Savour - Tallahassee

I made a reservation, via Open Table, for my birthday. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the hostess. She escorted me to my table and there on the table was a hand written card from the owners of the restaurant. ..talk about customer service! My waiter was Sam and he was absolutely amazing! He made sure to check on me often and was genuinely invested in my dining experience. Sam recommended the Italian sausage balls as my appetizer and the dish was sumptuous! I asked for a “girly” beverage…sweet but not too much alcohol and he whipped up one without hesitation. For my entree, I ordered the Chicken Francaise, minus the heirloom tomatoes and Olive Orzo. I also treated myself to a side of their Bayou macaroni and cheese. Overall, the food was good and I had more than enough to take home. My only complaint was that the rice was lukewarm. For dessert, I was gifted the Cinnamon Apple Bread Pudding. It was simply to die for! It was well seasoned, moist, and hot. To the entire staff at Savour, thank you for making my birthday a glorious celebration. Although this was my first time dining at Savour, it certainly won’t be my last experience!
