldn't eat here often but when I do I am satisfied. Portions are so big there's always leftovers. Brought a friend whose never been and the cashier explained the menu talked about options and what people like the most and really helped him decide. So courteous and friendly. We came close to 8pm, plenty of parking and open table. Every Table was immaculate.
Yes it's fresh. Yes it's warm and you are given a decent serving of pastrami. Buut, it's boring. I have been to burger joints that have a better overall pastrami sandwich. Overall 6/10. Everything is ala carte. A combo option to save a fee bucks would be nice. My pastrami sandwich was $13 and some chsnge

Came here for lunch was pretty good. I had the veggie sandwich with the cold pasta for the side.. Sandwich was a nice size plenty of veggies the bread was soft and had a lil crunch inside edges mouth watering and filling for me...The cold pasta was good maybe needed a lil salt and seemed like it was missing something but couldn't figure what... Came a second time and got the Veggie Pasta, wow served nice hot and fresh, perfect amount of pink sauce with lots of flavor the pasta was tender and cooked just right the veggies were soft but not over cooked... Got a co worker the Chicken Club the aroma was Soo yummy a white chicken breast cooked juicy that bacon was medium crunchy not flimsy or burnt...Next time I'm gonna try their Pizza yes they sell pizza I included the 2 sizes they have as well...Come and give them a try you won't be disappointed
Great little Italian food spot! The chicken parm sando was tasty! Love the salad as a side option too.
Update on 7/21/22 Legit low key Italian restaurant that should be five stars if you factor in price, quantity and quality. Food is good, don’t get me wrong. Best Italian? Of course not at this price point. Value? Hell yes. It really depends on what you expect and want. First time tried a few dishes that was mostly hits but a Miss or two, but mostly because I didn’t know what to expect. Second time around, you order what you liked the first time and try a basic dish (spaghetti and meatballs) that so many recommended and that’s the difference. Everything was great. Again, you can get better Italian food but expect to pay way more. For this price point, the quality, quantity and value is all there. ——- Great portions and reasonable prices. Review is based on a delivery order and happy to have finally tried this place. I needed to add some chili flakes and a little flavored salt to my seafood linguine to kick it up a notch, but that might just be me. I like bold flavors and was a little under seasoned for my taste. Linguine and seafood was cooked well though. Fettuccine linguine with chicken was a little better seasoned, just needed to stir and coat the sauce over the pasta. Also tried the Asian chicken salad as a combo with the fettuccine and that was really good with lots of flavors. Comes with bread, which was a really nice surprise. Everything was packed very well and ready very quickly. Will order from them again.

The food was delicious, the house potatoes and pancakes were AMAZING! Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. The owner was also very attentive made sure everyone was being take care of. We will definitely be back!
This place is a hidden gem in Glendora. Everything about this place is 1st class. Food is as close to homemade as you can get for a restaurant. Had Lumberjack breakfast and the ham had the bone in it, not boneless processed ham. Prices are equal to Dennys but quality of all aspects of the dining experience is top notch. Waitress was always there to fill coffee cup and very courteous. Lived here for 20yrs and this has become our favorite spot. Try it, you'll like it!
This was the best experience we’ve had all around in a long time! Def going to be coming back again

Quick seating, friendly staff, front area bright and welcoming. The back area, where we sat, had very dim lighting. The service was quick and thorough. The cushions were somewhat dirty & had lots of crumbs, had to swipe down both seating cushions. The food was great, lots of flavor. I got the Pork Belly hash. My friend ordered the pancakes and they are huge. She said, "Really good." The ambiance was relaxed, and we enjoyed our brunch time. I will be back coming here soon.
If you like Italian food, then you've got to stop here. I was going to try some of the pasta. However, they had a grilled chicken panini, which sounded amazing > And it Was !!! There were artichokes, the mozzarella was thick and fresh and the chicken was grilled perfectly with a fresh pesto sauce. I chose a side of shoestring french fries which you can get also garlic Style. And this location offers outside seating for a great atmosphere.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Glendora. We came here for my birthday with friends from the office. They set our table up in the back so we had the space all to ourselves. The food here is so good! I had the pear walnut salad with salmon which is what I usually get along with the lentil soup and the Parmesan fries. Everything was outstanding. For my birthday they brought out tiramisu which was really moist and flavorful. They didn’t put a candle in it though. The only thing wrong with the experience was that a lot of the chairs were so worn and cracked. It’s really unpleasant to sit on especially when wearing a skirt or dress. And it wasn’t just one chair, there were about 5 or 6 at our table that were cracked and defective. When you’re paying this much money to dine out you would hope the chairs were in good condition. Other than that everything else was outstanding. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because some of the chairs were so bad.

