The food was amazing! Compliments to the cook who prepared our steaks exactly how we wanted. Our server Mary was beyond amazing! She was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very fast with our order and made sure to check on us frequently. I overheard two staff members talking and it was one of the girls first weeks I think, and the other staff member was encouraging her which is always great to hear. The reason I'm leaving four stars though, is because the manager on shift seemed to be under the influence and was talking about other staff members loud enough for us to hear. Not very professional in my opinion and doesn't set a welcoming environment for guest. You could his frustration with one area not being to his cleaning standards and how the waitress could finish sweeping the rest of the area.
When we eat here we always end up ordering 3 or 4 appetizers to split and it never disappoints. The wonton tacos are amazing. Pretzels are amazing. Quesadillas are amazing. Word of warning the mild buffalo boneless wings are still very hot. No sure if they gave us the wrong sauce or what but it was SPICY! But still not a disappointment
We usually stop in for beverages. The happy hour food menu hasn't really changed in years. My biggest concern is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The dinning floor is atrocious and the ceiling tiles look like they are soot covered and dark. The restaurant really, really, needs an update bad.. And this is I believe, a mgnt training station. What standards are being taught?

Online is saying there grilled cheese steak burger is Not available. But when I got there to pick up my order I realized it is available. I asked if I could change my order and I was told No because the order was already made. This place is pricey enough that you should get what you want. And customers who are polite should be accommodated. And this is my large tater tots.
This was my first time at Freddy’s and I was so impressed by not just the food, but the exceptional customer service. Patty and her team were so kind and helpful since this was my first time here. It surely won’t be my last and honestly I don’t think I’ll ever go to a steak and shake again either. The fries were crispy the tater tots were perfect, and the chicken tenders and cheese burger were off the charts!! Eating inside the atmosphere was really chill and laid back, this is the place to go for your custard and steak burger cravings! This team really did everything to make this experience an amazing one and I’ll be back for sure thank you guys so much!!
Undate 10/12/23 and everything from the food to staff was exceptional. The new location, very clean with a great staff. Food was served fast hot and to order. The general manager and manager very welcoming and make you feel at home. The patio is very nice. They just need some fans there.

