The food is so good, still dreaming of the chicken pot pie! Fried green tomatoes were incredible too but the plate felt a little sparse, for the price I would've liked a side or some potatoes. Can't wait to swing by again!

The shrimp Poboy was tough and tasteless! The waiter who took our order didn't bring a drink I ordered and never came to check if we needed anything! The venue is colorful. It was sadly our first and last visit.

Wonderful dining experience and oddly my first time here. Not my last! I treated myself to a non-classic Benedict, the Crab Cake served on thin cornbread with hollandaise sauce and poached eggs on a bed of baby spinach! I added a 3rd poached egg, and sided it with bacon and the most beautifully sliced and arranged avocado that I almost didn’t eat it - haha, it was delicious. I particularly like bacon and avocado eaten together and bacon was cooked to perfection. Great friendly service! Will I be back for breakfast? YES, but they offer lunch and the Pantry next door has even more offerings! Great “old fashioned” restaurant/store you might find in Door County!

Celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary here tonight. It was a perfect evening - from warm, attentive, impeccable service, to the wonderful food. Ambiance was perfect for us - elegant, restrained decor, and no music, so you could have a conversation without yelling. Elegant, restrained decor. Our waitress was fabulous. I followed her recommendations for food which were excellent. I would highly recommend and we plan to return.

What a great place! The menu has lots of interesting selections -- the kind of menu that would draw me back over and over again to keep trying things -- if only I lived in the area! And for even more options, there's some specials each day that are tempting! The restaurant pays attention to details -- especially in the food. All items ordered were excellent and seemingly prepared without cutting costs. Additionally, the bread service is very good and they provide a sorbet intermezzo before the entrée, which is a very thoughtful touch that isn't done often enough at nice meals. The goat cheese tart and yellowfin tuna tartare were both excellent as starters. My braised beef short rib was rich and outstanding. Others in my group had a couple of fish entrees and one had lamb, and all loved it. The wine list has a lot of great selections and most bottles seem priced reasonably for what they are. The service was professional and super accommodating, with the kitchen happy to creatively work around a food allergy. The ambiance is comfortable and nice. Lighting decent. Noise level was low, though it wasn't terribly busy at the time of my visit. My only gripe is the 3% service charge for paying a card (they're very transparent about it though). Actual costs for most businesses are 2% or barely over, and for a fine dining restaurant where $75 - $100 person isn't uncommon, this should be a cost of doing business that's built into the pricing.

What a magical spot in Evanston. The Deco takes you to a little French-English town in Europe. The hostess greeted us with big smiles, and the waiter brought us through the menus and course everything perfectly. The energy of this place and team makes you enjoy more of every bite. We started with fantastic steak tartare followed by foie and veal shortbread. We chose for the main course perfectly prepared Duck. I have to munch on our Apple sorbet as a palette cleansing. I felt like I just had a bit of fresh green apple. A fantastic wine selection and dessert will not leave you disappointed. One of the best places I have eaten in a long time. We will be back. Thank you to the Chef and team for creating such a fantastic food experience.

They did not clean the calamari plate or something. Underneath the calamari, there was single fat sticky spot of strawberry ice cream on the plate. I didn't notice until I took a bite of the calamari that was on top of that spot and tasted the sweet flavor coming from the coating of the calamari. I am disgusted. The pastas were okay. But the sanitary situation was bad. Additionally when I tried to tell our server, the first time he ignored me and just hurried me to pay. After I paid, I tried just letting him know again and he was like "okay okay"(in a kind of annoyed tone)(sounded like he didn't care) at me and left.

Delicious and cozy Italian restaurant. The servers were very attentive and kind and the food was so tasty and fresh. Highly recommend stopping in.

Went for a quick lunch in Evanston - loved the food and the price is reasonable, a good bang for the buck! Also enjoyed the tiramisu as the dessert, it's a little sweet but perfect after the savory dishes.

A festive restaurant with both outdoor and indoor tables. Menu offers salads, burgers, drinks app,..etc. We had the sliders, shrimp, ahi tuna and another other salads. All delicious with great flavors. Appropriate portions. The server we had was ok given not many customers. I would have given 5 stars if he was more attentive. Overall, we'll come back for the burgers.

Wow! Head on over to this spot for some yummy grub! From the cheerful service to the flavorful food, yummy!!! Appreciated that the place itself has booths, free standing tables, and high tops. It’s quaint. The bathrooms are pristinely kept. The service was excellent & we were a bit needy-ish today. lol Great spot! We have enjoyed this two times now & had consistently excellent service & food! Plenty of free parking along side of the building, under the Metra tracks.

The food was pretty good. I ordered the stacked chicken sandwich along with a side of sweet fries. There was no sauce provided, I think they forgot. But the sandwich really filled me up, it's more than enough foenone person, not less than two servings.

Came here on New Years Eve after a Google search in the area....thank you Google! The food, the service and everything was so good! We had the big charcuterie board for our appetizer and it was delicious. For our mains, we had the nachos (huge), the scallops, pork belly, salmon burger and grilled cheese. Everyone loved the food and we all left happy! If you're in the area, stop here, you won't be disappointed!

