Republic Chophouse - Green Bay

Absolutely one of the top restaurants in Green Bay. This restaurant decor is warm and elegant. The dark tones of the lighting add to the richness of the place. The bar is beautiful and there’s enough room for a comfortable experience. There’s different rooms for dining and also rooms for a private event. The menu is very appealing and the drink menu also has plenty of wonderful drinks to try. The prices are on par with many of the other higher end restaurants. Our server Thomas was great. He explained everything we had questions about even gave really good recommendations. I highly recommend this restaurant for all your special occasions, as well as just for those nights you want a great dining experience. Stuffed shrimp- the stuffing was made from crab cakes, and it came with a spicy sauce. The sauce had just the right amount of heat. I could’ve ate this dish all day Rib eye- seasoned and prepared perfectly. Every seasoned bite just melted in your mouth. Filet- loved how well seasoned this entree was as well. Republic knows how to prepare their steaks. Mushroom Ravioli- A-maze-ing!!! Yes I had to break down every syllable. It was that good. Great compliment to the steaks. I hope they would make this as a side option to the steaks. Cocktails- wonderfully made Red velvet cake- Huge piece of goodness
