Paid for a quarter chicken meal w fries and added coleslaw. Got home and zero fries. Got charged $24 and didn’t even get what I paid for. I went to the drive through at 8:50 last night and the employee said over the speaker in a really annoyed voice “we close in 7 minutes…” I said “ok?” Because there was no follow up that their machines were off and she did not inform me that they couldn’t provide certain items – and she proceeded to take my order. I can’t help but feel like she did not want to make fries/had none ready and instead of telling me she decided to let me figure that out once I was home and it was too late.