Location: Good, Parking : hard to find, Service: nice but a bit slow, Food for Price: Balanced, Outside Seating : Yes, Overall: First time and in order to eat you have to park. Man the parking was tough as with all the spots just taken. I was lucky to grab the spot I did and proceeded to Ed's. Just so you know Ed still works here in the back and will come out to chat when he can. I found the food to be very good and well worth a second trip. Had the Parking been better 4 stars...
Food is ridiculously over priced, wait staff was nice. But $15 dollars for a slice of bread cut in half(French toast) and its not even texas toast bread. it's just regular bread cut in half, two eggs, and a single sausage is ridiculous. And $20 omelet!?! $10 bowl of cold cereal?!?Just eat at home. My friends used to love this place because in the PAST it WAS CHEAPER, and NOW it's tasteless food at a PREMIUM PRICE. It was VERY CRAMPED inside. The aesthetic of the restaurant was cool but if you keep looking, you'll see all of its flaws. Mostly senior citizens eat here, so bumping up the price and not changing the quality of the meal is doing a disservice by digging deeper into that social security money. My only enjoyable experience was finally being able to leave. SUMMARY: The food is nothing to brag about, the prices are the biggest complaint (at the store for $15 you can 12 eggs, bread, and a pack of sausages for multiple servings. Here you get 2 eggs, a single sausage, and a single slice of thin bread cut in half), cramped indoor seating (outdoor seating is sometimes available), the restaurant needs some cleaning (don't look up). Go to IHOP or Dennys instead, better yet eat at home!
This is a very small store with counter service and about 6 tables. The “flying” theme was a little messy, many aviator knickknacks on the walls. Old style breakfast/ lunch. Service was acceptable. I had the pigs in a blanket. Very generous and tasty sausage, good pancake. The biscuits and gravy was just OK, biscuit a little tough and gravy had a “different” taste. Mildly recommended.

The atmosphere was that of a typical sport bar. But it looked like there was a really nice patio. But while I was there, there was a wedding party that had reserved the patio so I was unable to take a closer look at it ordered the 66 burger came with cheddar cheese. It was excellent. A little messy but worth the mess. The burger came with fries, which also were delicious.

There always seems to be a crowd at club 66. Which made it surprising that on Sunday morning there was only one server working the tables. Great service but management had not staffed well for this morning. To be fair, someone might’ve called in sick. The food was was decent and the bloody Mary was good.

I recommend arriving early to avoid a wait. We arrived around 9 AM and found plenty of tables both indoors and outdoors. The waitstaff was very attentive, constantly refilling our water and coffee. Our group ordered the veggie Benedict, country fried steak, avocado toast, and banana nut waffle. The portions were massive for the price. I definitely recommend checking this place out. It's located on Route 66 and has plenty of vintage decor.
Made the drive to Glendora as we were excited to try out this diner. It was packed when we arrived but luckily we were ushered to a table right away. We did not wait long when the wait-staff came to take our drink and meal orders. My son got the Texas Omlet which came with steak, hash-browns and he opted for pancakes. Mom got the Denver omelet with hash-browns and she also chose pancakes. My sister ordered a full order of biscuits and gravy, fried zucchini and onion rings. I had the deep fried steak smothered in gravy with hash-browns and two over-hard eggs with pancakes. Each order was a good-sized serving. We enjoyed the zucchini, onion rings and hash-browns, the ranch dressing was thick and zesty good. I was not a fan of the deep fried steak, biscuits and gravy. Both were bland and lacked flavor. The pancake was not my favorite either. Judging by the amount of food left by my son, he was not a fan of the steak either mind you, that boy can eat. Inside it’s bustling and super casual. Employees were nice and helpful with refills. Restroom was clean.
the food was amazing. the pancakes were buttery and it came out fresh. i personally had the french toast and it tasted amazing along with my hashbrowns and eggs w/ cheese on top. i also loved the environment and the people that run the place, they tend to be very nice people and they have great customer service as well.

