A Rare Gem in the City Carlo Cafe is a delightful mix of a family restaurant, a relaxing atmosphere, and delicious food. Here’s what we ordered: Calamari – 4/5: A bit too oily, but overall, not bad. Crunchy Shrimps – 5/5: Perfect crust and sauce. Bruschetta – 5/5: Tender with a well-balanced taste. Seafood Chowder – 5/5: The sweetness from clams and scallops, combined with a thick and rich broth, made this dish outstanding. Seafood Cannelloni – 6/5: This was the highlight for both me and my wife. A generous portion of protein, perfectly cooked homemade pasta stuffed with cheese, herbs, and shrimp. The balance of dough and stuffing was spot on. The thick and tasty gravy paired with a deliciously grilled lobster tail made it exceptional. We would definitely come again. Note: Unfortunately, our photos didn’t turn out as well as we hoped.
