This restaurant specializes in infusing chocolate or cocoa into all their dishes, which was something we had never encountered before. We werenât exactly sure what to expect, but I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised by the incredible savory dishes. The way they incorporated chocolate into each course was subtle, creative, and delicious. For our meal, we decided to go with the prix fixe menu that included a wine pairing, and it was absolutely the right choice.
