This was my first time at Longhorn and I hate to say that it will be my last. The waitress was wonderful. The side dishes were very good. Considering what I paid for the sirloin, $22, it was not cooked to my specification. If it’s not going to be made the way you ask the customer how they’d like it made, why bother offering the choices? The steak was kind of tough and dry. For that kind of money I could have had two meals at Texas Roadhouse and had the steak made the way I like it which is medium well. I’m not angry I’m just disappointed and don’t plan to ever go back. But again the waitress who took care of us was absolutely wonderful and I did enjoy the two different potato side dishes I had.
