I recently had the pleasure of dining at Elma, and I must say, the experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with the utmost care, largely thanks to our server, Sarah, who was nothing short of incredible. Her attention to detail, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm for the menu made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout the entire evening. The highlight of the meal was the lamb baklava—a unique twist on a classic dish that was both savory and subtly sweet, with perfectly tender lamb wrapped in delicate, flaky layers of pastry. Every bite was rich and full of flavor. It was unlike anything I’ve tasted before, and it alone would be reason enough to return. The cocktails were equally impressive, each crafted with a balance of flavors that was both refreshing and complex. Sarah’s recommendations were spot on, and they complemented the meal beautifully.
