Our party of four was excited to try The Quarter, and we had a very good first dinner here. The drink selection is good and fairly unique for the city. We had a po boy sandwich, etouffé, red beans and rice, and the chicken and waffles sandwich, and all of them were tasty. The fries that came with the sandwiches were good, though a little salty. The serving size for fries is way too large, though. Service was friendly and fairly timely, though there’s room for improvement timing- and frequency-wise. We look forward to trying more of the menu.
