I want to take a moment to commend and recommend this lounge to our community. As a cab driver, I received a call from this establishment to pick up a customer. After driving all the way from Saint John and dropping the customer off at their residence, I discovered that the fare hadn’t been paid. It was a particularly challenging day for me, and this incident added to the frustration. Feeling disheartened, I contacted the pub and explained the situation to the bartender, who kindly relayed the message to the owner. To my surprise, the owner immediately took responsibility and covered the entire fare. I was truly impressed by their dedication to customer service and willingness to help, even though they were not obligated to do so. It’s actions like these that highlight the values of a business and its commitment to the community. I highly encourage everyone to support this lounge, as their approach to customer care goes above and beyond.