My family and I have enjoyed coming to El Cactus for several years, we truly enjoy the food and drinks, we have our favorite waitress Sara, but everyone provides very good service. This is an excellent restaurant.
Just no. Our food was lacking flavor. The service was not great. The hostess left us at the door while seating us.
Subject: Extremely Disappointed - Forgotten Rice, Missing Ingredients, and Repeated Mistakes Dear Cactus restaurant , I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent dining experience at your Mexican restaurant. As a regular customer and someone who has always appreciated the flavors and quality of your cuisine, I was shocked by the lack of attention to detail and the repeated mistakes that occurred during my visit. First and foremost, I would like to highlight the fact that my order was incomplete. To my astonishment, the rice, a staple component of any Mexican meal, was completely forgotten. It is utterly unacceptable for such a crucial element to be missing from my plate. Not only did it leave me feeling unsatisfied, but it also demonstrated a lack of care in the kitchen. Furthermore, the tacos I ordered were a far cry from what I have come to expect from your establishment. They were devoid of the essential cilantro and onions that are supposed to enhance the flavors and provide a balanced taste. This omission significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the dish and left me feeling utterly disappointed. What makes matters even worse is that this isn't the first time I have encountered issues with the accuracy and completeness of my orders. I have experienced forgotten items in previous visits as well. It is disheartening to witness a continued lack of improvement in this regard, especially considering the otherwise positive reputation your restaurant has maintained. As a paying customer, I believe it is essential to provide feedback when such egregious mistakes occur. I sincerely hope that you take my concerns seriously and address them with the urgency they deserve. It is crucial for your establishment to maintain the high standards that have made it a favorite among many patrons. I strongly urge you to reevaluate your quality control procedures, ensuring that every order leaving your kitchen is complete and accurate. Your customers should be able to trust that their meals will be prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback to heart and make the necessary improvements to prevent such disappointments in the future. I have always held your restaurant in high regard, and it is my wish to see it thrive and continue to provide exceptional dining experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing the necessary changes implemented.
Logan’s Roadhouse is a vibrant American casual dining restaurant chain that specializes in delivering a memorable dining experience centered around hearty, flavorful meals…
Hit or miss I read later in another review and that is spot on. Ours was definitely a miss. Met by very nice girls, and immediately seated. The waitress, Ashley Twitty (she gave me her whole name), was prompt and did an amazing job keeping up with drinks. She was friendly and knowledgeable. And that's where the good ended....mostly. She brought rolls but they were solid and not Logans yeast rolls. Not a big deal but weird. The food came next. The kids got burgers (medium well), fries and a side of their new coconut shrimp. I ordered the salmon with shrimp (has small amount of mashed potatoes and a cream spinach sauce). The shrimp were fishy, not bad but not good. They were tough. They were warm. The spinach sauce cold. The salmon overcooked and extremely hot (enough to burn your mouth), and the potatoes were cold. I had two salads (kid #1 ate one) so that was all that was on the plate. The kids fries were cold. I mean cold. The lovely Ashley brought them a small plate (about half what was on the original plate) of hot fries. The burgers with the cold fries were cold and way overcooked. They had an odd taste. The bacon nearly raw. The coconut shrimp was awesome and not fishy or cold. The salads made by Ashley were also the bomb! Then comes the General Manager Brian. Ashley had asked him to come chat with us about the bad food. He looked harassed and aggressive on the approach. I tried to make him understand we hadn't really asked for him just shared the state of the food with Ashley. He listened and offered to remake the kids burgers. He ignored everything about mine. He said they couldn't know if people didn't tell them (feedback) so that was good. But he didn't really apologize for the bad food. He instead explained it was plated as it was cooked. He did remake the burgers which turned out better than the first. He did not comp any of the food. Not a problem but he didn't offer anything as way to make the experience better (dessert or whatever). I understand they aren't obligated to, but we shouldn't pay for bad food either. Ashley was better at diffusing the situation and making it better. Sad but he likely didn't have the help to make the restaurant run in the back but a lot of the servers weren't busy. Crosstraining should be a part of the job so the restaurant ran smooth but again whatever. Overall, my interaction with him wasn't positive and I would not hire him to do customer service. He may be great in other management aspects but speaking with customers...no. I have never had this problem before at Logans. The restaurant is one of my favorites and comfort food as I was attending a friend's funeral and needed it we found one and gave it a go. It wasn't busy so we were hopeful. Sadly, it was not a great experience. At $80 for lunch with water (yes, price shock even the burgers were crazy expensive and they no longer have a lunch menu), we sadly won't be back or ever at this location. [Yes the bun came out like that]
We came for dinner last night, and they were a little crowded but not extremely busy. There was a party going on, but there were still tables open. It was 6pm when we got there. We were seated quickly, but then sat there a good 20 minutes before we were offered drinks. Another 20 minutes before we actually received our drinks. And another 30 minutes before receiving our salads. My fiancé ordered Country fried steak and gravy with a baked sweet potato. He received a burnt steak with maybe a tablespoon of white gravy that had solidified on the top of the meat. The baked sweet potato was still raw in the middle. I had ordered the Logan with steamed broccoli, medium rare…I first received a well done steak, and some very dry broccoli. I sent the steak back and another 45 minutes went by before I received a rare steak on the same plate as before with the same dry broccoli that is now ice cold. We both got 1 drink refill in that time span. I was highly disappointed. No apologies for the long wait times or anything else. It was after 9PM before we got to leave and we had to ask for our check because the waitress we had never came back to our table. I don’t suppose we will be back.
Just terrible. Much to our dismay, our daughter wanted to eat at Logan’s for her bday dinner. All of the food is so bad it is just disgraceful. So much so, the children barely took 3 bites of food. All around putrid. Waitress was great tho!