I had a great experience at the Peckish Pig!! Great atmosphere and lovely service. I had the ribs and quinoa bowl which were delish. Can’t wait to come back for happy hour!!!

The food doesn’t match the high prices. The flatbread in the picture below was $18 (not including tax and tip). It wasn’t great. The crust tasted strange (almost freezer burnt). The restaurant has a nice outdoor space. This is one of the few decent meeting places in the area.

Went to Bluestone today (Saturday) for lunch with my spouse. They were very busy. There was a lot of adult customers along with many youth there as well. First it took a while to be seated. Once seated we sat there for quite a while waiting for some one to take our food and drink order. Additional customers continued to come in. We saw two waiters and one bartender who took orders, and served the customers their drinks and food. Since no one came to our table and it was difficult to get the two waiters attention I went over to the bar and was able to get the bartenders attention. I said no one as come to our table to take our order. Can you please send a waiter to our table. He said there is only two staff working today and he will try to get to our table to take our order. I said only two staff on a Saturday afternoon lunch rush. He responded and said he does not make the staff schedule. I went back to my table and we left shortly after that without being waited on. We would never go back to Bluestone again. Very poor service.

Gave me raw meat in an order. Called to asked for refund. They said they would over phone. Never received it. I called THREE times and spoke to three different people. One claiming to be a manager promising to call me back the following Friday. Left name and number. They said they would call me back to solve the problem and ghosted each time. Poor business management and respect for the community of people they serve. Hard for me to even consider supporting this business again.

The best, all around! Don't walk, RUN to Bluestone! Their Buratta was one of the best things I've ever eaten! Everyone else at the table loved their food choices as well. It was a wonderful dining experience in a relaxing atmosphere followed by great service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Tell Tony Nancy sent ya! I'd give them more stars if this allowed.

We recently held our team's Christmas dinner at this place, and everyone was thrilled with the food, drinks, and service. There wasn't a single complaint from my team, which is quite unusual! Keep up the great work; we will definitely return!

Food and service were excellent as always. If you order the key lime pie, request a garnish of fresh lime from the bar to squeeze over it and thank me later. I’m really here to complain about the elevator. The restaurant is located in the basement and stairs aren’t much fun for some people. If you have ever had to ride this elevator, then you can smell these pictures. A weird, oily mix of hot electrical equipment scent that any haunted house would be proud to feature in their electric chair room. The carpet is torn and a peeling trip hazard. The vent cover has been laying on the floor for six months. Do better.

Stopped for an early dinner after a rainy tour of NW. Excellent attentive service. Had the very flavorful trout and veggies, family ordered asparagus soup, mini crab cakes and tacos, Key Lime pie was also tangy and good. Good craft beer tap and bottle/can selection. Multiple seating areas, dining areas are downstairs, sidewalk seating per weather. I assume there is an elevator for accessibility.

It had tasty food, but we were persistently bothered by a fly around our food. The tomato and egg turned out to be it favorite. See review of other dishes in the photos. Staff was okay. New waiter, so can't blame him for errors, but the guy who came to recheck our order (and correct new guy's error) was a bit curt.

Our group of six dined here tonight. It's the best and most authentic Chinese food I've had around Chicago. Every single dish was great. The restaurant is clean, modern, and casual. Will be back.

Peppercorns Kitchen is my favorite restaurant in Evanston! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The service is friendly and attentive. The menu offers a good variety of authentic and fresh Chinese dishes at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend the dan dan noodles. It is a must try for anyone looking for a good Chinese restaurant.

Evanston has been a challenging city for a good restaurant. So it's been very comforting to see LeTour not only stay open but strive elegantly. We love bringing our friends and family here. It's our go to place for happy hour dates and more. The food is amazing, although it would be nice to see some seasonal changes to the menu. The ambiance with French music and beautiful decor is lovely. We just attended their Beaujolais happy hour and were so happy to see the place packed! One less star for service (just this time) as our server was less than attentive to us and kept bringing us check with wrong charges.

Wonderful French Moroccan food. I LOVED the flavorful mussels. The toasted chicken was a little blend according to my son. The restaurant was beautiful!!!

It's French Moroccan cuisine. The cheese plate is divine; the cheese selections change - we had a blue cheese, a smoky cheddar, and another creamy cheese. The portions were enough for a party of three. The tagine of chicken and couscous was delicious; the hot sauce on the side was too hot! The steak frites was savory. The mussels should have been my favorite; however, many were so small, I didn't eat them, and four shells weren't even open. I was disappointed. We ordered a side of roasted carrots; they were not "lovely" as the menu suggests. Some were too hard to bite, and a few were mushy. They have a varied selection of desserts. We shared the roasted pear; it too was tasty. The restaurant decor doesn't suggest France or Morocco; the seating is too close together. Prices are high; however, that is an issue because of the current economy. I would go back to order the chicken again. The service was average.

This is the perfect spot for brunch and/or date night. It is very hip and modern inside and the vibe fits perfectly with the neighborhood. The menu is awesome (especially for brunch; dinner menu is good too but a few less options. Our food was fresh and service was great!

