Boston Pizza - Vegreville

Needs a zero, rating- worst I’ve ever seen in any restaurant! Complete fail across the board. Ordered food from gluten free choices. After waiting almost one hour (while seeing other tables get their food) I asked the server if she could find out when our two orders were coming. She didn’t come back at all- another server told us that one of the choices was questionable by the kitchen as to ingredients. In other words, the kitchen staff didn’t question it right away when the order came in so who knows if it was even made! When there’s “ALLERGY” orders it should be flagged so kitchen staffers address any concerns immediately. By this time, we had waited 1.5 hours. I asked for the manager after the server also made it worse by telling me they were short staffed and they had a lot of take out orders. Again, why were the other people who had arrived after we got there almost done supper? I explained to the manager that we had waited for 1.5 hours and told her the service was unacceptable. My son hadn’t eaten since breakfast and he’s diabetic which made it worse. She apologized for the “small delay” and said the kitchen wasn’t sure about serving the order. I told her it was completely unacceptable and we walked out. Terrible experience, Boston Pizza.