The best when you are craving pasta with cheese in an accessible easy manner. For less than 12 dollars….❤️ Amore’! Fettuccine, Spaghetti, and Lasagna was so good. Friendly customer service. Definitely recommend for fast food Italian.
Visiting from out of town with family I don’t know who the cashier was tonight but the young gentleman could of been rude and told us to leave when we didn’t realize what time they closed but instead he politely asked us what we wanted order and did we want to dine in. And kept a smile on his face. Although after we realized they were closing and we asked if we needed they still all were kind and said it was fine for us to stay and eat. This is true hospitality! Food was really good! Thank you again all you young people! From us tired middle age people!
Impressive staff. Big thanks to Avery who knows menu well and has good customer service skills. A good word for the manager too; I think name Steven. Also helpful on menu and a word for Brianna. This restaurant has a good team. It was a pleasant place to stop

"WONDERFUL!" On Saturday, August 31, 2024, I (along with three other family members) had a wonderful dining experience at Golden Corral Buffet and Grill, in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia (not far from Chattanooga, Tennessee). Now, this Golden Corral restaurant is quite an impressive, MASSIVE presence in its community. And, it was DEFINITELY the largest Golden Corral I have ever seen. Furthermore, it appears to be a relatively newly-built facility with adequate, free parking available. Dining here, you have an EXTREMELY large variety of offerings to choose from, and I can honestly say that they had among the most numerous item choices of ANY restaurant I have eaten at. Now, I don't know this restaurant's actual seating capacity, but it has a HUGE number of seats, too. Since I tried quite a large number of their menu items there, they are too numerous to itemize here. However, everything that I chose to eat there that evening was anywhere from very good to EXCELLENT! Therefore, compliments to the ENTIRE team at Golden Corral restaurant in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, for a terrific, delightful, delicious dining experience. ☆☆☆☆☆ G. Curtis Sunday, September 1, 2024 Edited: Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
The price for today's time was very reasonable. The Food....not so good. We got there at 5:15pm on Monday, the food was well stocked, but mostly overcooked. Steak was terrible. Fish was good. Salad was good. The Dessert was lacking. I feel they could do better. Employees behind the food, not friendly at all. I'm 50/50 on my overall recommendation.
I like this place overall but I have to say that their system for changing from lunch to dinner felt very disorganized. I just left feeling like they need to consider a more fair way to do things. There are two lines when you come in. I was in line at the restaurant for the people who are less than 5 people party because I was just eating by myself. I went in and in line at 250 pm on a Saturday. Now, the line was moving slow for our side but the greater than 5 people party who came in after me was seated first since the greater than 5 people party line had no one in it and I saw their bill marked as lunch. There was a tall man and his wife in front of me and they let him into the buffet at senior lunch prices at 302pm. Then the manager entered something in the computer and when I stepped up at 303pm, it was dinner prices. I tried to explain to him "Sir, I was in the door by 250pm. I saw people come in after me at the greater 5 line get in for lunch". He said he couldn't do anything about it but he literally changed something in the computer just as I stepped up. Now idk if I was just looking like the easier target to cut off for lunch because it was only myself and I'm a short girl and probably physically I don't look like I'd put up much of a fight when I get turned down but it just doesn't seem fair. A big womp womp in process if you ask me. I'm just noting on here that I wish management would create a division line in the lines OR give the last person a ticket that they’re the last lunch price for people that entered the restaurant before 3 pm instead of picking Willy nilly on where the cut off was. It's not exactly fun to see people arrive after you with a big party and they get to eat at lunch prices and you can't. Now, I'm not one to write a scathing review but I just want to bring attention to the process in hopes that it will be correct for the future. Nothing wrong with the supervisor. He had to do what he had to do but it is noteworthy to see if they can find a better process. Thank you. Overall, the food selection is pretty good. They have a salad bar, soups, ribs, hot wings, fried chicken, pot roast, collard greens, Mexican taco section, sausages, cheeseburgers for lunch, steak for dinner, pasta, popcorn shrimp, fish, veggies and a dessert bar with icee machine + ice cream machine.

