We visited Sarpa with another couple and had a delightful experience from the moment we arrived. A distinguished gentleman—possibly the manager or owner—warmly greeted us at the door, showcasing a level of hospitality that’s rare in today’s dining scene. It was a fantastic start! We were seated at a comfortable table, and our server, a young man, promptly brought us water. He was attentive, though it was clear he was a bit nervous and juggling a busy night. Despite that, the bussers were impressively efficient, ensuring our table was cleared and cleaned after each course. The pacing of our meal was excellent; we never felt rushed and truly enjoyed every moment. We had such a wonderful time that we decided to indulge in dessert as well. While the menu leans toward the pricier side, the quality of the food was impressive, the drinks were fantastic, and the overall service was outstanding. We left feeling thoroughly satisfied and eager to return!
