Who would have thought! We spent a week in New York, and the best seafood we had was in Hershey Pennsylvania! I asked our server, Kelly, how the lobster roll honestly was. She told me it was amazing, she was not lying! It was INCREDIBLE! I ordered the Connecticut style, per Kelly’s suggestion. The bun was buttery and delicate and the lobster was unbelievable! We had the coconut shrimp, also perfect, with, I think, a sweet/spicy chili dip. The coco scallops paired with a mexican street corn risotto was delicious. The crab cakes, paired with a lemon parmesean risotto. These guys are not messing around when it comes to their risotto, it was amazing! And of course, we had the espresso and chocolate martini’s, they were both perfection. I believe Kelly told me the Espresso Martini is world famous, that checks! I can honestly say, we will come back, and we are from Utah! Totally worth the stop! Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, not over or under seasoned, and Kelly was the best!
