Pie Eyed Monk - Lindsay

We came to Lindsay today to do some Christmas browsing. Shopping makes you hungry So being that we were in a strange town, I asked a local couple if they could recommend a place that we could go for dinner and they told me we definitely had to go to the Pie Eyed Monk. Boy oh boy they were not wrong. Everything was fantabulous!! The building is beautiful and provided a lovely atmosphere Allyssa our server went above and beyond to make our first visit here top notch. Friendly, funny and very attentive. She alone gets 10 stars. The cocktails were delicious We had peach sangria, raspberry lemon drop and their own Lindsay light beer. The food was scrumptious Corn chowder – gets 20 OMG’s because I think I said that after every mouthful Autunno pizza – 2 snaps up in a Z formation! So Fresh and tasty!! Yumm- oh! Beef and Brisket Lasagna – where have you been all my life? Absolutely heavenly!! Chicken wrap and fries – classic pub food, done to perfection The desert was divine. We sampled it all Vanilla bean crème brûlée, cheesecake, and a chocolate brownie with homemade ice cream. So Freaking Good Bravo to everyone in this establishment both front and back of house. You are all doing a great job The potions were very generous Piping hot and delicious We will definitely add this restaurant to our list of places we must return to.