This is a great little place that we found while driving by. The food is homestyle, and the breakfast menu was huge! I got the cinnamon roll French toast with eggs and bacon/sausage. Cooked perfectly, although the eggs were cold. Hubby got the chicken fried steak skillet. Staff was super friendly, always there to fill up coffee or water and to clear the plates when we were done. Can't wait to come back and try other food.
I love the fish and chips here. Fabulous! Fish is perfectly cooked with perfect amount of batter. And the tartar sauce is the best I've ever had. (And I don't like tartar sauce in general). I can't rave enough about the food. If you haven't given them a try, you are missing out on a great experience. Thank you!
The food was amazing. Michael (owner) was so attentive & amazing. We definitely will be returning soon. This will be our spot. Thank you once again Michael for our first amazing experience there for Breakfast. From Nancy aka Leslie & Rick

From the moment I arrived, I was treated to an exceptional experience in dining. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are delightful. It was too hot to sit outside, so I opted for inside. But I will definitely return when the weather cools down and dine on the patio, it was a Saturday night and there was a guitarist playing folk rock music. There were so many delicious things to choose from on the menu that I struggled with what to choose so I asked for the server’s help. he directed me to the chicken piccata, which was amazing. I swapped out the mashed potatoes for angel hair pasta. I then had ice cream for dessert, which was also delicious. Great atmosphere, great service, Great food. I will definitely return.
Ok, Courtney was amazing and so was Antony.. we enjoyed ourselves very much. Food was excellent and the environment was very pleasant. Definitely will be back. Courtney was very kind to recommend plates and made us feel right at home..
The food here is wonderful. The fresh bread is homemade and delicious. I couldn't stop picking at the focaccia. The French onion soup had the most delightful broth. The lasagna was delicious, and the sauce; was wow. I'd get this 100x again. But, the show-stopper for us was the tiramisu. Homemade and well-balanced. The only thing I'd change is the artificial syrup used to plate the tiramisu. Other than that, this place is a keeper.

Cute place in Glendora~ Food was delicious and our waitress Maddie was the best! The owners, Al and his wife, are so nice, too! Definitely recommend! Will be back soon! Thank you!
This restaurant is located in downtown Glendora on the same side and just north (think mountains) of Bank of America. The food was I'll be back good". The service was welcoming. There is indoor and outdoor seating. There is ample parking near and in surrounding areas. The prices are notably competitive with plenty of combos. The best part, was the classic (not Belgian) waffle, topped with fresh strawberries, bananas, and real not pastry tasting whip cream.
Quaint like hide away in Glendora village. Wonderful service. Plenty of food!!! Genuinely nice people!! Everyone we encountered greeted us!! I believe there were a lot of regulars!! So, that tells me it's worth returning!

I’m always hunting down a great Mediterranean spot when I head down the hill from the high desert. My girlfriend recommended this small joint tucked away in a plaza off Baseline and Grand Ave in Glendora. The owners are very kind and receptive. They asked if it was our first time there. I said it was mine, but my girlfriend had been there several times in the past. I ordered the Half and Half Beef and Chicken Shawarma plate with rice and a side of hummus and fries along with a pita. They did not hold back on the portions I’ll tell you what. They loaded our plates like we were feeding a family of 6, but It was just the two of us and I took my first bite of the beef with sauce and sumac seasoning was the most savory example of beef shawarma I’ve had since I visited Greece and Turkey in 2007. The chicken was just as juicy and savory with on my half and half plate. My girlfriend ordered Chicken shawarma salad with a special pomegranate dressing. It was another huge potion and just as delicious. I will definitely be visiting this place far more often to get my Mediterranean fix from now on.
One of the BEST places hands down! The owners and workers are always friendly and remember you if you come more than a few times even remembering the things you like I honestly couldn’t recommend damasquino enough. THEIR PICKLES ARE AMAZING!!!
My main suggestion would be to get normal fries with garlic sauce over the garlic fries. I felt as if the falafel wrap was a bit dry and lacking in flavor. My friend got the chicken wrap and commented that it was also lacking in flavor. Not a lot of seating available so be prepared for that.

