Julian Beer Co was not bad. It really is a great place to hangout and unwind despite it being a hub of hustle and bustle. People come and go so getting a spot even on a Sunday afternoon is no big deal. The place is spacious with inside and outside seating.Their menu lists at least 15minutes to prepare you individual order, but it seemed like food was coming out quickly. I ordered the Smoked Brisket, the sausage, street corn and Mac n cheese and Hawaiian bread all which need to be ordered separately. The cost was about 34 dollars so it can get pricey. Still, the amount of food was plenty. I’ll start by saying that all the food could be drastically better. The Mac n Cheese was the worst being rubbery right from the beginning. It was very bland and dry. The Smoked Brisket, though tender, was also dry and lacking taste. The highlights were the sausage which was very flavourful. The Street corn was really good too and tasted fresh. All in all, it is a good place to come by when you visit Julian.
