My wife Trisha and I like coming here for a good meal when we’re in Kenora. It’s not the most romantic place but it’s cozy and a relaxed atmosphere. Trisha is a big fan of the soup here and although I don’t usually order soup every time she does so do I… lol The soup here is always home made and healthy. Tonight I ordered the special, which was steak sandwich and shrimp with veg, a side and your choice of soup or salad. I got the soup and like usual it was quite good. The parking for this restaurant is along the side and hard to get into. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for large groups just because of that reason. The French fries here are made fresh, which is something I value. Like I said before this is a great restaurant to pop in for a healthy and tasty meal. It’s always clean and the service is great.
