I thoroughly enjoyed eating at 1819. My friends rave about this restaurant and they were right!! I got the Princeton. In parentheses it says (if you know you know). Oh and I know!! We have a restaurant in Florence, AL called Princeton’s. I would usually order the fried chicken salad. How boring !! You might think! Those chicken fingers with that batter were melt in your mouth and it was a perfect salad mix. The treat on the side was a croissant drizzled with honey and a touch of cinnamon. Not to mention that honey mustard. As you can guess now what The Princeton is named after…in my opinion 1819 has recreated this salad perfectly. It is a large salad and could make two meals. The chicken or protein of choice is extra but, I didn’t mind. The chicken was perfect and just like I remembered. They also had that mouth watering croissant. When I go back, I would like to try everything but, that salad is going to he hard to top!!!! Try this restaurant soon! I highly recommend it. Oh and the inside is beautifully decorated.