Found this place through a FB post and it’s way worth the drive from Ooltewah to Ft Oglethorpe! The atmosphere is pure lively and energetic. Pretty sure the chips are homemade and the salsa was top shelf. Queso was perfect (definitely homemade). We had Burria tacos and quesaburrio: both were so Full of flavor. The Sope Trio could not be beat. Let’s talk Jalapeño Margarita… I’ll be back for more!
First time eating here, and was greatly disappointed at the service we received: When we arrived, the house was full, the bar had a couple of patrons, and there were two tables that were full in their outside dining area. We were sat outside, which normally wouldn't have been a problem, but because it was late and because of where they set us, we couldn't see our menu as it was too dark and there were not lights for us to see - not a complaint, just something that needs to be addressed. When the hostess sat us, the menus were set on the table and she left without addressing us as she seemed more concerned with her friends that were at the bar. Chips and salsa were served to us immediately, however it took our server upwards of 10 minutes to come and take our drink order. Once the drinks were served, the waitress took our food order and things looked upwards from there. The food and drinks were incredible. I ordered a Pineapple Mezcalrita and the Exclusive Tacos and chose a Oxaceña, the Diablo Shrimp, and the Alambre Taco that were all amazing in their own way (pictured). My wife ordered a Cucumber Cilantro Mojito and the Birilla Tacos which were fantastic. Chef Adrian clearly knows what he's doing and definitely earned the title of Taco Boss! The server came and cleared our table when we were finished, and it took them another 5 to 10 minutes to ask us if we wanted the check. It took another 5 to 10 minutes after that to receive our check.. And then it took another 10 to 15 minutes after that for them to take the payment. As we left, we noticed that the majority of the restaurant was empty, so it was a little confusing to have it taken so long to pay. We absolutely will be back because the food was so good. We are looking forward to having a better experience from the service side.
I had the enmoladas, and my wife had taco birria. It's absolutely awesome. The mole helped me understand why mole is so prevalent in Mexican cuisine. My wife actually liked the refried beans, and she normally can't stand refried beans. I'm definitely returning.

The food was surprisingly delicious and the service was great. The items like the rice and refried beans, typically served at Mexican restaurants, were flavorful and not over cooked like many other restaurants. The Quesadillas and Chimichangas were excellent. Definitely worth checking out.
This place is always our go to when we are in the area. 5 Starts everything. The chicken flautas are so so juicy. The chicken has never been dry, the strawberry water and peach water are our favorite. So so good and they do not disappoint with the portions. This is the place you go when you are hungry and want good quality food asap! Everyone there is always great. I have had an amazing experience every time.
Had take out . food was meh. Gave us no tortilla chips nor dip. On another occasion with my mom. The salsa was to spicy asked for milder. They brought her some warmed up tomato sauce. JERKS!!! will never return:/

We did wait a few minutes before a server arrived but host was apologetic. Food came out fairly quick and was tasty with a modern twist. The yucca fries and cheese queso was suggested and a great recommendation. I had the chicken fajitas, enough for two. I always love a good Tempranillo and they have one on the menu. Nice patio when the weather becomes cooler and not rainy. Very enjoyable atmosphere.
Appreciate the attempt. If I wanted to be this disappointed with my food, I would have ordered McDonalds and let it sit in my car for a day before opening it. Your prices keep increasing and the level of service keeps falling. You used to be our Go-To for good sweet tea and consistant quality. Sad to see a good chain fall off like this.
Great experience every time in, with friendly, gluten-knowledgable staff and lots of gluten-free options at reasonable prices. Menu items that are already gluten-free are prominently marked with a wheat icon, and staff has always been glad to substitute ingredients to make gluten-free versions of other items. Sandwiches, spuds, specialty teas and lemonades, and sometimes soups and desserts are among the gluten-free fare here. It also helps on the awareness and carefulness that the management has family who are celiac. Beyond the gluten thing, it's always clean and the staff is always attentive.