Have never been more delighted by a dining experience in my life. I was greeted by a friendly hostess that politely guided me to my table. My server, Joe, was strictly business and guided me through the entire menu. Drinks came out super fast (Thanks Abby!) and my cocktail tasted better than any old fashioned I had ever had. When my food came out, the presentation seemed as if it was the presentation of a dish that you would see at a fine dining restaurant. After my first bite, the flavors of the perfectly cooked salmon struck me immediately. Thank you Ten Mile for making restaurants great again!

I ordered a fried chicken burger with fries. It was amazing. I was in this neighbourhood for a day trip. Amazing outlet. Highly recommended. Staff was friendly.

What a gem… most impressive variety of boba teas I’ve ever seen and the menu is huge with tons of options. I ordered the garlic shrimp noodles and I highly recommend. The service is pretty quick and the portions are BIG so it’s well worth the price you pay. Everyone at our table was happy with their food and we all had plenty of leftovers to take home. Also restaurant and bathroom was clean and atmosphere is good for small or large groups.

Really big portions! And decent service. I like that it’s a takeout boba place while also being a full service restaurant. They did have mostly beef or shellfish in their dishes though

I got takeout from here for a quick meal. The Kung Pao Chicken featured large cuts of meat, a flavorful sauce, and well-cooked vegetables. The Chicken and Shrimp Lo Mein was excellent, with everything cooked perfectly and generous portions. The crab rangoon’s had a nice crispy shell and warm cream cheese inside, can’t go wrong with these. I've had the boba tea in the past, and it's consistently well-made. Our dinner was ready quickly after ordering online. While there's nothing exceptional about this place, it's a solid choice if you're looking for consistent food, generous portions, and tasty boba—they've got it all.

From the bacon wrapped dates to the meat balls everything was outstanding. The one that I thought was unbelievable was the Paella. It was so tasty that we finished the entire skillet. Highly recommend, I almost forgot the sangria in the best in town.

Awesome tapas place! All the food was really good and fresh and the sauces on all the dishes are amazing for dipping bread (the bread is free!). A good number of vegetarian dishes as well! We also got a pitcher of sangria which was really good and gave 3 of us 2 really full glasses.

Fabulous experience! Our table ordered the mussels, ribeye, coquettes of the day (mushroom & spinach), roasted seasonal veggies, and flan for dessert. Everything was truly spectacular. We loved the presentation of the mussels, so fun and unexpected! Fernando's service was also spectacular. Can't wait to come back.

Now, this is absolutely delicious Thai food. The flavors were PHENOMENAL. Not a single thing I ate was overpowering. The creativity and presentation was carefully thought out. All of the ambiance and service was super classy and I really enjoyed the live guitar music. All of the front of the house was super knowledgeable of the menu and the specials. Kudos to all of the employees there. It was perfect. A wow experience. If you are a foodie, please try this place out. It's worth EVERY penny. Just fantastic.

This is probably one of the best dinners and desserts I’ve ever had, but it’s not just about the food it’s about the atmosphere and service. Rush, Marc, Djon, Boeing and everyone else were all so kind, welcoming, explained the dishes well, had great recommendations and made you feel at home. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. The bourbon popcorn chicken appetizer was my absolute favorite, so crunchy, flavorful and not filling, the tapioca crackers with the delicious sauce is addicting I couldn’t stop eating it, and the brussel sprouts are very good as well. The duck confit was spectacular, the curry sauce was delicious and the duck was juicy and flavorful. The tofu pad thai which is originally the king prawn was full of flavor, so many great textures and just all around each food complimented each other. Definitely try their mixed drinks, they’re so delicious and refreshing. But this experience wouldn’t have been the same if it weren’t for the amazing service. We will definitely be back.

Celebrated my birthday here with family and was really impressed with the food, service, and overall vibe. Definitely high end Thai fusion with a vegan friendly menu and a large non alc menu. Everything was delicious and it was really enjoyable.

Delicious food! Taco Diablo was a much better choice than the restaurant upstairs which was way too loud, crowded, and uncomfortable. Also, the flight of stairs to get to the top restaurant was dimly lit with no traction on the steps. Definitely not accessible to people with limited mobility. At Taco Diablo the atmosphere here was very relaxed and the servers were very respectful and professional- which was an upgrade from the place upstairs. Entrance is right off the street. Super inviting with lots of interesting lighting fixtures, unique decor, and artistic touches. Exposed high ceilings. Curved upholstered booths and large round tables can seat up to six guests maybe more. Regular tables are available too. The bar was interesting and had nice lighting too. Attentive service. Highly recommend the three taco dinners. Each one was delicious and bursting with unique flavors. The sides are apparently family style but surprisingly appeared to be more for a single person. My only suggestion would be to make the appropriate adjustments so that customers can have their own sides as opposed to having to share small servings.

Amazing place to eat and socialize! Decoration was warm and the lights were dim which gave me a cozy yet somewhat romantic vibe. Food was delicious and well presented. Tacos were a must try. Lots of variety to choose. Chips and salsa were tasty and warm. OG margarita was the bomb, So good and strong. Service- top notch! The waiter (we didnt get his name) but so friendly and attentive. Highly recommended! Will be my regular spot for Mexican cravings.
