We arrived at 6.15 and were able to place our order quickly. After waiting 45 minutes we asked our server Brenna how long? She apologized for the delay and would check on our food. She returned to say our order would be started in approximately 5 to 10 minutes. It still didn’t come and we asked her what the problem was she promised to check on it and returned quickly to indicate it would be out shortly. Finally we received our food at about 7.20. My partner had ordered wings with a baked potato. The potato was hard and uncooked although hot. Brenna said she would have the cook another one and advised us our dinners would be comped because of the delays. Finally we received a fresh well cooked potato after about 10 minutes. I have to compliment Brenna on how she did her best to give us good service, she was excellent. Management need to ensure sufficient kitchen staff are available on busy dinner times.
