We had Chef Raymond cater our 20th wedding anniversary party and we are so very glad we did! We ordered Roast Beef with a brown gravy, fried chicken, whipped potatoes, southern style green beans, fried Rolls and corn bread. The roast beef was to die for and those cornbread squares are so addictive!! Just the right amount of sweetness to them I thought! Everything was so mouthwatering delicious and our guests couldnāt stop complimenting the food! I also ordered a giant charcuterie board for our guests to graze while the rest of the food was being made just perfect at the serving station. The spread included the most amazing bread bowl with a spinach artichoke dip. The homemade Roasted Red pepper hummus was delicious, too! All the kids of the evening loved being able to gobble up some fruits and cheeses while waiting for the food to be served. Chef Raymond and his team did a fantastic job setting up and making sure the food stayed the right temperature through the event! So well done and now ā¦ I want more. Hahaha! Murfreesboro catering at its finest.
