We came in on a Friday Night with no reservation, they tried to fit us in but we waited until a spot opened up for (2) at the bar. We were bummed to not get a table but the bartenders were both incredible and took great care of us on our anniversary getaway weekend. But let me just say how AH.MAZ.ING every bite of both our meals and dessert were! I got the Hangar Steak and I literally scraped every morsel of food off the plate. My wife got the Grilled Pork Chop, and couldn’t stop talking about it either. So we agreed to share a Tiramisu, and a Bourbon Nightcap… Which did not disappoint, and completed the evening. We considered coming back the next night even, so we asked the bartenders about other local eateries, and they mentioned some other options but none could compare to Truss. (Spoiler Alert, we tried another spot, and we’re quite disappointed and wished we went back to Truss!). Anyways, this restaurant was definitely a highlight of our anniversary weekend, and we will DEFINITELY be back whenever we visit Lynchburg again.
