My wife and I ate here one of the evenings while staying in Sedona on vacation. We sat outside on the patio. The service was good but not great. They had an interesting way of dividing up the tables so there were two different servers going in and out and working tables from both areas. The atmosphere is nice, but since we went at night, we were unable to see the view, which in turn meant the food needed to shine and it was decent, but nothing spectacular. We had the blistered and charred shishito peppers for an appetizer and they were an interesting flavor combination. They were good, but I don’t think I would order them again. My wife had the Tavern Deluxe which this evening which was a New York steak. It was cooked to her liking and was good. I had the Tomahawk Pork Chop off the recommendation of the waitress. The meat had a good flavor, and the chutney was very good on the meat. Overall, the food was decent, but I don’t know that we would be back again if we return to Sedona again.
