I’ve been to the Razoos location in Killeen, Texas twice and this was my first visit in Round Rock. When I first walked in, the greeter immediately seated me near the bar section. It was a cozy little nook which I appreciated. My waiter was Hayden, and he was very pleasant to chat up small talk. And after a brief minute or two, I ordered the Cajun combo, which consisted of crawfish etoufee, 1 anduoille sausage link, creole shrimp w/rice, and red beans. My drink of choice was the Wildberry lemonade. Oh my goodness, it was so good that I ended up drinking the whole thing before my meal was served. I didn’t have a long wait, maybe 5 minutes or so. When my order did arrive, it was steaming hot in a cast iron skillet and it looked delicious. The flavor was on point and I enjoyed every bite. There was so much food that I ended up having to get a togo bag. I left the restaurant feeling full and satisfied and will most likely return whenever I’m visiting the area. I’d give the customer service an A, the taste of the food an A, and the important fact that the food was served hot, gives them an A+. Good job Razoos, your mission was accomplished with this guest.
