This place use to be great but it seems management is poor. I walked in and waited for a minute while associates spoke to the left in the bar area and never acknowledged me entering and I sat near the door and the same thing happened for all that entered. It was not very busy but associates just seem to be in their own world. Once someone came over to seat me he had a mouth full of food and attempted to force me to sit in a particular area. I calmly said I donât want to sit in this area (extremely tight and crowded area) and he was upset but a server named Adam came over and said just let her choose where sheâd like to sit Iâll take care of her. He was an awesome server. I visited the TOCO HILLS last week. (the coffee keeps me returning) and the grits tasted reheated and the biscuits were over cooked however the server Leo was awesome. This brand is losing its quality when it comes to the food and service is suffering. I hope they pick it up fast. I once loved its food and serviceâŠ.but these days itâs lacking.