Our waitresses were so sweet & attentive. Ate twice & loved both meals. Get the potato salad & strawberry cake. Servings are portioned just right. You will not be disappointed. Try the fried green tomatoes We had Lunch & Dinner
Friends and family have recommended Park Place to me for years yet somehow it took me until last week to finally visit. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. I was taken to a booth and the server came right over to take my drink order. I knew I wanted to make the most out of my experience by trying something on the menu that was particularly popular, so I asked the server for a few options. After listing several, I opted for a burger — since they make their patties there — and a side of onion rings. When my food came out, it was piping hot and after waiting a couple minutes to let it cool down a bit, I dug in! The burger was amazing — fresh and full of flavor! I didn’t think I’d finish it all but surprised myself when I ate the last bite. You can always tell when onion rings are made fresh, in-house when you bite into one and the batter is crispy and falls right off and onions are thick and meaty. These rings were exactly what I was hoping for! I see why so many people have recommended Park Place to me and I plan to return many more times in the near future!
First of all I want to start by saying thank you to everyone at this restaurant for serving such great food and having good service. Now that i have got that out of the way I want to start by saying that I may have came into this restaurant with a little bit of a big head ( high expectations) and they by far exceeded them. I had there salmon patties and potato salad and vegetable soup. And my wife had there grilled cheese and corn nuggets. All of the food was outstanding and customer service was amazing. The atmosphere was very well on point with everything being clean and filled with good scenery. But please do not let me forget the last but not least thing on my list of mentions and you are from the south or enjoy these things then you know what im talking about. There sweet tea, corn bread and dinner rolls were an absolute 100/10. 100% recommend. If you haven’t ate here then you need to run not walk to this restaurant. Ps. The strawberry shortcake is absolutely delicious.

This little hole in the wall Chinese food restaurant always has hot, fresh, & good food with generous portions. Rates are reasonable. Very small dining area, but most people pick up take out orders anyways. They are always busy, yet they keep up w/the fast pace. This is one restaurant where the food is still reasonably priced. Portions are large enough to share or have leftovers for later. The leftovers or take out carries well if you commute. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.
I ordered the Curry Chicken, it was overloaded with onions and bell peppers. This tasted more like a salty, spicy chicken noodle soup. Worst curry chicken I've ever had. And their fried rice has a blan flavor.
Absolutely love this place since my child hood it hasn't skipped a beat, just moved back home from Nashville so I had to hit up the home spot and it's nice to see nothings changed and the foods still incredible & well portioned !

Matt was ridiculously fantastic. Food was excellent!! I’ve been craving the potato soup since the old location closed in Guntersville, AL, did not disappoint! Thanks for the good times and delicious food and beverages.
My mother in law just lost her husband yesterday and she finally wanted something good to eat so she wanted O Charlie’s. They loved to rolls and always ate there so they could get them. That being said, this is what the rolls looked like in our to go order. Very disappointed.
11/2024 I returned with the desire to see the restaurant had improved since my last visit, however; they found a way to go farther downhill. Look how brown my smashed potatoes are. Would you serve a guest these in your house? What was even worse was discovering this dark brown piece of trash mixed in the potatoes. How much is the health inspector getting paid? Past meals. I understand rushing during busy meal times, however; when business is slow between meal time rushes food should be served hot and fresh. Somehow, this restaurant's kitchen staff lacks the intelligence to understand the importance of serving fresh food. My picture shows a repeatedly heated scoop next to a fresh serving. There is no justification for serving old food. Additionally, only offering apple or cherry pie is restricting my desire to eat there on Wednesday. Can the restaurant not afford to serve fresh food, my potatoes are at least from yesterday's food maybe even older.