NEVER AGAIN!!! We had been loyal customers for several years, even through COVID. But since the ownership changed a few years ago, the quality of the food has been inconsistent and the service spotty, depending on the server. Tonight we, a party of 6, arrived at 4:20 pm before the dinner rush. Noah greeted us at our table and took our drink orders, then brought our drinks and took our food order. That was the last we saw of Noah, or any server, at our table for at least 45 minutes, never receiving our food or any drink refills. In the meantime, other guests were arriving, ordering and receiving their food. We finally got Noah's attention and asked him when our food was coming. He said they were really busy, part of the order was ready and he wasn't sure when the rest would be ready. We asked to speak to the manager or owner and he stated that he was the acting manager. We asked him how he would feel if we left the restaurant. He replied that he wouldn't like it but he couldn't do anything to stop us, then he walked away again to service other tables. We waited a few more minutes then got up and left the restaurant and had a wonderful meal down the street. Wouldn't a good manager be apologetic and go to the kitchen and push things along? This is not the first time we were disappointed with the service and decided to give them another try, but no more. The only reason I gave one star is because zero is not an option.
It's been a few years since we came here but we were driving through Glendora and decided to stop here for lunch. The service was very good and the food was delicious. I got the tri tip sandwich, my kids got the fish and chips and my wife got a salad with BBQ chicken. Everything was perfect and we will definitely go back the next time we are in town.
Location: Good, Parking: Decent, Service: Okay, Senior menu: No, Outdoor Dining: Yes, Food for price paid: Decent, Overall: This was a first time try as it has been a bit since I have been able to review due to back pain. I did enjoy the Calamari, but I did not enjoy the sauce that came with it. Very bland. The tri - tip sandwich was pretty good. The ribs also were pretty good. Flies were a bit of a bother and the fact that I had to ask to get another drink was also a let down. I would like to come back to see if they can make some minor adjustments to enhance the experience. Until then 3 stars...

Hospitality was amazing, we were greeted by David at the cashier’s table. We came at night and he was kind enough to brew us a decaf coffee. Food was delicious, the restaurant is kept clean and nicely organized. The staff who works here is super friendly and with a genuine heart to serve.
My fries tasted like they were double fried, and old they were very greasy and soggy my guacamole looked black My meat was dry cold old and rubbery It was supposed to be a nacho carne asada nacho fries were terrible and there was literally no cheese on it. There was nothing on it it was the worst nacho I Ever had to top it off the meat was so old and cold and hard and rubbery that sounds like the health department needs to be called very disappointing we payed like 70 dollars for pure disappointment what a way to lose a good customer sadly I won’t be returning the burritos were horrible too I Don’t Recommend this place Don’t waste your gasoline your time or your money totally NOT worth it
Delicious food , Great Destination This place has a very extensive menu and you can not go wrong with anything. I love the burgers, the salads, it is like homemade. very fresh and loaded ingredients, dressings are excellent, lovely stuff were taking care of us, i got discount because i am a google local guide, and the 50’ music is just awesome. The desert is another story, u have to taste it by yourself.

Great Food/Slow Service! I recently visited Broken Yolk and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food. Each dish was delicious and well-prepared, showcasing fresh ingredients and skillful cooking. However, the service time was notably slow, which significantly impacted the overall experience. While the meal itself was worth the wait, the extended serving time detracted from an otherwise excellent dining experience. If you're willing to be patient, the food makes it worth the visit.
Had my first trip to Broken Yolk on vacation. It was DELICIOUS! The eggs Benedict was so good and I got a cinnamon toast cereal milk to drink that was amazing! I'll definitely be back next time I'm on this side of the country.
Crunchy French toast and burger with fries. The toast was good and raspberries syrup on it. Tasted good. The burger was juicy and tasty. Also I really liked the fries, so crunchy! I ordered iced oatmeal latte and the coffee flavor was good too.
